Everything that car buying shouldn't be. Shady people who care about nothing more than making as much money as possible while lying and deceiving you whenever its possible or convenient for them.
I had a signed deal to purchase a vehicle with my financing already pre-approved from an outside source. In the negotiation process the best "deal" they could offer me was 2% higher than I could get on my own. They asked that I come in and have my credit run by them to see if they matched my rate but of course they couldn't, now they offered me a rate of 1/2% higher. No thanks.
DON'T BELIEVE A SINGLE THING ANYONE THERE TELLS YOU AT FACE VALUE.
The whole long over drawn process left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have no reason to ever step foot again in MB Bellevue. If you're smart look at the 1 star reviews on this site and others and think twice about going there.
Look and search for the 1 star reviews, there is a clear and consistent message about little concern for customers and their deceptive practices. Buyer beware,
