Excellent customer service! Absolutely love the rug I bought! I was hesitant because I was just going off photos online but it was amazing quality and beautiful! Just ordered another rug for my bedroom!

I love everything about McGee and Co. They re products are fresh and inspired. I haven t really needed customer service except to ask a question pertaining to a light fixture I wanted to buy. They were quick to reply.

Loved the selection and quality - great taste and with a minimalism vibe. I found it a bit frustrating that most of the inventory is out of stock but still listed. I would recommend filtering those out and adding a new section like Coming soon or Temporary out of stock so you know before browsing. (I should clarify that the sign out of stock cannot be seen immediately when browsing from the phone).

I purchased a coverlet last year and had it lying on my bed. It faded and changed color. I even had the curtains closed so it wast sunlight that caused this fading. It was very expensive. I sent several emails and no one ever responded to me. On top of this insult, they sent me adds and asked me to rate and review . Honestly, not sure what to make of it.
I thought this company would stand behind their product. My designer is the one that found them and I ordered from Canada. Had to pay extra duty (that I was not made aware of at time of purchase ) but did so anyway. Then the product fades. I sent pictures but no response.

McGee and Company has unique and beautiful products. They always ship quickly and my purchase has not disappointed yet.

I love this brands aesthetic but their customer service is unacceptable. One quick scroll on their Instagram and all the comments are I ve emailed/called/tried to contact for X amount of weeks and no one responds. At this price point, your customer service should be on par with RH, and it absolutely it not. Ive made one order and it might be my last. Change my mind.

I submitted a design question through their website and someone got back to me later that day with a few links to blog posts related to my question.

Beautiful selection of furniture, but I have had so much trouble with delivery times of my orders. They say 8-10 weeks for their furniture/larger items, but I have never had anything arrive in less than 12 weeks (I m now on week 14 waiting for a chair delivery). I have urged them to update their timeframes to not mislead customers but have yet to see a change. They should really just say It will be many months before this reaches your home! I will unfortunately never order from here again.

Very poor quality. Had to return the same dresser twice and ended up buying one from a different company. Difficult to manage logistics. Will not order from them again ever.

Unfortunately, I had to process a return for some sconces that did not work out. I was not having a positive experience over email, so I decided to call and speak to a representative. Hannah in customer service was outstanding! She listened to my problem and stepped me through the return efficiently. She turned what began as an unpleasant experience into a positive experience. I love McGee & Co, but it's people like Hannah who add value and make you want to return as a repeat customer. Solely because of how Hannah handled my issue, I will keep purchasing at McGee and Co. Thank you Hannah for enhancing my shopping experience.

I've ordered in the past and haven't had an issue, however at the end of the year, I ordered a couple of items online. The items took forever to ship and when I received my order, the basket was the wrong size and the other item was missing. I was so, so disappointed! I called and left messages twice. Nobody ever answered or called back. I also emailed twice. It took two days to even get a response. This is just to slow for a company that sells product online. Ultimately, I was refunded my money and told both items were now out of stock. I feel like this whole situation was handled poorly and I'm not sure I will ever order from them again.

I ordered over ten thousand dollars worth of furniture and merchandise from McGee and it s been an absolute nightmare - significant delays, poor communication and follow-up. Finally, one of the items was delivered damaged and customer service has handled it poorly, which is in line with our overall experience, so in some sense it s not a surprise. If you are a busy person and expect high quality service, this is not your place. We will never use them again. My designer said she won t be either!

I received a replacement TV cabinet since the original one they sent was damaged. Although I paid for white glove delivery service, the thing came in an unopened box! The delivery men just wouldn t open it! I then spent three whole hours opening it up and cleaning up the styrofoam mess. It was also super heavy and not safe for one person to handle! It never ends!!!!! McGee sucks!

Cutest shop! I was very excited to visit this place since they announced they were opening a storefront. I ve followed McGee & Co for awhile on Instagram and finally got to visit in person on my recent trip to Costa Mesa. I loved seeing all the unique products showcased throughout the gorgeous space! They have a handful selection of their unique vintage rugs, throw pillows, kitchen/household items, and other unique home decor items (it is only have a small glimpse of what s online, just Incase anyone s confused)

Lots of charm to the convenient location tucked away from busy shopping areas close by.

The staff was also a highlight of the shop. The girl working was so kind and knowledgeable of the company. She even gave us lots of great spots to check out while we were visiting!

I called for an answer to a question I was having about a rug being out of stock, and the recording said that they were experiencing a heavy volume of calls due to their sale, and that I should try to email them. I figured I wouldn't hear back for a couple of days. But instead, Michelle emailed me back within a few minutes answering my question, which led to another question, and another. She was so helpful and responsive. I love SM and was so happy to have such a good customer service experience.

Always such a pleasant shopping experience! The girls that work here are so welcoming and helpful. Great gift ideas throughout the store and specialty home items.

Can't review the small rug I ordered as it has not been received. Five weeks have passed and no update from McGee. I read that it can take 3-4 weeks to fill the order on rugs but some communication would be appreciated.

I absolutely love McGee and CO. not only are their products beautiful and unique, but the quality is top notch. I also have received some of the best customer experience ever, their sales associates are the nicest most helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with. There is no place I would rather shop. This company truly cares about each and every customer, and making their home a beautiful and relaxing place for all to enjoy!!

Unfortunately my experience with an online purchase has been less than stellar. I ordered a piece of art on October 28th. Never got a shipping update, ever. Finally had to contact them to ask where my order was and why it was taking so long? They issued me a refund for the shipping, which was nice. I just received my art today (13 weeks later) and the glass was completely shattered! It s just disappointing to spend so much money on something, have to wait over 3 months for it, and then have it show up completely ruined. I emailed about a replacement piece and have yet to hear back. Honestly, I would rather just have a total refund. I m not willing to wait another 13 weeks for a replacement. I would never order again.

Unfortunately I do not have a positive review. I ordered a rug that was backordered. A few days later they ran a promotion for free shipping. Since my rug had not been shipped I tried to call to see if I could be eligible for the free shipping. Of course, no answer until they texted me back (am I old because I expect a company to actually answer the phone? Its just good customer service, am i right?!) No, no free shipping for me because I ordered too soon apparently. (Mind you before my rug shipped because it was backordered.) Anyway, I received the rug with no issues however it did not match my room so I decided to ship back. Which of course I had to pay for. Guess what else...they charge an outrageous "restock" fee. So now its been 15 days since they received the rug back and they still haven't refunded my balance. And they wont answer the phone. Or email. I give their customer service less than 1 star.

I love McGee & Co. products SO much, but the shipping kills me every time. I don t agree with the practice of basing shipping costs on the price of the items being purchased, which is what they currently do. For example, I could buy a small picture frame for $80, and it would cost more to ship that than a large $30 basket, just because of the price, not the weight or dimensions.

The subtotal for my most recent order was $25 less than my grand total after shipping and taxes were calculated. It was VERY hard for me to tap the place order button once I saw that increase. But I did, because I couldn t find the item I wanted anywhere else. We live in an era of free shipping being easily attainable, so I believe other companies should do their best to compete with that. I m not suggesting free shipping all the time, but a flat rate shipping cost seems fairly reasonable for a company doing as well as McGee & Co.

They have the most beautiful things and there Customerservice is awesome.

McGee & Co has top quality products. I know I m going to love the basket/planters. Such a good sale price now too. I also appreciate their prompt customer service if I ever have a question about s product or my order.

I m such a huge fan of McGee &Co. The first time I discovered them I remember saying I literally love EVERYTHING they do It would now seem I also LOVE everything they sell, as I have a hard time not buying something every time I so much as peek at their online store. The products I ve purchased so far have all been, as expected, of exceptional quality with that understated design sensibility they ve become known for. I have their gorgeous cutting boards leaning against my backsplash as I write this. Other beautiful pieces from their site are scattered throughout my home, each one adding that little something that pulled the room together. As I said, I m a huge fan, and intend to be for the foreseeable future. I am waiting on my pre-ordered book with enormous excitement.

I absolutely love the products at MCGee and Co. I have purchased several items online and have always had good results. Recently, I started looking into finding similar items that might be slightly cheaper. Low and behold I was able to find many products that are exactly the same item for much less. I m talking hundreds of dollars. For example, i found an exact match to a blanket they carry for over $300 for $75. Absolutely ridiculous that they would upcharge that much for items. It makes me really upset to know that i have spent way more than i should have for these items. Honesty is really important to me and I m not sure this is an honest way to do business.

Michelle is phenomenal! I had quite a few issues when I originally ordered and she was very quick to get them resolved. Very sweet disposition too. Customer for life thanks to her!!

Beautiful store! I live in Utah but was visiting the area and am glad I stopped! The employee was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I hope you open more stores!

My only concern is that shipping isn t free for such a high priced item and a 3 Month delay. Shipping should have been waived.

I've been a big fan of Shea McGee for years. It's the first time I've purchased something from McGee & Co and it was a seamless experience.

I am a decorator, so to find something so unique is a treat. This bowl is pure perfect, classy while still modern with its cute little trim. I love the size, and how low it sits. I plan to use it on my Dining Room table, so it doesn t compete with my chandelier. I couldn t be happier. I love when I place a piece, step back and think to myself, yes, that s the one.

Horrendous. Every single thing went wrong ordering a single piece of furniture. It s inevitable that things will sometimes go wrong, but the bigger issue was the lack of customer support to reconcile their multiple mistakes. Doesn t seem like all that much could transpire doing something seemingly basic, but it was a four month saga (that is still not resolved) with very sweet sounding, though completely unhelpful, customer service. And after such aggravation, they were also very unwilling to offer a discount or do anything to decrease my frustration. Most of these pieces can be found through other vendors so I ll just probably do that from now on and save myself the drama.
Edit: no one has reached back out despite google response.

Very easy to order and love McGee products, but hate shipping costs. Shipping should be free! Often that is a deal breaker for me, but I did it because the small crock I previously bought for my daughter was broken by someone- so I replaced it. But $15 for shipping of a small item is ridiculous.
