I called for an answer to a question I was having about a rug being out of stock, and the recording said that they were experiencing a heavy volume of calls due to their sale, and that I should try to email them. I figured I wouldn't hear back for a couple of days. But instead, Michelle emailed me back within a few minutes answering my question, which led to another question, and another. She was so helpful and responsive. I love SM and was so happy to have such a good customer service experience.
