McGhee Review

i ordered a painting for my home in may 10-12 weeks to get here. It come in September seeing that it s broken. I ordered my replacement and it was supposed to be delivered at the end of October. I got an email saying it s already damaged and have to ask for a replacement. Again i ordered my replacement we will see when it ever shows up. Beware you might never get your furniture or it will come damaged. Customer service won t give me a credit or help the shipping go faster.

I was shopping for pillows and love your styles. My daughter has recently decorated her home with some of your products and she referred me to you! I m impressed!

Absolutely beautiful things and an easy check out process with reasonable shipping. Giving a 4 instead of a 5 because I haven t received the items yet, and one is on back order.

On line experience was quick and easy, enjoyed the 20% discount, just wish shipping wasn t so high....

The products look good. The handling fee combined with the shipping fee seems excessive to me. If the product was not on sale I would purchase it from a site that does not charge so much.

Do your due diligence and look around before buying here! I am out over $100 no matter how it is looked at because they inflate prices and deceptively hide the actual manufacturer of the product. The customer service team is slow to respond and has no power (or chooses not) to assist customers. The supervisor Gabby is no help at all in figuring things out and said this is just the way things are.

They advertise products as made by McGee and Co that are not actually made there and are much cheaper elsewhere. I tried to escalate past Gabby but she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else.

I ve been an avid reader of the Studio McGee blog since the beginning. Likewise, I ve been a customer of McGee & Co since it opened. Shea and her very talented team do a wonderful job on curating the items in the shop and styling the items in blog articles. I ve ordered furniture as well as numerous household and holiday items for my own home and for styling client photoshoots. The quality and beauty of each item has never disappointed. If there is ever any issue, customer service resolves it quickly with ease. It is such a pleasure watching the company grow and I will always be excited when a package arrives from McGee & Co.

I love all of the decor at McGee & Co and have been following Shea and team at Studio McGee for so long. Everything they do is perfection. But the shipping costs are SO high. Crazy expensive, which really limits my purchases through them. It s a shame since I want to support them as a small business. But most times it s hard to justify.

I love everything that McGee and Co has to offer. I love that there are a variety of price points when shopping their products. They never disappoint.

Love everything Studio McGee, I love following there blog and seeing the paint colors they are using and their room reveals. I did think shipping was pretty high but I am super excited to get my wallpaper.
