I love this company; their aesthetic is very similar to mine, and I can always find something unique and beautiful, as well as reasonably priced. I especially love their Christmas items, as I appreciate their less is more approach to decorating, focusing on the beauty, say, of a single cedar branch or small pine tree in a basket. I ve just ordered a few ornaments and intend to order a few more closer to Christmas. Holiday or not, their items are always simple, classic, and refreshing.

I love all of the items but the shipment has been very slow... 8 days and it s still unfulfilled but still live the store!

I ordered the Seoul Clock and was sent the Berlin clock instead. I was willing to keep it but it came with a broken handle. Upon contacting the support desk I found out Seoul clock is no longer available and Berlin is being sent as a replacement. It would have been helpful to get advance notice of replacement and notified the clock I wanted was out of stock. I believe a new clock is being sent, hopefully it works out.

I am very happy to have discovered the store! I can t wait to receive my items. There were quite a few things I would like to have purchased but they were out of stock. Hopefully they are back in stock soon.

I love the style and variety McGee and Co offers! I appreciate that each item has a photo not only of the item but the item styles and used in a space. I didn t love the high flat shipping rate of $12 for a small order. That seemed excessive.

LOVE your stuff but shipping costs are WAY too high. I shouldn't have to pay $60 on shipping when I didn't purchase anything too big or heavy (no furniture, only small accessories).

It s wild how great of taste these guys have. Every object, every image is *EXQUISITE*. The site experience was lovely, first-time purchase was easy & I look forward to obsessing about McGee again as soon as tomorrow.

I ve ordered a large area rug and several decor pieces from McGee and Co. The quality and style doesn t compare. They are my absolute home styling muse. Never have I had such a luxurious and stylish rug in my life, or a home Ive loves looking at so much. Obsessed is an understatement.

Such a fun LITTLE shop! It s nice to see and feel products in person- and all the products look and feel like very good quality. I wish I could have one of everything! Only wish the store was bigger and that there was more parking.

It took awhile for the product I wanted to come into stock! But it was worth the wait! Thank you - always such stellar customer service!

Favorite store of all time. Quality products. THE. BEST. STYLE. If I won the lottery I d be tempted to spend all the money at McGee & Co. Everything is cute yet practical. I m from Washington State but made it down to Cali to visit the storefront and it was a dream come true for me. I want to go back! The staff that were in that day were so kind! (They told us to go across the street to Sidecar Doughnuts - best doughnuts I ve ever had!) 10/10 would recommend.

It was great! I love the all the pieces I saw at McGee. I will definitely be returning for more. A little bummed that the cedar garland sold out already.

I'd definitely give McGee & Co. 5 stars for beautiful products but I'm so sad to say that my first online ordering experience has been a bummer. I ordered two rugs during their Memorial Day sale in May. Because of the high volume of orders the rugs weren't expected to be delivered until July (for beautiful rugs on sale - I was okay with the wait). One of the rugs ended up delivering a month early but unfortunately it arrived with a huge hole from the shipping process (not McGee's fault!). I immediately sent an email with pictures of the damaged rug to customer service who informed me, four days later, that the claim process with their rug distributor could take 2-3 weeks. I was never given return labels for the damaged item nor was a replacement rug ordered. After following up again almost 3 weeks later, the rep I spoke with (who was helpful!) was able to FINALLY order a replacement rug and send return labels to at least somewhat reconcile this issue. LONG story short - lovely company but customer service/problem solving seems to be lacking :(

I absolutely adore McGee and Co.! I stumbled across Studio McGee when a suggested YouTube video came up of one of their beautiful design projects (I've since binge watched all the videos). From then on I've been obsessed with everything they do! Shea, the owner, is one of my favorite interior designers out there - I am slightly obsessed with everything her and her team does. Her style and taste is everything! So naturally, I knew I'd love everything her store carries.

I just placed my first online orders, so I am writing this review before I've gotten anything - but I'm confident everything will be as amazing as they look. I'm almost certain that if I have any issues with my orders, they will have an exceptional customer service team to help given the standards they have in their design work.

This is my very long winded review to express how obsessed I am with their design style and beautiful products they sell! I wish I could give them five stars, but I gave them four because they do not have free shipping yet (besides the promo they just had for free shipping on all sale items). Once they figure out how to give customers free shipping - they will get five stars all the way!

I absolutely LOVE this shop/interior design firm. They are on point with their updated designs, as well as having fair prices and they do have sales from time to time too. They ship fast and I ve had nothing but the best experience with McGee and Co Shop. I ve just completed my third purchase from them and will def shop with them again. !!

I love love love their decor style. However I was unable to use the 20% off discount code that was posted on their site. I called their 1-800 number two days in a row and no one answered. Nor did anyone call me back. I still went ahead and purchased the items but was disappointed to not get a response.

I am so in love with McGee & Co.! Their products are lovely, high quality and versatile. I have several pieces throughout my home. In particular I enjoy the decorative decor items. Their products are only second to their service. Lovely people who are very helpful and kind. The products arrive packaged beautifully. All in all shopping with McGee & Co is a great experience!!

This is awful. They dont know what they r doing over there at this compnay. I tried to placean order of over $3,000 and the emails i got said FREE SHIPPING. And it never would respind to free shipping discount when i tried to place the order. Then the so called 15% discount offered would apply but it was really no goood because they charge huge costs for handling fees and shipping fees.
I tried to call numerous times and all i got was their answer voice mail
I asked to have a supervisor call me to discuss the chaotic situation i was experiencing.
Instead i got a text from someone named michelle , STUPIDLY ASKING ME FOR MY ORDER # !!!!!
REALLY? WHAT PLANET ARE THESE PEOPLE ON OVER THERE!

HOW COULD I HAVE AN ORDER IF I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING TO CREATE AN ORDER.
SHE DID NOT CALL ME AS OI ASKED. INSTEAD SHE WANTS ME TO CHASE HER THRU TEXTING.

If I could furnish my entire home with McGee and Co. furniture and accessories, I would! (Maybe I should start buying lottery tickets) Studio McGee combines form with function, and the result is casual elegance. The pieces are extraordinary and unique. They are traditional enough to stand the test of time, yet also have enough modern touches to keep it fun and current. I m a fan.

McGee & Co. store in Costa Mesa is darling and it has a perfectly curated selection of gifts and home decor! I wish my home looked like this store!! The sweet lady who helped me today was so kind and went out of her way to want to do something extra special for my friend in need.

Love all of the items from here. Unfortunately I have received 2 broken items, had to wait forever for a refund. Some items I ordered just show up on my doorstep with no tracking, no idea they were arriving.

Pieces are awesome, but shipping needs major work.

I just ordered the La Messina Patterned Rug and I am thrilled! I had a few questions and asked the virtual assistant and she texted me back and forth to help me figure out shipping and getting a rug pad! Truly exceptional customer service! It took me a lot longer than it should have to find the right size rug. I wish I could have searched the rugs by size so it would have only showed me what I needed rather than me selecting and clicking over and over again before I found one that I liked AND was the right size.

Customer service is excellent. Have ordered two rugs from here and whenever I had questions of the product, shipping, etc., they were quick to respond and super helpful. I have also recently ordered pillows, a table, and ottomans from Studio McGee s collaboration with Target and I am beyond thrilled with my purchases.

incredible, curated product selection but customer service and support is extremely lacking. They removed the ability to speak with a customer service rep over the phone for a general inquiry and emails went unanswered for days/weeks sometimes. Several in-stock items we purchased that were stated to arrive in 2-3 weeks took over 2 months to ship out to us.

Products are timeless. Website is user friendly, especially at check out. Hope to visit store front soon!

I really enjoy your products you offer, however check out experience needs to be improved, most of the information at checkout was not loading so I was just guessing at what final shipping options were being selected. It would also be great to have interior photos of the closed consoles to understand storage options.

What I love most about McGee & Co is that Syd and Shea will actually provide shoppable sources from their projects! So many IG designers leave you hanging with beautiful spaces, but no other information on how to find pieces. The quality is top notch, and packaging is perfect. I ve ordered several pieces ranging from furniture to shelf decor. I love having unique pieces in my home that feel like a designer picked them for me!

I placed a replacement order for the Maddox Cabinet because the first one was delivered damaged. We paid for white glove delivery. My client actually had to find towels and furniture slides to help the delivery guys because they were unprepared. The 2nd cabinet was not even delivered because the delivery service was kind enough to tell us the box was badly damaged and the cabinet was damaged as well. I emailed and tried several phone calls to talk to someone with customer service. It took several days to receive a response. Your customer service is terrible. I have had better experiences with big box companies such as Overstock and Walmart who carry less quality accesories and furniture.
We received an email update from Ryder that the 3rd attempt with a new cabinet would be arriving on last Thursday without making an appointment. It didn t arrive and we have no idea where the cabinet is.
I emailed last Thursday and called, dis not hear back from either source. I called this morning again and still, 5 hours later got a voice mail that someone would be calling back.
I m truly so embarrassed as a Designer that I recommended you.
My recommendation, maybe focus on your current orders instead of spending your time promoting your tv show or new book. I m sorry, that is an ugly thing to say but honestly....something should change!

McGee and Co is a lovely place to shop online. I love the smaller selection and the unique items. While their decor is high end and fairly expensive, I love the quality, ideas, and inspiration I find on their website. The customer service has been wonderful!

I would recommend you try to find a better way to send a gift card to someone besides only being able to send it to myself.. I logged on to get a gift card for my daughter s birthday today, and was unable to send it directly to her or add a personal message to her with a gift card. I ended up sending it to myself & then forwarding it to her & then add a separate message after it sent. My daughter was excited to receive the gift card, but just for future maybe it could be looked into to maybe do this differently! Thanks!

I came across McGee & Co on IG and immediately fell in love with the brand. I felt it suited a CA casual vibe I was trying to achieve. There s. It one single product on the site I wasn t in love with. What I found very frustrating was the OOS situation on almost half the products I was trying to buy. The shopping experience felt like 1 step forward, 1 step back. I mapped out the design in my head and the. Started adding products to the cart only to have to rethink it when piece after piece was unavailable. Otherwise can t wait to receive the order I placed - thanks!

Very Disappointed with customer service. I ordered a custom sofa 10 weeks ago and still have no information on the delivery. I have phoned several times and still no one has any answers for me. Thy keep telling me they will check with the manufacturer and get back to me.....I am still waiting!!! Surely, in this day and age they must have shipping information from their suppliers...As a person works in the home decor trade this is very poor service.

I am fortunate enough to live in Newport and have the darling shop in my backyard. The amazing women who work here are so welcoming and want to help anyway they can. Amanda and Juliet are beyond talented. They have a unique eye and have helped me totally transform spaces in my home. They have made the decorating process fun and collaborative. The store has so many cute items and it's great seeing things in person. The quality is so nice and they are very helpful with any questions you may have! Loved checking out the shop and look forward to coming again.

I first visited after following the owners on instagram, and have since been back several times for home decorating projects and gifts. The girls at the shop are helpful and lovely to work with, and manager Julia has always gone out of her way to provide incredible, first class service. She even once delivered something to my office! Beautifully curated selection and helpful design tips on Studio McGee. The handling fees along with shipping felt outrageous. Though I purchased duplicates of the same item and in ONE order, no break whatsoever was given, $600 handling and $166 shipping (total $766) after spending $$$$ :/
