Love everything I ve ever gotten from McGee & Co. Their whole site is drool worthy from accessories to rugs to furniture. I have to plan my purchases and save to get everything I want but I m obsessed and wish my whole house could be McGee. They also have excellent customer service. The few times I ve reached out with questions they answer quickly and are informative to help me with my decisions!

Love studio McGee. Their prices are outrageous for the average family imo. (Which is fine. That s why there s the cheap target version now) Haha! My only real beef is that I m a local and literally live 5 miles from the warehouse and it cost me $18 to ship!! Not only did it cost me $18 but it took about 3 weeks to get. And we are talking small, little holiday decor accent pieces. Super bummed! Wished they had local pickup.

Customer service was super sweet. Trade accounts have gotten so difficult. It is a system that seems to be aging out and McGee and Co are one of the few design resources that understand the move towards specifying over procurement in the design trade- love it- thank you.
Shipping is quite steep for 2 pillowcases and a small duvet. $33? Yikes.

I was looking at these 2 gorgeous stylish baskets for my laundry storage cupboard and McGee company helped me determine the perfect size, their website was extremely easy to navigate, and checkout was quick and easy no endless questions and endless junk mail that takes ages to unsubscribe from. I will definitely visit them again.
I absolutely love everything at McGee & Co.! So beautiful, and the quality of the items they source is amazing. I ve been ordering from the site for over a year and the items have always been perfectly packaged, and arrive undamaged. I will say that in the past 6 months or so, the shipping has become much more efficient, which makes me very happy as well!
Less then one hour after my small order they emailed to tell me one item was in stock? Nothing is in stock. After paying 10.00 in shipping I mwill not bother to return to order a small item & pay another 10.00 . The discount code this weekend all went on my shipping charges. I have not received anything yet but I love their items. The new target line is amazing also but none of that is available either.

There was a delay in communicating with customer service for me, perhaps because I am EST, but when we did connect, customer service was very helpful and I eventually placed a furniture order. I am looking forward to receiving my new chairs!

Products are great, but the process of getting them takes a long time and if there are any order issues you can t call and talk to a customer service rep, you have to email... which takes1-2 days to get a response or question, and it goes back and forth with days in between. Not sure that it is worth the process!

Artwork itself is beautiful but sadly the piece is buckled under the glass which distracts from the overall look. I threw out the packaging before I noticed it. Art is not returnable but maybe McGee & Co would of made an exception since it was framed so poorly. Saved awhile to spend $900 on this piece of art.

They have beautiful items and decor ideas. Prices are a little high and then shipping costs are expensive on top of that no matter how much you order (most online retailers give you a break on shipping at a price point). Also, I was interested in a few rugs but return shipping would be outrageous if it didn't work (along with shipping to me). I can't buy a 9x12 rug online and just pray it works in the space. So I thought a swatch was a good idea. One swatch was $50 no returns. What would I do with a $50 swatch? Then I tried another which was a reasonable $12 but had to pay $6 to ship. Either you make it easier/cheaper for me to see if the rug works and you get me to buy a $3000-5000 rug or I just go elsewhere that makes online ordering easier.
Love everything this store has I enjoy that they have pictures of the products like if you have it in you re hands.

I love McGee and Co! They always have the most beautiful in everything home decor. I only wish shipping was a little cheaper or more often free! I m an avid online shopper (two kiddos 2 and under!) and so many places now offers free shipping that it s hard to shop places that don t.

Tasteful options! Really like seeing items in a house on display styled with other decor. No ability to sort and filter (by price, size, item type within a category), so you have to look through items not of interest to find those that are. Would have looked more if it had sort and filter options. Shipping surprisingly high, so would only buy when 20% off coupon. That would deter me from shopping more.

Really annoying that there is no discounts incentives to include free shipping. A $200 handle fee plus Shipping increased the total cost by 15%. This was really unsettling and may cause me not to return.
Terrible service I placed an order on 12/12 with the understanding that it would arrive for Christmas. I was never notified that the shipment was delayed which made for an awkward situation for me not knowing if the item was received. It was finally delivered on 12/30 much too late for Christmas obviously. I love their design but will not order from them again.

I have tried to contact McGee and Co multiple times on an order for the Antoni table. The entire table was not shipped, only the table top and not the legs. We are still waiting to hear back from them.

I m disappointed with the product we ordered and the return policy. The policy should clearly be stated when ordering as opposed to clicking on a link. The stools we ordered are supposed to use natural materials with an oak veneer top Unfortunately they look and feel faux and are far less organic than we were looking for.
