Horrendous. Every single thing went wrong ordering a single piece of furniture. It s inevitable that things will sometimes go wrong, but the bigger issue was the lack of customer support to reconcile their multiple mistakes. Doesn t seem like all that much could transpire doing something seemingly basic, but it was a four month saga (that is still not resolved) with very sweet sounding, though completely unhelpful, customer service. And after such aggravation, they were also very unwilling to offer a discount or do anything to decrease my frustration. Most of these pieces can be found through other vendors so I ll just probably do that from now on and save myself the drama.
