Unfortunately I do not have a positive review. I ordered a rug that was backordered. A few days later they ran a promotion for free shipping. Since my rug had not been shipped I tried to call to see if I could be eligible for the free shipping. Of course, no answer until they texted me back (am I old because I expect a company to actually answer the phone? Its just good customer service, am i right?!) No, no free shipping for me because I ordered too soon apparently. (Mind you before my rug shipped because it was backordered.) Anyway, I received the rug with no issues however it did not match my room so I decided to ship back. Which of course I had to pay for. Guess what else...they charge an outrageous "restock" fee. So now its been 15 days since they received the rug back and they still haven't refunded my balance. And they wont answer the phone. Or email. I give their customer service less than 1 star.
