We found M&Co early last year, before the book and show. We loved their aesthetic and couldn t wait to purchase a timeless piece for our new home. We did just that and I can t speak highly enough of the product - and that s coming from a Product Development background. The leather chairs we bought blew us away in quality. They were well worth the price tag and look so much better in person, unlike most sites where the product looks better on the website. When we were in a transition period, and didn t have furniture, I even napped in our leather chairs multiple times. I would hands down order from them again! McGee s customer service is so good!

This is a lovely design store. It is small but everything in it is thoughtfully chosen. Wesleigh helped me choose pillows. We shared a similar design aesthetic. She was great!

Website is easy to use and products look amazing. I wish there were reviews and more photos of furniture in rooms (chairs, specifically). I do not like a handling charge AND a shipping charge totalling over $400. Excessive.

A great resources for interiors. I bought a fabulous tray and accessories For my coffee table, I can t wait to receive them! Easy shopping on their website, I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love McGee & Co. s design! It s beautiful, timeless and unique.

Misleading and overpriced. I ordered two mirrors and 1 rug from Mcgee and Co. totaling $1400. The rug was supposed to be backordered for 30 days then it would take 3-4 weeks for them to deliver. The rug shipped in 5 business days and our house was just getting the floors installed (New construction) we were still 20 days from move in and I had a giant rug on it's way with no where to put it. Their online department didn't help at all and couldnt postpone shipping. Their site and items are pretty but so are other organizations. I will never support them again.

I ll never order anything from this site again. After I made my purchase everything went silent. I have no way of knowing if my order is even coming. I m still waiting to see if this site is just a scam. No order details. No shipping information or updates on my order and it s been a week I ordered something that I wanted to have for my wife s birthday but it s today and still nothing and I can t get anyone to answer at Customer Service.

Would never order online again. Products were expensive and all were poor quality (one cutting board s inlaid wood piece was loose, other board s inlaid piece sharp edge extended beyond board s edge, same with third, and other wood item had a 1 chipped off edge). Just poor quality (these boards were all $125-$200) and nothing at all special. Took 3 weeks to get delivery, and in meantime, no phone calls were answered and no ship date updates given.

I absolutely love all things McGee and Co. the free shipping is def a bonus! Everything is so simple, but lovely and well made.

I ordered two beautiful nightstands that I admired from this company. While expensive I talked my husband into them because I believed they would be quality pieces that would hopefully stand the test of time. All the pictures of furniture always look so lovely when their rooms are staged. I was told there would be a 6 - 8 week wait (which is quite a long time) but good things take time right? I ordered them around Thanksgiving and they were supposed to be delivered soon so that would have been around 8 weeks lead time.

Today I receive an email with pictures explaining my pieces were damaged when inspected by the carrier and that I could get a ten percent discount and accept them or wait another 6 - 8 weeks. This is beyond disappointing! I unfortunately could not accept the pieces as the damage was very obvious upon first sight and we are the type of people who inspect everything (even boxes) for dinges, dents etc.

I don't know if the manufacturer did not adequately pack the furniture or the carrier was too rough during shipping but it is just inexcusable.

Sad and disappointed with my first big transaction with Mc Gee and Co.

I absolutely love every single inspirational photo that comes from McGee & Co. Having a store online makes bringing the look to my home possible. On top of that their customer service is the best I have experienced online. They are quick to answer questions. Also they make any issues I had a priority and went beyond belief dealing with it. Love McGee & Co to the moon and back!!!

I needed to return some barstools because my client changed her mind and usually Mcgee and Co doesn't accept returns but gave me a one time courtesy - I'm so thankful they did! I don't know what we would have done if we couldn't have returned these stools! THANK YOU for your empathy and understanding Mcgee and co!

I love this company. And we are so fortunate that they share so much of their gift/talents with us. I bought a couple very small things as part of their Black Friday sale. These items were 20% off - which is such a rare treat. However, It is so disappointing that the shipping for these tiny keychains was $12. I want to support small businesses so I went ahead and completed the purchase. But I just don t understand.

I have been a fan of McGee and Co/ Studio McGee for years! I love their designs. They rarely have sales so I waited until now to get some Christmas stockings that I had been eying since last fall. Honestly, expense is a huge factor for future purchases. In addition, shipping costs on top of expensive items make ordering unattractive (both domestic and shipping to Canada).

I ve bought lots of items through McGee & Co and always love the quality of the pieces. They also have great customer service and answer any questions I ve had. Great place for beautiful furniture and accessories for your home.

The website at McGee and Co is extremely frustrating. Very very slow. You need to deal with your server. And my discount code did not work after signing up my email which is annoying. I love your products but using your technology is a deterrent.

Everything I have purchased from McGee and Co has the quality of being practical, yet beautiful; stylish but not fussy; timeless in the most updated way. The items feel as though they have been curated through the eyes of a hard worker with elegance and grace. I suspect that s because they have been.

I tried to call a few days ago and the office was closed. I sent a message. However, the response emailed to me was that I would get a response back regarding my questions regarding the large Bryant Chandelier. That never happened. I went ahead and ordered it today and again called to ask about the fact that it said it was back ordered until 12/24/19? Today is 4/8/20? Hoping I will get a communication back today regarding my order.

I love everything Studio McGee! I was very excited for the 20% off. I ended up getting a beautiful frame and planter. I planned on buying several more decor items but they were unfortunately out of stock! No doubt because of the 20% off promo. I m excited to receive my purchase and display them in my house and looking forward to the next sale to make a larger purchase.

I ordered two sets of the neutral cotton tea towels, and love them. They came tied in a McGee & Co. ribbon, which I loved. I am brainstorming ways I can use them! I ordered the medium mason jar vase and when it arrived there was a large crack around the whole vase. I sent an email with a picture of the crack and in return, customer service offered a replacement or refund. I loved the vase and requested a replacement. When the replacement finally arrived, they sent the large size, which was too big for my space. I sent another email and received an apology but was told there were no medium vases left. I checked online and there were mediums available. I replied and told the customer service rep I saw they were in stock on their website and she told me they did not have any in stock and wanted to know what I wanted to do moving forward. Return or keep the large vase? So I did return it but I am still confused why I was told it was out of stock when it's still available online. I ended up sending the vase back on 12/31 and still haven't received my refund. Big waste of my time and I feel like customer service was not very accommodating. I will be hesitant to order from Megee and Co again.

I had been eyeing a few pieces and had them in my cart for a couple weeks, so when the 20% Memorial Day sale was offered, I decided to purchase. But once I went to checkout, the shipping charge nullified any savings, so I ended up reducing my purchase. I still purchased a couple linen hand towels, but not the item I really wanted (framed art). It was pretty disappointing to see a $40+ shipping charge.

Everything at McGee and Co is just stunning! I am so excited for my new pendant light and rugs to arrive. The shipping/delivery time for rugs (3-4 weeks) is a bit disappointing, but I hope it is worth the wait!

McGee & Co. is a continual source of inspiration and an amazing resource for design products! Their customer service is phenomenal - quick, personal, and always ready with a suggestion.

Can't say enough good things!

Though on the pricey side (compared to Target or World Market), McGee & Co has some great pieces that will elevate any room you're trying to take up a notch. The advice I've gotten is to mix in finer pieces with your regular decor to look expensive, and this is a good place for those special pieces. I've gotten several rugs from here, the largest being about 9' by 11' and costing about $1000. It's a VERY convincing antique rug, but it's not. McGee & Co also sells genuine antique rugs as well.

Love the products and can t wait to get them in! I m a huge fan and follower. I wish the processing time was quicker and that the website stayed updated. Often times products are sold out but they stay up, which makes a buyer so sad. FOMO becomes your reality. But I know the products are worth the wait!

Avoid. I do not recommend online purchases with this vendor. Intermediary with expensive pricing and even more expensive return/restocking fees.

I went on this site for weeks every time I went on everything I was interested in was always out and said email me when available. I counted over 30 products I clicked on and all were out for weeks. I used the help customer question box and the lady told me usually they get stock in every week. My thing is I went on for over 4 weeks and nothing re stocked so why not REMOVE the items that are out of stock from the site until you actually get them in. Very annoying I won t shop here again most likely
