Unfortunately, I had to process a return for some sconces that did not work out. I was not having a positive experience over email, so I decided to call and speak to a representative. Hannah in customer service was outstanding! She listened to my problem and stepped me through the return efficiently. She turned what began as an unpleasant experience into a positive experience. I love McGee & Co, but it's people like Hannah who add value and make you want to return as a repeat customer. Solely because of how Hannah handled my issue, I will keep purchasing at McGee and Co.
