We made an appointment to see a specific car Prime Mazda had that was low mileage, a great price and the exterior and interior color we were looking for. They emailed and texted us throughout the week to confirm our appointment, even texting us the day of to confirm we we re coming in. We left our kids with a babysitter and traveled 45 minutes to the dealership only to find out the car was sold. No one had the courtesy or respect for our time to text, call or email us letting us know the specific car we came in to see was already sold. We never got an apology, instead got an excuse saying they had a busy day. They offered to show us another similar car, however it had higher mileage and was a completely different exterior and interior color than what we wanted to purchase. Don t waste your time here. It doesn t seem like they actually care about their customers. We also overheard a few of them talking about us jokingly calling us thieves because we let them know there was a sold sign in the car and they weren t aware the car was sold when we told them. Not the kind of place we want to spend our money at.
