I was very impressed with the level of service I received from Doug Clark. I stopped in to drop of my leased vehicle and was expecting mediocre service since I hadn t leased from Mazda Gallery or planned to lease a car from there. Doug immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. He quickly took me through the process in a jovial and pleasant manner. I had a better experience dropping off my leased vehicle at Mazda Gallery than I did picking up my new car at Prime Acura which was unexpected.
