I had a fantastic experience at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood! I was in the market to replace my old 2005 Honda Odyssey with a newer car. I checked out all of my options at each dealership up and down the auto strip. None of my experiences even came close to the one I had at the Mazda Gallery! I worked with both Harshene and Doug and they were both amazing. No pushiness, no pressure AT ALL. Harshene was amazingly communicative, and Doug worked hard to help me work out a deal that I could afford. Even after making the decision to get the Mazda cx-9, people from the other dealerships continued to pressure me over the phone, trying to win my business. You can't win business- you EARN business.
