Our experience with the used vehicle department was so professional and relaxed that we felt no pressure in purchasing our new ( to us) vehicle. We liked two of the vehicles we test drove so much that we walked out with both. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. We went in to simply see what was available. The sales representative Vendan Sekar was patient and professional and allowed us to test drive several vehicles. I think we took the entire afternoon checking out the wide selection of vehicles and we did not get the impression that Vendan was ever trying to hurry us along or pressure a sale. Vendan was knowledgeable and honest about all the vehicles we looked at. The manager John and finance office Karim were also excellent to deal with and allowed us to walk out of the store feeling like we had received a great deal on both vehicles. I would recommend that anybody looking for a vehicle to give Mayfield Toyota and Vendan in particular the opportunity to provide them with the services they need.

Casey our sales rep and Jody in finance were both fabulous to deal with.can't complain about the service department either always very accommodating getting us in for our services seeing how we drive 3hrs to just to be able to take our vehicle in.very happy with our highlander too:) can't say enough good things about Mayfield!

Bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Tacoma last year an...

Bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Tacoma last year and prepaid for the maintenance package ($45k total). Fast forward 16,000 km we called to book the first oil change appointment a few weeks in advance.

Show up at 10:50 am and I am told there is a recall. Total time will be around 2-3 hours for oil change, tire rotation and the recall. I show up around 12:45 to get something out of the truck and I am told the truck has not even been brought in. When I asked what the point of making an appointment was I was told the techs were on lunch (2 hour lunch break ?) At 12:57 they finally drove it in the shop and I would now be looking at waiting another 3 hour minimum wait.

Customer service at mayfield Toyota is atrocious and because we bought the maintenance package all future work must be performed at their dealership. Great truck I would just recommend buying somewhere else.

I've just had the 32k km inspection completed. Mayfield's service rep, Shelly, was excellent in explaining what was going to be done to the vehicle. My vehicle was ready within the scheduled time and when I picked it up, they explained everything that was completed. I've always found Mayfield Toyota to be deal in a very pleasant and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone who was either looking to purchase or for maintenance work.

I just purchased a brand new Toyota Rav4. Andrew Dye responded right away to my email inquiries, and the quote they gave me was better compared to other dealers.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly at the store, and Andrew helped us very efficiently. Although it was past after hours when we came out of the financial dept, he waited for us to explain about the car in detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend Mayfield Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Harry was great in talking with me and explaining things, I did have wait 45 minutes for a meeting that had already been booked. In the financing department delays again found the extra protection part was pushed and still not really positive I really need this package. Once the paper was done, for some reason the debit machine wouldn t take any big amount so I had too come back with a draft. I had spoken with my bank and everything on their end was confirmed good to go as far as the debit machine went. Working in the banking area I had gotten the approval of a large transaction before coming into finalize things. Upon finalizing the sale I still had to wait a couple days for release of lease when I purchased the 2015, outright, and also getting a response to the phone calls. They say time is money and when your told your preapproved for a new lease I didn t realize it would be that long of a process. One thing I did learn, never do this type of a deal over a long weekend. I do love my vehicle though. Thank you

Raymond was my sales advisor and he did a great job by answering all of my questions and helping me out with the colour change after billing. I would like to thank Courtney for preparing all of our lease documents at Saturday evening after work hours! I definitely recommend this dealership to everybody. Terrible service. Charged me more than quoted...again. My copy of the bill doesn t even add up. $405 for an oil change and service that I was told was covered on the extended warranty package. I didn t have time to argue with the bill like I normally have to. Eventually someone realizes that there was an error and they eventually fix it. It shouldn t be up to me to check over every detail of the bill and get them to fix. I wish we didn t purchase from them. I feel trapped into using their free oil changes. Overall terrible service. Not happy at all.

Took the day off to get an oil change and detailing done to my car. Terrible job as they left so many places untouched/uncleaned. Please see photos for reference.(cup holders, inside of the doors, area around emergency break, dashboard etc.) I reached out to the service department with no response, really disappointing.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra about a month ago and my experience has been but positive , Hassan Fawaz approached and helped me choose the right vehicle for me, didn't feel any pressure from him and in fact he told me to take my time with my decision. Few weeks after the purchase he gave me a courtesy phone call to see how is the truck and I told him I had a little bit of a concern regarding the battery, then told me to bring it back so they can run a test to see if that's the problem. So I brought it back and met with the sales manager Altiff, he told me not to worry and will replace it with a brand new one for free! Overall I am satisfied with the service at Mayfield Toyota and would recommend it to anyone!

I would like to make a complaint about the service department at mayfield today! I previous brought my vehicle to mayfield Toyota for a few services and my experience there was nothing but horrible! A dealership I trusted. I contacted the service Manager CHRIS KELLER about a concern I had about a fluid that was changed, which I thought I could get some advise that turned out to be unprofessional. Turned out he shut the phone on my face without making me feel safe or even taking his time to talk to me about it. Never thought taking my business to a place like that would be such a bad experience! I will definitely will be telling my family and friends who services there vehicle there not to go there anymore and if something does happen to my vehicle I will be taking further action!

I've dealt with 5 different Toyota dealerships in the last 20+ years of owning Toyotas. This one is the worst I've ever encountered, coming in closely behind Kingsway Toyota, who left my Celica sitting in the parking lot for 3 days instead of fixing it because, at the time, it wasn't "new" enough for them. I wish I could drive my cars back to Steinbach, Manitoba for service.

The service department seems to forever be making mistakes and the sales department actually handcuffed me during a purchase. They knew I absolutely needed to purchase a vehicle, but didn't tell me until the day I came to pick it up and sign the papers that they were refusing to consider one of my employers and therefore, I didn't qualify for the lower interest rate. I was stuck having to buy at a high interest rate, costing me thousands of dollars over the 5 year term.

Called in and asked if I could schedule an appoint...

Called in and asked if I could schedule an appointment for repairs on my car. I explained to the service department what was happening. Was quoted $170 for diagnostics and was told to come right down with my vehicle. Not knowing much about cars, I went in trusting that they knew about Toyota vehicles.. I went to the front desk and was told to come back at 1:00-1:30 because the technicians were on lunch! What?? The world stops because your techs are on lunch? Your service department doesn't stop when all of your techs are gone. I asked James if he could just take in my car and have the techs do a diagnosis at their convenience then give me a call. James said he can't put me in because he doesn't know their schedule.. Why don't you? Shouldn't you have one to manage time? Finally he decided to take in my car. I asked him to give me a call when diagnostics are done to see if I want to go forward with repairs.

So I dropped my car off with them. I received a voice message just telling me that my car is ready for pick up... Not explaining what was wrong! Not even asking me to call back to discuss what is wrong. So I called them to get a diagnosis like I asked for! They told me me I need a new muffler adding up to $1300+. To be fair I was told I could go elsewhere to get it done cheaper. I called else where and they asked me what was exactly wrong with my muffler. I told other places all I was told is that I need a new muffler, no exact pin point as to what was wrong. So I called Mayfield service department again and was told that most likely it's a hole in my muffler but they don't have a welding kit on sight that's why they refer else where. Far enough, but why wasn't I told that in the first place?! I did definitely go else where but it turns out it was my retonator NOT my muffler! They also did a FULL TRUE diagnostic on my car else where as I was told my air vent filter needs to be replaced. It was horrific, even though Mayfield Toyota checked off that it was fine and doesn't need to be replaced! How am I supposed to pay for a service that wasn't done properly?? They wrongly diagnosis what was wrong with my car AND missed things that they say were checked!

They are putting peoples lives at stake by not doing things properly, by saying the check something when they truly don't. Absolutely terrible service all around. They lose my business as a Toyota vehicle owner.

I have brought my 2016 Rav4 in 4 times in the last...

I have brought my 2016 Rav4 in 4 times in the last 2.5 months as my battery keeps dying. Instead of actually looking into the issue that its more than just my battery the Service Advisor just continually tells me that there's a lot of electrical systems running and Im not driving my vehicle enough. Replaced battery and was dead again in 5 weeks. HOW is this a reliable vehicle that every couple days I go to my vehicle and it doesn't start? There is a bigger issue and they would rather tell me inconvenient 'fixes' such as "drive my car around the Henday" or "get a trickle charger" cause if it sits more than 36 hours it dies - all very inconvenient 'solutions'. I bought this vehicle as Toyota's are supposed to be reliable. I'll be trading it in for a Honda and wont recommend Toyota.

I recently bought a 2016 tacoma at Mayfield from MJ Zagmout. I have dealt with many car dealers in the past and my experience with MJ and the entire team at mayfield has been the most positive stress free experience to date. MJ knew the brand new 2016 model like it had been out for years, and had no hesitation answering all my questions--and I had already done my own research.
I was very skeptical when they told me they would have my truck ready for me to pick up the next day, but they followed through and the entire process was smooth and seamless and their communication with me was fantastic.
Nothing but positive things to say about the folks at Mayfield and would highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

I recently spent a few hours dealing with Timm Lau trying to purchase a new Tundra or Highlander XLE though the truck center. We were unable to come to an agreement on the price but I was extremely happy with the service I received from Timm. He wasn't you typical in your face salesman. I liked his professionalism and ability to explain things thoroughly verbally and in writing. Originally I came to Mayfiled looking at the Highlander XLE, 4Runner or Tundra and it was important for me and my wife to get a vehicle in blue and stick to a budget of $500 a month. I wanted to finance a deal on a new highlander but Timm explained to me a second option that works in my favor by using the leasing option by maximizing the security deposits and getting a lower interest rate. I would recommend him to anyone. My review is for 4 stars because i didn't purchase a vehicle.

I am surprised I have not read more bad reviews, talked to many people since buying my brand new truck there. I was told that my interest rate would be 2.9, my fault but when signing the paperwork, my daughter was talking to salesman about buying a rav 4 (and I was worried) so I was listening to them. I also did not want the $4000 insurance but I got it anyways. I called the next day and wanted to return the truck (just because of the sneaky finance guy) and they said no. Then a woman who I spoke to quite a few times said no problem I could get the $4000 insurance taken off. But of course they did not do that for me. I would never buy a vehicle there again. The service department is so busy you need to call weeks in advance for an appt. Will not be buying my next truck there thats for sure!!!

I was in the market for a Tacoma truck, and after searching the dealerships in BC, decided upon a pre-owned Tacoma at Mayfield Toyota.

The whole experience of purchasing this truck, from negotiation to the point of taking possession, was simple and pleasant. I feel that Andrew Dye and Celia Chan had my interests in mind, and helped me through the process of preparing this vehicle for export to BC.

I went in not expecting much, Andy was incredibly helpful even before I was able to go in. He personally emailed me the selection of vehicles in my price range and helped me choose the right one for my family. From there I went to Jodi a finance manager who did her best to make it work and was able to get me into my new to me RAV. I was never mislead, I wasn't tossed from person to person, I was kept informed every step of the way. Great service and very friendly staff.

My husband and I recently leased 4Runner through Mayfield Toyota. We dealt almost exclusively with Andy through the purchase to pickup process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and has been available to answer any questions we have had since then. Highly recommend working with Andy!
The only reason I am not giving this dealership a 5 star is due to my experience receiving proper documentation to register my vehicle. It was not totally clear what I would need on a brand new vehicle when I went to register it. I ended up having to waste a bit of time going back and forth to get the NVIS documentation (which was at no fault of Andy!). Besides this hiccup the process was smooth. Thanks again Andy! Appreciate your help and patience through the process.

Going to Mayfield Toyota was life changing. Up until now we have been to many different dealerships though the Edmonton area. We had completely given up on the word professionalism and common decency. Then we went to Mayfield Toyota and met Wayne Halaby. Game changer. He is ultimately the best. We have been married for 35 years, and buying vehicles as a couple over that time period. You want to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity, Wayne will do that plus get you the vehicle you are looking for. He is backed by exemplary co-workers. After trying to get help from the local dealer in Fort McMurray; I contacted Mayfield.

I received a quick and pleasant response from Andrew Dye. He was very helpful and informative through the entire process. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was extremely friendly. It made buying a new vehicle feel effortless!

I picked up my new corolla yesterday & I am in love!

We have been coming to Mayfield Toyota for so many years before we relocated. Their sales team is truly amazing and we got great deals with our brand new vehicle at the time (even for our second brand new vehicle).

Unfortunately though, we discovered that their service team is not that understanding. Each time we take our vehicle for service, we feel the pressure of agreeing to whatever service they recommend because their team members seems to be infuriated; not sure why since we are calm and compliant. There were instances that we asked to come back because we can't afford those additional service/s (plus they're not critical) and we would explain that to them but we're usually faced with a negative response.

We all have different priorities in life so it really helps to be understanding towards each other. This is something that we hope their team would realize and work on.

I contacted the service department after having an...

I contacted the service department after having an oil change regarding smoke and a foul stench coming from the engine bay. They indicated the tech provided a complimentary engine shampoo and it was burning off the shampoo residue (there was no reason for this as I detail the engine bay regularly).

I inspected the engine bay and noticed pools of oil in many crevices of the engine and surrounding area, degreaser everywhere including inside the alternator, and stains/scuffs to the intake tube and manifold. During the oil change the technician also drove my vehicle doing full gear pulls in a 50 km/h zone.

I contacted the service manager and explained the situation and was told "there is not much I can do, the cameras don't go that far back". There was no offer to investigate the issue or follow up with the technician. There was no acknowledgement of the cosmetic damage, speeding, and neglect to inform me of what happened during my vehicle's service.

I have had my car serviced at Mayfield since I purchased it there in 2015. While the sales team has always been amazing (during my purchase and while I browsed during appointments), this experience has me looking elsewhere as I will not be returning nor can I recommend them as a reputable service centre.

Just bought a new Tundra from Binh and I couldn't be more happy with the level of customer service. I live in Tofield about an hour away from the dealership and I asked if there was a shuttle for me so I can pick up my new vehicle. Unfortunately there was no shuttle. But Binh on his own time came and picked me up in his own vehicle and gave me a ride to the dealership. And I couldn't be more happy with my new purchase. If I needed another vehicle I would definitely buy from him again! I'm the type of person that will spend a little extra to not deal with the pushy sales person. But I got a better price and exellent customer service at this location.

Not pleased with the service department. I booked...

Not pleased with the service department. I booked in for repairs quoted at just under $600 value. Once my truck was taken apart they wanted me to approve an additional $480 in parts. I did my research and discovered these parts are only needed during this particular repair IF you cut off the existing parts instead of simply pressing them off. They would not continue with the work without me signing off on the additional charges. I pleaded with them to please attempt pressing off the parts AND IF they break I would happily pay at that time. They outright refused to even attempt the pressing method.
As it was not acceptable in my mind for the repairs to almost double in cost for not good reason, I told them to put my truck back together so I could go to a different shop.

Not pleased with the way they treated me.

*Update*
The dealership did send me an email (through Google review) stating they would look into the happenings of that day but since then I have had zero response.

I expect that as with many businesses they are not concerned because they know there are many many other customers lined up waiting to be unknowingly abused.

Andrew Dye.... CALL HIM! We dealt with Gateway Toyota in the past for our first new vehicle. We went back for our second Toyota but found the sales rep wasn't too eager to help us so we tried Mayfield Toyota. I am glad we did! I had called around to ALL of the Toyota dealerships in Edmonton and surrounding areas and we got the best deal at Mayfield. Best part was that I did not have to come in several times to haggle on pricing... I spoke to Andrew Dye over the phone and told him to give me his best price and I let him know we had called all of the other dealers and he beat them all without knowing what they had even offered us. Since our purchase, we have had the car in for its routine services plus a dead battery (covered by warranty - no questions asked) and everything has been absolutely great! I especially like the drive through service department.... make an appointment, pull your car up to the doors, the doors open and you pull the car in. No hassle over finding a parking spot and parking a mile away in -30 weather... plus they have an awesome hot chocolate and coffee machine in the waiting area. We will be back!

Not impressed I ordered a part for my car back in June and they said it would be two weeks. I didn t get a call back in 2 weeks so I called and it ll be another 2-4 weeks they told me because of something that is going on with their systems. So I said okay I guess we will wait mind you I need this part for my car to even run. Flash to now 3 months later still no call so I ended up having to pay $190 from somewhere else for a $17 part! Not impressed

This review not for sales department, they are really awesome. This review about the service department. I bought a brand new 2019 prius technology model last year nov. Within a month I started hearing a ticking noise on the front passenger side dashboard. I have reported the issue for every time when I leave the car for service. So for 5 times they looked at the same issue till now it was not fixed. Last time they asked me to leave the car for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they said it is fixed, but still I'm hearing the same noise. I had spoken to the service Manager Chris about this issue. They way he responds like he doesn't care, and very rude. Looks like the car is manufacturing defect. But they just want to pass the warranty period. Mayfield Sale 100% recommended

I work up in Fort Mac and was in the market to down size to a Tacoma and heard of a great salesman named Danny Paulino from a co-worker who recently went threw Danny for his Tacoma. I called Danny on my way down, told him what I was after and met him the next day on the lot.
Danny was very informative about the different models that were available, also very patient since I wasn't sure if I wanted the 2015 or 2016. It was great to deal with someone that didn't just push for the newest and greatest but worked hard to find what I wanted, which he did. I would definitely without a doubt recommend Danny to anyone in the market for a vehicle. He didn't beat around bush and got me exactly what I was after at a great price.

It was a great experience with Jeff, Mike and John. Jeff explained everything in friendly and respective manner with 2 test drives ( 2 different models). Mike gave me all the possible discounts and promotions . John finished the deal with supportive and experienced way and he offered more discounts for other services.. We( I, my wife and 2 of my friends in 2 visits) were impressed with their services and hoping to get quality customer care in the future. B efore I went to Mayfield , I did some research and I understood that they are the best Toyota dealer in Edmonton. They gave me more discounts and low interest rate than they advertised. In the end , I inquired about free remote start as I saw on FB advertisement. Mike agreed to give it free if I was able to show it on their FB site. I was given his computer, I showed and got it free. I highly recommend Mayfield Toyota to buy Toyota vehicle for best price in Edmonton.

If you had asked me 2 years ago how the service was at this location and I would have ranted and raved. Everyone was wonderful.
I was just in on Saturday to purchase a new car and left with the most disgusted feeling. Not sure what has changed but this is not the Mayfield Toyota that I am used to. Sales was horrible. Didn't know anything about the car I was interested in. Seemed bothered by the fact that after a test drive I found out that I didnt like the car. I wanted to look at other options. Didn't seem at all interested in showing me other vehicles. Why are you even in Sales??
Just an absolute waste of time. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Always receive courteous service here. The dealership is a bit small for the amount of customers it has, but that's my only complaint. The oil change price is probably the lowest I've seen among any dealership.

Definitely get peace of mind bringing my truck here.

myself and my friend went to Mayfield Toyota on 13 feb 2014 to just look around and see what was available. We had a fantastic experience. Our salesman Vendhan was awesome this is the second time we bought a car from mayfield toyota.. Everyone was very easy going and personable. A huge thing for me was that no one was pushy or aggressive about making a sale. 100% satisfaction for myself and few of my friends started asking about the dealer i reffered and they are gonna come there and see, definately my next car will be at mayfieldtoyota, simply you guys rocks, keep up the good work and good customer service. Mr. Vendhan is a Customermaniac guy....

I am complaining about your rude employee on wem ice event, my wife and I were checking out all the cars and finally we decided to have a look at white porsche, there wasn't any sign hanged to the car that was sold, he yells "heyyyyy don"t push the bottons someone is just paying for it right now" I mean come On, you bring the show in, you leave the car doors open, you forget to hang the signs on and finally I am wondering what would happen to the suv you brought it to the show if for example we press afew bottons?! We are seriously disappointed with your company and the way your employee treated us, we are professionals and we have a great life and dignity, the first thing as a sales person is to learn is to respectfully talk to others, any way I wantted to let you know how disappointed we got from you guys.

I have been coming to this location since moving f...

I have been coming to this location since moving from Calgary. Their oil change service is cheap ($43 for a compact car) and I only wait about an hour to an hour and half. I tried other Toyota dealerships and have paid more with similar service. I have recommended this place to my coworkers and will keep doing so. You guys are wonderful.

Beaware of Service Department tricks.
The Service rep. would expect you to pay their inflated prices for basic service (e.g. cabin/ engine air filter replacements), if you say thanks but I will do it myself the service champion will put comments "Customer denied engine service" under your toyota maintenace record (important if you would like sale your vehicle, it will show up in vehicle service record. After a couple of such incidents I do not take my vehicle there for service anymore!

What a tremendous experience working with Mayfield Toyota! My sales person (Jason Deng) was professional, polite, personable and very knowledgeable. He was committed to ensuring my satisfaction and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and everything was right. Working with Tracy for financing was also fantastic, she was extremely thorough and very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and with my experience at Mayfield Toyota, highly recommended to anybody who wants a professional and fun experience buying a new vehicle.
