Not pleased with the service department. I booked in for repairs quoted at just under $600 value. Once my truck was taken apart they wanted me to approve an additional $480 in parts. I did my research and discovered these parts are only needed during this particular repair IF you cut off the existing parts instead of simply pressing them off. They would not continue with the work without me signing off on the additional charges. I pleaded with them to please attempt pressing off the parts AND IF they break I would happily pay at that time. They outright refused to even attempt the pressing method.
As it was not acceptable in my mind for the repairs to almost double in cost for not good reason, I told them to put my truck back together so I could go to a different shop.

Not pleased with the way they treated me.

*Update*
The dealership did send me an email (through Google review) stating they would look into the happenings of that day but since then I have had zero response.

I expect that as with many businesses they are not concerned because they know there are many many other customers lined up waiting to be unknowingly abused.
