Terrible service. Charged me more than quoted...ag...

Terrible service. Charged me more than quoted...again. My copy of the bill doesn t even add up. $405 for an oil change and service that I was told was covered on the extended warranty package. I didn t have time to argue with the bill like I normally have to. Eventually someone realizes that there was an error and they eventually fix it. It shouldn t be up to me to check over every detail of the bill and get them to fix. I wish we didn t purchase from them. I feel trapped into using their free oil changes. Overall terrible service. Not happy at all.
