Exceptional is the only word that can describe dealing with this place. Amazing sales team and good Finance team to make the customer have a dream come true. Personally I would like to thank Sukh the Sales Rep and John the sales Manager. Sukh knew what he was doing along with John and gave 100% satisfaction. I thank these guys from the bottom of my heart. To lay icing on the cake the would like to thank Sukh again since I know he made the impossible , possible along with John and the finance team. This is my Third one from Mayfield Toyota. Finally MAYFIELD TOYOTA has awesome people who work not for money but with a human touch .

I have purchased a used 2014 Camry, and while signing the Extended Care Protection (ECP), Andrea Gilchrist from finance department told me, I will have 7 years of warranty, but when I called toyota, they have informed that I will have only 5 years of warranty, because they warranty the vehicle from the manufacturing date, not from the date you purchase. When I informed her, she was not aware of this and told, nothing she could do about it.

So please beware of the persons who are working in finance and their bright promises. Specially beware of them with the ECP

Going to Mayfield Toyota was a great experience for buying a new vehicle for our family. Thanks to JC Solis from Filipino Drives for helping us purchase a 2019 Rav4. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle also making sure we understood how to utilize the features in our brand new car. JC explained the additional services, warranties and offered us a great price at Mayfield Toyota.
Also, thanks to Michael Lampa for setting up our finances. They were great to do business with.
I would highly recommend the Filipino drives team if you are looking to buy a specific car, they will have something ideal for everyone and will take care of you long term.

aweful customer service received. they charged us for something we never asked for and basically called us liars. the manager Chris Keller was extremely rude to us. I regret ever buying a car from them. regret going there for service. Gateway Toyota has way better service if you have a choice go to any other Toyota but this one

Sold me a new Corolla car without a block heater, which is illegal in Alberta. It has been over a year and still won't install a block heater to replace the faulty one they took out. I m getting tired of playing telephone tag with these guys. Once they sell you a car, they got your money and wont care about you any more.

Every time I deal with the service here I am very disappointed. Even with recent service appt I had asked simply if they can include the Car Wash too and they wouldn't do it. I have had my dealing with other dealerships and even other Toyota locations but unfortunately this location is where my warranty is with. I regret buying at this location.

Bought my second new vehicle from Mayfield Toyota. Bill Werbeniuk is a very experienced person, he knows a lot and he is very straight forward. I liked his direct answers and I felt right away he is a straight shooter with straight, honest answers to your questions. The worst experience of my life, getting a battery changed for my dads highlander, was promised a certain price, and at the end they still charged him what they thought was best for them, and my dad just paid, to avoid a hassle.
Will never recommend this place to anyone, it is a scam artists haven.

Mayfield shows professionalism all around. I ve had good dealings with sales, service and parts. I have no issue taking my vehicle there for any service, I have a 2006 Tacoma that I will not take within 100 feet of Northwest(Kingsway) Toyota where I purchased it. I bring it to Mayfeild for anything I need done.

I bought a 2015 tundra at Mayfield because of the service, and will not stray. I am super happy with the work and professionalism found at Mayfield. Thank you.

Mr. Kier Kho - the personal advisor you need to meet and do business with if you are on the hunt for pre-owned. A very genuine person who is not pushy. I enjoy his hilarious and very down to earth take in sales. A pleasure to do business with! The mindset with some is the fact that you always have to do be on time, people have placed this mindset that if you are late your are non-caring, what people don't get is the fact that sometimes people will not be on time because that means they are catering to others besides yourself and if thats the case wouldn't you want them to also help you! I appreciate his grind! Had worker, you'll enjoy doing business with him.

Also Wade or was is Wayne, from financing is a character I would love to have at my side in needs of financing, he went through all the nitty gritty details, very professional. Overall, I am happy to have met this team at Mayfield Toyota Pre-Owned ... Sales department and financing are absolutely tras...

Sales department and financing are absolutely trash. They took $5k deposit and then had me wait for 5 months for a 2018 sienna. They calles to say vehicle would arrive between April 24-29. May 16 comes around and I heard nothing so I call them up and they say there is a note on my file that i decided to buy a Lexus from Kyle?!??? I told them that I have no idea who Kyle is or what they are talking about. So they told me that was weird and I said ya especially since if that s true you never thought to give my deposit back. They had no answers for me and said i would have to wait another 4 months if I wanted the vehicle I ordered. They then ask me if I want to buy some other van they have on the lot lol. As if I special order a 2018 Sienna and wait 5 months so I can buy whatever trash they have lying around. So let me tell you my theory on what REALLY happened. Winter time they are slow so they send out flyers to previous buyers to upgrade their vehicle, but this sienna took so long that by time it arrives it s spring and they realize they can make more $$$$ selling to a new buyer vs a trade in so they screw me over because they are sleazy slimy bottom feeder salesman. My wife wrote the manager to let then know our dissatisfaction and guess what? CRICKETS! I ll never purchase another vehicle from these crooks that are either incompetent or intentionally deceive their customers.

Danny was extremely helpful with our attempt to locate an AWD Toyota Sienna. While we ended up walking out with a FWD he went above with making sure we were happy. He even went to the extent of sending a personalized YouTube video of the actual vehicle before we bought it detailing the perks of the van. Thanks Danny!

The people(some) working in service department they are a thief or scammed. In month of December I phone them and got some quote for services as well as replacement for passage side mirror. One of the manager gave me quote (over then they generally charge). I was OK that time with quote. I book for January first week. The service day I dropped my car and after few hours whend I go for pick up , service guy told me that mirror is in but you have to buy plastic separately. I told hI'm that I did pre pay for whole set of mirror and as well as manager quotad for full set of mirror then why you guys charging more for plastic , which includes with mirror. He said it's not me it's system which shows me. Then I went to assistant manager and explain whole situation. Manager took me to parts and we both check with parts guy that, manager who gave me quote, she charged me more or quoted more than usual. It's about $100 dollars difference plus tax and also I comfort with parts guy's that mirror comes with plastic and I not need to pay extra for it. I went to service adviser and explain everything. That guy told me that he wasn't understand that why that manager over quoted for services as well as mirror. That time I found that they are a thief and what ever extra money they can scab from me. This is just a small story but if any one needs proof then let me know I will present it.

This all incidents I was explained to relationship manager and nothing output from her as the moment.

Generally you get a bit of a chill down your spine at the thought of taking a vehicle to a dealership for maintenance, but I've been consistently - and pleasantly - surprised here.

The people working here are friendly, and - most appreciated - honest, as I keep records of what work has been done and what I've done on my vehicle and it's a refreshing change to not be upsold all the time with unnecessary maintenance in a patronizing way. They're also okay with bringing my own oil, which is nice as I get to choose and keep my costs down a bit.

And they're quick, too, with a nice waiting area inside and a very generous coffee machine with pretty much every type you can think of only a press away. And if it's something a little more major than just swapping fluids, their shuttle service is handy - which is good, because the dealership itself is awkwardly placed with regards to bus stops.

It's always amusing to see just how busy they are when driving past, too, as the surrounding access road is packed with vehicles.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Mayfield Toyota today. One of the service staff suggested to me that if I did not bring my 2018 tundra in every 8000 km for a "routine" check up Toyota may refuse warranty if any issues were to occur. Now of course I always have the proper maintenance done to the truck at the recommended intervals but to suggest I should pay for a "routine" inspection every 8000 km or possible voided warranty is just wrong. I immediately went to discuss with the service manager Chris and he came across as very arrogant and quiet frankly he was rode. Started to walk away from me in the middle of our discussion...I now will take this vehicle to a different dealer for future service.

Let me start this way: hats off to Michael Linterman. This five star rating goes to Michale for his great customer service.

I bought 2015 highlander XLE at Mayfield last week. Actually I was shopping for new a highlander and decided to get the pricing from Unhaggle. After pulling the price report next day I got an email from Michael Linterman. He invited me and wife for a test drive. I am glad we went there because Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process. He gave a small tour of the service dept. and explained the advantages purchasing vehicle at Mayfield. We never felt pressured at any moment. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and, most importantly, polite person. Even though I was shopping around at different dealership, his approach and dealing made me to give my business to Mayfield. When I picked up vehicle he walked me throughout of the car to explain all the features of car second time.

On the other hand at financing dept, I did not have a good experience. The person I was dealing with so arrogant and did not have a clue about customer service. I talked with her few time before the car delivery and there was a moment I felt I am not going to buy the car from Mayfield because of her approach. As a recent customer my friendly advice to Mayfield management team would be, please fix the person otherwise there will be good chance you will lose the future business from other customers. Even though at the front the lot of good people in sales team working hard to make a business for Mayfield, end of day she could be deal breaker for anybody because of her attitude. As you know One bad apple can spoil the bunch.

But after seeing Michael Linterman s approach and friendly manner, I convinced myself to give my business to Mayfield as he is very cool guy to deal with. Actually I am waiting for Toyota Canada survey and will give good report about his customer service. Mayfield Toyota must be glad and proud to have a guy like Michael at their team. He told he was working almost ten years at dealership. I can say with great confidence that he will keep doing his best work to customers like me in coming years and will be performing great business deals for Mayfield.

In conclusion, any new buyers in the Edmonton area looking for Toyota vehicle, I would strongly recommend to contact Michael Linterman at Mayfield Toyota.

me and my hubby needed an SUV cos we just had a new baby and also for the baby's safety, i have been to different dealers is ether the price was way out of our budget or the car was not just the one i like. i really got frustrated in search of car not until i went to Mayfield Toyota and got introduced to Hannah one of the salesperson she was such a down to earth person, i would say a big thank you for helping us find our dream SUV. we so love it so much.

I was able to sort out almost the entire purchase over email with Jason Deng while I was out of province. He had the exact model and colours I was looking for reserved for me and prepped with the add-ons and accessories I had requested waiting for me the day I moved back to Edmonton. When I was having difficulty registering and insuring the vehicle due to the switch in provinces he even had a loaner set up for me so I was able to drive around and deal with the registries and insurance companies. Joan and Tracy in finance also helped me out significantly by getting me a much lower rate than I was expecting. There was no pressure to purchase any of the extra warranties or protection packages like I ve experienced at another dealership in the past, which I really appreciated. The ladies at the reception desk were a blast to chat to and joke around with as well and helped me out when I was trying to get paperwork printed and scanned over to the insurance company. Just an all-around positive experience.

Arrived in Edmonton and drove to lot to check out vehicles. Within minutes a lot manager was there to check in to see if I needed help. He sent out a great guy, Kier Khol. Kier helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted and take it for a ride without any pushy sales techniques. He answered all my questions and if he was unsure of an answer he wouldn't make it up, he would verify with other staff members who were all great to deal with. Mike linterman helped me and a friend buy two highlander at the same day that took him a week of negotiations. He made sure that his price beat every other competitor by a mile and want above and beyond for us. We live in Fort McMurray and mike linterman understood that we need a Transporation and hotel to come down to pick up the cars and enjoy our new vehicle in Edmonton city. He was understanding, patience, and never put any pressure to make the sale. I bought my first car from mike linterman and will be going back in the near future.

Myself and several family members have bought vehicles here and we have always been treated well. From start to finish the salesman is on our side for getting us the best possible car at the lowest possible price and is always up front and honest. The after purchase service is fantastic as well. The mechanics don't push for unnecessary work to be done and always have the car in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

LEMON DEALER!!! Bought a new Tacoma and the lights are cutting out. It doesn't happen often, 5x in the last year. The truck is not safe to drive and the dealer refuses to look for the problem. Kris Keller the Service Manager said he'd loose money if they traced the problem and won't do anything unless the diagnostic machine can find it. No real mechanics at that lemon store.

I just recently purchased a brand new Toyota 4Runner from Mayfield Toyota. As I already knew exactly what I wanted, I appreciated the no bull experience I had. Mayfield Toyota's team was very quick to respond to my inquiries during the buying process and they were more than willing to work with me in terms of the vehicle I was looking to purchase, gave me a fair price and ensured all my accessories were installed before my pick up. They even provided me with one of their vehicles to boot around town while I had additional work done to my vehicle because I had forgotten to add a few finishing touches prior to arriving at the dealership.

Mayfield's staff were very accommodating to my time frame as I was travelling from out of town and was only going to be in Edmonton for a very specific date. Although they had an event where a portion of their staff and vehicles were off site, I felt that I was adequately taken care of.

Their team is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, honest, did not waste any of my time, friendly and willing to work with you.

I haven't used their parts or service departments yet but I am more than pleased with my experience with the sales team.

I am a long term customer of Mayfield Toyota, I don't have problems with the dealer. But I went to get service from Mayfield Toyota for a regular routine check up for my 2011 4runner. The oil change was free and they charge me $165 for the check up. However, I mentioned to the staff that my front light is not working, so I asked them to check it. After 2 hours, they called me and said the problem is the brake, not the light. Before they go ahead, they asked me to pay $80 to take a look. So I went ahead, then after an hour they told me my car is ready. The service desk told me that everything is fixed and that the fix will last until the next check up in a few months. But after two days, I noticed that the light wasn't working. I called back the service department and asked why after only two days it wasn't work anymore. Now all of a sudden they're saying there's no guarantee it'll work. Now it's worth $500+ to fix it and I asked why they didn't asked me in the first place to fix it at that amount. The staff was rude and told me I was yelling when I wasn't. I'm very frustrated. They hung up on me! I was just asking for an explanation on how to get it fixed and working again long-term not only for two days. Now they're denying that they said it would last until next check-up. I can't be bothered to continue going back and forth paying money to get things fixed over and over again. I contacted the supervisor and left a message, they haven't called me back.

The engine light on the instrument panel of my 2008 Rav4 lit up. Took my vehicle to Mayfield Toyota. Manny was able to replace the ignition coils and fuel injectors. Kayda was also excellent in her customer service. I've been taking my vehicle to Mayfield Toyota for several years now and I've always been satisfied. This is my go to dealership. Thanks to all the staff especially to Manny and Kayda for their excellent customer service.

Harry has the kind and honest face that you want in a sales professional. He goes above and beyond to provide support to me on an ongoing basis, even years after having purchased my vehicle. 10/10. (+2 stars)

Shelly, and Geoff are a breath of fresh air in the always fast paced, always demanding service area; every time smiling and providing a genuine response to my concerns. 10/10. (+2 stars)

Anisha on the other hand glares at me with disgust, complete with insincere expressions. It's quite obvious she hates her job and could not care less about the customers at Mayfield Toyota. If MFT truly does believe that "anything less than a 10 is a fail", then she along with the other miserable front desk clerks are the biggest hurdles keeping the dealership back. 0/10. (-1 star)

I appreciate all the work he put into finding me the best rate and the best car to suit my needs. Was not pushy at all!! And it didn't feel like he was selling me, it felt like he was trying to help me like I was family. If you're going to buy a new car, go here and ask for him. Would 100% recommend

First of all, I normally only leave reviews for extremely great service or extremely poor service. Unfortunately, this is for the latter. Mayfield Common Toyota is just like any other high pressure, lying, car dealership. I ve been emailing with one of their salesmen about a Tacoma over the course of a week and was given the promise of a price match to any other dealerships. I even asked if they would honor the no GST promotion during the Zero Event (where you don t have to pay GST). The salesman didn t know about said event until I sent him the link to his website. I guess that should have been my first red flag. Having agreed to this all in writing, I went in ready to purchase, spent several hours of my day, test drove, etc... only to have the sales manager come over and say No, you will have to pay GST if you want the price we offered you. They claim to be the best Toyota dealership in western Canada, and upon making a trip there to purchase my dream truck, I thought they were. I was given very kind and professional service over the phone and via email. However, the buck stopped there once I was in the door. So unfortunately for them, the bucks stay in my pocket as they were not true to the price their salesmen offered even though it was given in writing. I will be buying elsewhere(unless they honor their price) as I cannot morally support a company that will not stand by their word.

This is why they are just like any other typical high pressured dealership:
1. Agree to great price to get you in the door.
2. Go back on their word to PRESSURE you into a higher price once you are present.
3. Assume you will pay more once you ve test driven and touched the vehicle you re interested in.
4. Are not well researched in the promos they are offering.
5. Apparently, have hidden loop holes with their promos sound better than they are.

Very, very disappointed. Typical high pressured car dealership.

DAVID FRIESEN General Manager & Managing Partner held my car hostage for 170$. Charged me for a service I never asked for. Biggest regret was buying from Mayfield. If you are going to buy a toyota buy from gateway or another dealer. STAY AWAY from mayfield toyota.

The best Toyota in Edmonton! Maybe elsewhere too! We bought our vehicles there and always go there for servicing! We are treated like gold by everyone! So polite and welcoming and they ALWAYS go above and beyond for us!! If u want to buy a new Toyota, go here!!! You will thank me later!!

I was browsing Kijiji and came across a used car at Mayfield Toyota. I messaged them and received an email back from Danny very quickly. He made a YouTube video showcasing the car just for me!
When I went to see it in person Danny was great to speak with and not pushy at all. I knew I was being looked after without concern.
The whole process was great and he got me a good deal.
All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and I would definitely recommend dealing with Danny if in the market for a used vehicle.
Scott in the Finance Department was also very nice and not pushy.
