Be very careful of getting quotes over the phone with these guys. I had my vehicle towed there on the basis it would cost 130$ for a new key. The next morning they told me it would be triple that price at 349 and I got no apology at all. The service manager told me it was a "he said she said" situation. He kind of treated me like a liar. Sorry guy, I don't spend my time making things up like that. I wonder if he would have said that if I was driving a newer, more expensive vehicle.Just a friendly warning to people to triple quadruple check your quotes before leaving your vehicle with them! Staff however, for the most part, especially their shuttle drivers are very friendly!

Worst Experience Ever! I Ended up buying a Nissan the next day....,
I took my 80 year old father to price out a vehicle & had I not been with him, the sales man who said he grew up in th Congo would have definitely taken advantage of him & sold him a vehicle that did not the features he wanted. The sales man was very clear that the trim model my father wanted had all the optional features he wanted (blind spot detector & back up camera) & that was very clear that this was on the base model.
.The salesman was also was very clear that the vehicle my father was now interested in purchasing had even more features at the base trim level. I expressed to the salesman my surprise given I recently purchased a vehicle from another manufacturer & I had to purchase a Premier edition for those two features...

The salesman refused to give me a price without a test drive while they inspected my fathers trade in.... I was clear that I did not want a test drive I just wanted a price so my time was no wasted if it was over his budget.... I find when we were very close to coming to an agreement when the sales manager got involved that the salesman provided us with the wrong information & lies to make a sale! Even while I was telling the sales manager what he said was in the price of the car, the salesman just stood there, never once admitting he made a mistake. The sales manager gave us a price on the top trim model at a discount (trying to keep a customer) & seemed apologetic for the salesman s error & we decided to make a final decision the next day. On the way home we stopped at Nissan who gave us a price on the trim model with the features we wanted & purchased the vehicle last night... I will never shop at this dealership again; the salesman either lied to make a sale OR was so incompetent he did not know his product. I cannot believe Toyota would even allow this!

Hi, we have bought Several cars through Mayfield Toyota. We have only good things to say about this Dealership. They have always treated us Fairly, and made the buying process extremely Easy. Gary Lee and Casey Curran are the people you want to see if you want to buy a Toyota Truck. They are extremely knowledgeable, and they show the utmost respect and professionalism to their customers. They can also help you with your car buying experience. I have brought several of my friend to buy Used cars, and Hassan Fawaz was very easy going, and non pressure when looking for a used car. Mayfield Toyota has made the buying experience very easy from start to finish, that includes the financing department who are very transparent to the customer. When we get our car Serviced, Dee Pflughaupt(Service Advisor) and Bob Thompson always treat us like Family, and they are always courteous and respectful to our need. This is the reason we keep coming back. I have recommended many of family, friend and Coworkers to Mayfield Toyota because the Other dealers don't seem to keep to par. There are some people in serving that are not as friendly good as Dee and Bob, but I can subside that. Very happy to recommend more people as long as the customer service is top notch, and the service pricing remains competitive.

Recently bought a Corolla from Mayfield's Jason Deng. As a first time car buyer and being very new and unversed in any of it, I found the treatment and service we received to be clear, honest, and to the point. Jason was respectfully polite with none of the pushiness of some salemen that I've come to fear in such a competitive industry.

He was readily available and came in on his day off for us to see the vehicle a second time. He was upfront as to all the various fees tacked onto the bill as we made it clear we very much despised hidden fees. And from what I could see in their breakdowns and detailed purviewing, everything was clearly accounted for.

We got a great price and financing for the vehicle. Their price was comparable to comparisons with Gateway and Sherwood, the latter of which contacted me to try and beat Mayfield's offer. Calculating just value-wise, Sherwood did give a slightly better deal, in the form of a trim one higher up and various accessories added on (none of which we had much use for). However the blatant almost disrespectful experience I had over the phone with said saleman from Sherwood ensured I would never bring my business to them, regardless of a deal slightly better in pure value. To say he was pushy and utilized typical sales psychological pressuring tactics would be the least of it. It came down to us feeling like he was saying anything just to get us to agree to a deal. I had no trust in that interaction and I definitely would not be bringing my business there.

Mayfield was so much nicer to deal with overall. From finances to general manager to services and mostly definitely to our sales person Jason. If we were to get another car this Toyota dealership would definitely be one of our first stops in the future.

CASEY CURRAN was the best!!!! He got us an amazing price, the model that we wanted and threw in other sweet deals he's the best salesman i've ever had to the pleasure of dealing with. This is the second car we have purchased from him and plan to do all future purchases with him as well. I recommend him to all my family and friends, he is extremely helpful and always there for you even after you purchase your vehicle lol. Doing business with Casey made mayfield toyota my go to location. Thank you so much for everything!

Danny (sales) had been super informative and taking good care of us since the 1st time we visited the show home without any appointment. He even helped me to wash my car plate before installing it onto my new Toyota! Joan also provided us a lot of useful info. After a very negative experience at another dealer, it was refreshing to meet Andy Lam. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of the parameters I presented in terms of budget, vehicle type, and option specifications. I always had the sense that he had my best interests in mind and was not pushing me. I appreciate that very much. He found the best vehicle possible for me.
I have no problem recommending Mayfield Toyota and Andy to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Highly recommend Mayfield if you're looking to buy a new/used car. They have the best deals in town (we shopped around quite a bit, trust me!) and their staff is super friendly and helpful. Phi was fantastic and very sincere. We were sure he got us the best possible deal!

Then everything changed when i went there. There was no customer service at all. Not even a greeting. When we met up with Jason he was not willing to negotiate and as time progressed he became less and less professional. We were not being difficult, we just brought a former car salesman with us who knew how to negotiate. He began to lose his cool and was disrespectful. While we were all sitting down with him he offered my my middle sister and i a deal and asked for a deposit. My eldest sister did not like his offer on her vehicle but put a deposit down anyway as there were not many of the highlanders in stock. I asked him in front of 4 people if the deposit was refundable he said over 3X that it was so we put our deposit down. My sister then consulted with another dealership (kingsway) who offered her a much better deal and they offered to beat whatever Mayfield was offering us. We went to Kingsway to see what they had to offer and they were so awesome that we decided to move our business there. My eldest sister got her deposit back.
We (my other sister and I) returned to Mayfield to ask for our deposit back and one of the finance managers contacted Jason and he told them that our deposit was non refundable. To make a long story short were there for 3 HOURS trying to get our deposit back bouncing from person to person everyone saying that they could not give us our deposits without Jason's approval (lies lies lies) but i refused to leave without my deposit.

Finally one of the sales managers Ken was very nice gave us our deposit, and sincerely apologized. He made it clear that he didnt want to hold our deposit. I had wished we dealt with him first. He even offered to pay for our dinner to compensate for our terrible experience but it was too late. We were angry exhausted and disgruntled after 3hrs of trying to get our deposit back. Plus there was so much that also happened here that i do not want to write as this review would be too long. Just Don't buy from here and DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN UNLESS YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THAT YOU WILL GET IT BACK. They dont care about your business obviously if they lost a 3 vehicle sale.

The only good people i interacted with here was Roslyn (she was great, she's in finance) and the Sales manager Ken who gave me my deposit back. If you go back there just go to Ken directly no one else he and Roslyn are Mayfield's only saving grace.

Go to kinsgway instead. We bought 3 vehicles from them and we were happy with their service.

I have been here many times and this will be my la...

I have been here many times and this will be my last. Every single time I come here they either forget to tell me after I wait an hour longer than the service was supposed to be or they say yah your vehicle is done but the paperwork is not. I am literally watching the person that should have done it 20 minutes ago not doing it. In fact they dont seem to be working at all. Aside from this recurring issue, I have also had them give away parts that they ordered specifically for my vehicle on numerous occasions and then tell me to come in again it's my problem. That issue was dealt with by Toyota canada when I called them however this runaround of them not finalizing paperwork or making phone calls to let me know they are finished is unacceptable. Once or twice maybe it's ok but 6 times...

UPDATE it's now been 1 hour since I inquired and was told she just has to do the paperwork...still waiting. If you look at their hours compared with the time stamp on this post they close soon, they have completely failed.

I agreed that the service department does not provide quality services and only want to make money. Last year, my highlander's engine light was on and they told me to replace the engine. I spent around $1000 to check why the engine light was on but they did not tell me what caused the problem. I have switched to another dealer and my engine is still good and engine light is not on any more.

I would rate my satisfaction level at five stars for the service I received at Mayfield Toyota on April 5. They switched my snow tires for summer tires, and polished out some scratches on top of my trunk. They also did a great job cleaning my car inside and out, making it look as good as new! I'd also like to pass along kudos to Raquel in the service area for her pleasant manner, excellent people skills and efficiency. Mayfield Toyota exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Mayfield!

I returned to Edmonton from recently finishing my studies in the States. I figured it would be a good time to purchase a new vehicle more suitable for Alberta winter condition to replace my old vehicle. I made my rounds around various Toyota dealerships in Edmonton, but I decided to purchase my vehicle here at Mayfield Toyota. One of the reasons for my decision was my encounter with the e-Commerce Manager, Mr. Andy Lam. He was polite and informative regarding my requests and questions. I appreciated his knowledge about the vehicle of my interest (2020 Rav4 XLE AWD). From the beginning, I was clear about my choice of vehicle model and package. Mr. Lam respected my choice by explaining the details of only that specific model I had inquired. Mr. Lam respected my time (his potential client) through concise, yet informative communication without trying to convince me to upgrade to a higher tier model/package. Mr. Lam personally highlighted the key sections of the vehicle manual with sticky notes, and he spent the time reviewing all hardware and software features of my new vehicle with me prior to sending me off. It was a very pleasant professional interaction. He promptly connected me to his colleague at the finance department, Ms. Tracy Hladunewich, for smooth business experience. Ms. Hladunewich was very helpful and personable while we finished all of the paperwork required for a new vehicle purchase. Thank you for all your help assisting me with my new purchase, and making it a pleasant experience.

I have many years experience buying vehicles and I was treated with respect and dignity by my salesman, RAYMOND WONG, Sales Manager, KEN CHUNG and in the finance department by JOAN LEE:) I appreciated Raymond's honesty and expertise. Ken was respectful and made me feel comfortable. Both employees had a great sense of humour that made buying a 2015 toyota Rav my dream come true. Worst service!!!!!

Worst service!!!!!
First came to this location and was disappointed with the service from Joan Lee!!!! We waited for almost 2 hours for just to get a response from her!!!!
Ultimately left the place and went to Northwest Toyota where we got exceptional customer service and left with a car the same day!!!!!
After that We have called the dealership almost 20 times for the refund of $500 which they took.
I literally had to fight to get the money back.

Very bad service!!!

Very bad service!!!
I was there today for regular service and fix my highlander Powder Back Door not working issue, I was told $80 and agreed, after 3 hours waiting I was told they couldn't figure out the issue and I need pay $160 for one more hour just to find the problem.
I was asking the Manager- Chris why I should pay, " this is your car, nothing is free..." I was question them if they can ensure in 1 hour to find the issue and if you take 10 hours should I pay $1600? " we can't ensure, yes, you have to pay $1600..., nothing is free"
I told them "NO, I am not going to continue", they didn't fix and find the reason of the issue and still charged me $80.
I really couldn't understand how they help their loyalty customer ( start 2014) to solve issues!!!

Andy was excellent, we pretty much conducted the whole trade deal by text and my 4Runner was all shined up and ready to go when we got to Edmonton
Being from 5 hours north of Edmonton it was very important that everything go smoothly because I couldn t come back if it didn t
My insurance company was not answering phones on Saturdays so I got pretty stressed but Andy quickly solved the problem by lending us dealer plates that we could courier back to the dealership
Also Myron in finance was so easy to deal with, very honest and quick

Went in on Saturday to look at buying a new car, andy was my salesman. I was impressed with with his professionalism and knowledge of the cars. Andy was very quick to answer any questions I had, and if he didnt know the answer he found it out right away. Very personable gentlemen, and made sure I understood everything that was going on as this was my first new car. The biggest thing is that he didnt put any pressure to buy the vehicle. When Andy did the walkthrough of the car with me, he stayed even after the dealership had closed to make sure I knew the features of the car. All in all was very impressed with the service and hospitality of the staff, but in particular, Andy. Would definitely recommend anyone buying a new car to speak to Andy.

Sukh is a great consultant at Mayfield Toyota- caring, thorough, very competent & looks after the needs of his clients. Every moment with him was quite delightful. He helped us to choose the right vehicle for us. We were impressed with his knowledge & personality. Toyota must be very proud to have an employee of such a man with this calibre.
Indeed the whole staff is very courteous & welcoming. It is a good multicultural facility & consultants speak many languages to accommodate their clients. The CEO of Mayfield Toyota mus be commended for creating such atmosphere.
Danny P, Internet manager was very helpful to take me to Sukh & asked him to look after us. His sense of humour , politeness & coperative attitude won my heart. Finance people- Joan & Michael explained the details of financing our car. 5 Star experience with Mayfield Toyota.

March 21 I brought my vehicle in for service, whil...

March 21 I brought my vehicle in for service, while my 82 yr old mother was waiting for me in the parking lot the shuttle driver backed into her car. Mayfield Toyota agreed to repair the damages; brought her car in April 3rd to have the damages repaired and while there a oil change. Picked her car up on April 10th, while driving home on the Anthony Henday at about 20km in, the oil light came on in the vehicle and suddenly started to lose power and I was unable to drive it. I Called Toyota immediately and they towed it back to the shop. The next day The service manager said that it was the engine light that came on not the oil light, it was definitely the oil light. I was told that the cylinder lost compression, and that the only solution is a new engine. I have been dealing with this for the past 2 weeks. I cannot prove anything but something happened while my moms car was being serviced. The car was in perfect running condition prior to the service. Mayfield is offering to replace the engine at $2600 minimum. My mother has been without a car for 3 weeks. She is 82 yrs old and is not prepared to by a new car nor pay for this repair. My parents had this vehicle serviced on a regular basis at this dealership and at no point was it mentioned that there was a problem with the car. This has put my mom in a very stressful situation.

the first Toyota shop I have been to that actually seems to care about the customer. They bent over backwards to check on parts, find parts, etc for me that I was having a hard time getting other shops to do.

I will definitely be repeating business with them and will be having them do some work on my truck when I am back in town.
