Absolute joke of a mechanic shop. Alignment done was atrocious, steering wheel was crooked on receipt of the car. Went in for them to fix that yesterday, just for them to absolutely screw something else up. Not happy with this shop.

When we bought our second vehicle from Mayfield Toyota we once again received spectacular service from our salesman. We continued to bring our vehicles back for maintenance and service. However, the last two times that I have brought my vehicle in for service I have received some of the worst customer service I have every received. From not actually looking into the issue, to snarkily refusing to look into a warranty and the worst "detail" job I have ever seen, we are ready to take our business elsewhere. To top it off, when I tried to address my concerns with them, they were not helpful or apologetic in anyway.

Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The experience couldn't have gone any better. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to this Toyota location for their needs.

Worst! We got our car here. It broke down 3 times in 6 months. A mechanic told us that toyota gave us a faulty car. Probably a car that was returned. The car already has 1k on it when we got it.

I been for oil change and update software when I went upon my booked appointment time they said they cannot do update so I said I can come back later then the lady she double check with the responsible person and conform me that they can do it the lady did her part perfectly
With in 30min I got call back to pick up my vehicle there they said they cannot do my update due to weather conditions so they want me to come again when I wanna leave their manager came to talk he don t have any respect towards anyone I wish I could give if they have 0star I been recommending my friends to mayfield Toyota but now I regret to recommend to any one of them for being their actions towards me they are dumb guys who is not having enough knowledge and time values terrible experience with them they have big time communication problems internally

I recently purchased a 2017 Corolla. I took my dad with me, who is much better at negotiations than me, and was able to get a good price. The price was the best part of the service I received. Everything else was lackluster.

Firstly, at the time of my purchase there was a promotion going on offering 25000 aero plan miles given upon the purchase of a new car. I had to correspond many times back and forth with my sales rep after my purchase to receive my miles. When I checked my account after 2.5 weeks I realized I had only been given 250 miles. At that point I felt that it was not worth the effort to have the mistake corrected since it had already taken so long.

Secondly, at the time of my purchase I was told that there had been a recall on all Toyota block heaters. For this reason, I was told, my car did not have a block heater installed. This was confirmed many times through my correspondence with my sales rep(I asked when I could get my heater installed). Later when I went in for my first servicing, I was told, by the service clerk, that a block heater had already been installed, but would be replaced. I told her that it had not been installed, and she assured me that it had. This seemed odd to me but I guess it is probably the result of a lack of communication between departments. Not wanting to argue, thinking that either way I would have a block heater, I said okay and sat in the waiting room. When my name was called I took my car and was on my way. I did not follow up on the block heater, trusting that everything was done correctly. A few days later a cold spell hit and I thought it would be a good idea to plug in my car. When I went to do so, I was unable to locate my block heater cord. I will follow up with Toyota to get some more information. Even if the block heater was installed(I still do not know), the cord should have been made accessible (ie. Installed properly and ready to use) or I should have at least been given a demo on how to do so myself.

Overall, I am still happy with the price I received (mostly thanks to my dad) as the sales rep did try and help us get a good price. The post sale correspondence seemed to me like it was a chore for my sales rep, and I did not even fully receive what was offered. The service department's negligence could cause huge problems in the event that my car does not start, and I have become a bit skeptical of them (having also seen other negative reviews). I gave 2 stars because it was one too many slip ups for a dealership that supposedly prides itself on its customer service.

My customer service with one of the service advisers was absolutely terrible, i came in just to get my TPMS sensor reset and just the feedback of the adviser was very rude and spoke to me as if i was retarded maybe because i work at a dealership but do not work on Toyota vehicles and that is why i cant do it myself, not to mention that they completely ripped me off to do something that takes 5 minutes of plugging a computer into the OBD. i would highly recommend if there is someone at the dealership that you can trust stick with them so you do not get someone else that is rude to ruin your experience.

He was an exceptional salesman! Also I just called today and spoke with Austin in the service department and he is also amazing!! All around great service at Mayfield!! Highly recommend Mayfield to anyone looking to get into a Toyota!

I am very happy with my vehicle I bought last Saturday from a great Sales Rep - Andy Lam who shows amazing sense of ownership, remarkable customer service attitude and spirit. I even got a follow up call from him yesterday after the sales which you won't find from any others. He is my best experience after shopping around with other dealers such as Gateway Toyota, Southview Acura, Go Nissan North and Zender Ford. He won both my boy friend's and my absolute trust for my future car purchase. Of course I am also impressed by the service from the sale manager - Henry. We will definitely recommend my friends and family come over to them and Mayfield Toyota when there is need.

Had a great experience getting a vehicle from Mayfield. I was moving across the country so getting something set up quickly so I could have a vehicle as soon as I got to Alberta was imperative. Danny Paulino went out of his way to find the vehicle for me that I wanted and had everything ready to go by the time that I arrived in Edmonton. All of the employees were very personable and easy to deal with. Great service. Would definitely recommend buying from Mayfield Toyota and working with Danny to fill any of your specific needs.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla 18' back...

I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla 18' back in January and since then i've run into some issues specifically with the dealership and what seems to be lack of communication/organization. First off, when I purchased the car, I was not made aware of the fact that the block heater was on a recall and my vehicle did not include it. It wasn't until I was inspecting the car at pickup that I noticed the block heater was missing. When I had asked about it, my sales associate claimed he didn't know either and didn't get back to me till a few hours later and then mentioned that it was on a recall and that i'd have to be on a wait list. I didn't get too upset regarding this issue as I was very excited to get my new vehicle. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I brought my car into the dealership for its first 6 month car service. At the appointment, not one person from Toyota mentioned anything about the block heater and after an hour, they sent me home saying everything is up to par and good till the next service. It didn't occur to me until a few days after that I forgot to ask about the block heater situation since it has now been 6 months of being on the list. When I called Toyota to ask for an update, the lady on the phone mentioned that the block heater parts were in and they have already started installations for other vehicles. I mentioned to her that my car was in for service just a few days ago and not one person caught on to my vehicle being on the list of installations. The lady was very kind on the phone however that does not justify my vehicle being overlooked at a car service. At the car service, once my car model is pulled up on file, shouldn't the employees be aware that this model is missing a block heater? Because of this, I had to come in on two separate occasions back and forth to the dealership on my day off. Super inconvenient and not impressed with details overlooked.

So we are sitting at their service center disappointed , because we booked for oil change week in advance , while booking they asked if we need any other service , we declined for any other service , we just wanted oil change (we really dont know that the car needed oil change only once a year, we bought this car used here last october ) so today we drove all the way from east side to west for oil change . Now at the counter they said car is due for oil change in october 2020.and they tried to charge for service #3 at 107$ . I told them this is first time we are here for service . Then she changed to service #1 at 69$. If they told us that car is due for oil change end of this year, we wont be here sitting . Totally disappointed.

I've had my Sienna serviced at Mayfield for 4-5 years now and have never had a bad experience. They've always been honest and forthcoming with me and I appreciate that. Recently I had an issue with Bridgestone and Justin in the Parts Department was so helpful and patient during the process. Good to know that decent customer service still exists!

I come here twice a year to get my tires changed and to get regular maintenance done on my car: oil changes, brake check, etc. I've been coming here for 3 years. I have little or no complaints. Good customer service, and someone always calls me back to ask if I was satisfied with their services. That is a big deal. I like the free shuttle service - the shuttle driver is experienced and very polite. Only once when they were doing some work with my trunk lock, they didn't put the plugs back in to secure the fabric to the inside of my trunk. I was surprised all the plugs didn't fall out of the car on my drive back home, but I found them all and just plugged everything in place. Minor thing. Just make sure you check everything over before leaving the place... just common sense. Overall, I like this place.

Our family had an amazing buying experience from Mayfield Toyota. Jeremy Ho and Ken Chung were able to answer our every question and helped us decide on the vehicles we were going to buy (we decided on a Corolla S and a RAV4 XLE). We were able to agree on a price we are extremely happy with. They made sure we were very cared for and went above and beyond our expectations. The service department was also very kind and quick with their work. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to look here. There's a reason most Toyotas in Edmonton are from Mayfield -- they treat you respectfully and ask about your needs the moment you walk in.

If I had the option of not giving even one star, I wouldn t give them even one star. I highly recommend taking pictures of your vehicle from all angles once entered in the service drive thru. Gave my car in for service, when I picked the car the fuel cap cover won t close and they made a note on my paper that it needs to be fixed. Even though it was closing fine before but not after I gave my car to them for service. Next day I went there to talk with them about this issue, manager didn t seem to believe me and told me they would go through the video tapes. I got a call from them saying that we checked the tapes, it was already slightly off, then I had to explain to him how it won t even close now, it just pops back open, no more clicking. After being a little firm with them they re telling me that we will look at it and try to adjust it for no charge as if they re doing ME a favor. Rather than admitting to their own mistake.

The service provided by Mayfield Toyota was exceptional! Unlike other dealerships, there was absolutely no pressure in making a purchase. Andy Lam carefully explained the features of the different RAV4 models, which made it a lot easier to decide on which model to buy. On pickup day, Andy had already placed markers in the manual on relevant information, which is very helpful if something happens as I don't have to scramble through the pages. Also, he thoroughly showed all the features of the car, from the exterior to the interior. Thank you Mayfield Toyota and thank you Andy!

Went to test drive the highlander platinum.

Sales person had to tag along, due to liability issues, at least that s what he told me.

Other dealerships we visited don t have this policy, but ok.

Anyways they have a set test route. My issue is the only time I was able to turn left on this so call set route was when we returned to the dealership to park the vehicle.

Also the test drive felt like a road test. It s hard to get a few of a vehicle when the entire time we were at Granny speed.

After the test drive, I was asked how s the drive? I wouldn t know as I told the sales rep, this is suppose to be our family road trip car, and not a daily commuter. Hence mostly highway driving, I was told to keep it at a granny speed throughout the test drive.

The one time I actually got my vehicle in for service the service was good.

That said every other interaction I ve had with the service department has been disappointing. I ve had rude an snotty interactions both on the phone and in person.

Paid for extra warranty which entitles me to some free services. The first time I tried to book an appointment they informed me there was no warranty registered to my VIN and when I asked her to look into it she told me I had to call the dealership I bought my truck from as it wasn t their responsibility. I left and I wasted a bunch of time on the phone to discover she hadn t looked it up the right way.

Today I had the pleasure of being very rudely informed that they book two weeks out for services and offer zero flexibility for people with tight schedules (I often don t know my schedule 2 weeks in advance).

Called Gateway Toyota. They were polite and friendly and were able to find a way to deliver good service.

I will not be returning to Mayfield Toyota.

I've purchased many vehicles over the years some ok service some better. Mayfield was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Andy is fantastic super accommodating not pushy and made sure I got everything I wanted in my 4runner. We came from out of town and Andy did videos of every vehicle I was interested in. When I picked one he got me a great deal! The finance department made the transaction stress free. Myron and John were easy to deal with and answered all our questions.

Awesome experience from start to end.

Found the 2014 Honda Ridgeline on the Black Book website, emailed the dealership and within a short time Andy messaged me. He then sent a U-tube video of the vehicle to me to look at. The followup was very informative and not pushy at all.
All the negotiations were conducted via the phone and email. Every time I called the dealership I never spoke to a rude person.
I live out of province and decided to purchase the vehicle and when I arrived in Edmonton Andy was at the airport with hot coffee and took me to the dealership to check out the truck.
I can not say anything negative about Mayfield Toyota, all employees were friendly and kind.

Brutal. I waited 2.5 hrs and paid $129 for a "scheduled service" for them to rotate my new winter tires that have been on the vehicle for less than a month. They also checked the driver's floor mat and did a bunch of other unless things for a vehicle with less than 25,000 km on it. Beware of the new Toyota service schedule. It is an unnecessary money grab. They didn't even change the oil.

Went here to have my Girlfriend's car serviced. They have free coffee, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of comfortable seating so you can wait while your car is being serviced. They even have a shuttle service that can drive you if you need to go to work after dropping off your car (as to where it can drive you, I didn't ask).

Mayfield Toyota made it far to easy to buy my truck. Drove down from McMurray on Friday and Drove home in a new Truck Saturday. Cant say enough about how well they treated me. I am heading down soon again to have my Remote start installed and they are taking care of me again.. Malcolm was a great salesman to work with and he answered all of my random questions every time. He did go above and beyond!! Was never pushy and never make me wait to get an answer and I know that he went out of his way to get it done. I love my Tacoma. Thanks all at Mayfield.

We rushed in on a Saturday afternoon with a BT concern that had not been addressed by another dealership, and found friendliness and a cordial response. I've owned 3 Toyota's purchase from this dealership and I'd go back in the future. A great physical space, nicely decorated and approachable staff. Visit. Toyotas are awesome!

I have always had a great experience but today more than exceeded my expectations. I had my regular oil change, brake service etc. And decided to add on the smallest detailing package ($85). My car looks cleaner than it did when it was new. I am extremely impressed with the detailing done and will gladly add it on in the future!

I went to Mayfield Toyota for a car purchase. It was an amazing expereince. From the moment I met Vendan sekar, I made up my mind that I should buy the vehicle from him (after visiting several dealerships). More than anything , he was the most honest person with great behaviour, respectful and absolutely professional. I loved the overall process and thanks to Mayfield Toyota for having such a wonderful person.
The price I got was the best and the service was the best ever. I would recommend VENDAN and Mayfield Toyota to everyone :)

I have to be honest and say my issue is with the U...

I have to be honest and say my issue is with the Used Car sales team. Seriously not impressed with the service, the lies and the issues we have had to deal with since. 8 months down the road I have to find more than $2000 for major issues and then another set of money for new tires as the ones the car came with are no longer safe (which I thought in the first place but was assured that at the servicing the tires were good)!!! Not only that we were told about a few extras that would be thrown in and being a sucker, I believed it. Now when I go to check on it and take advantage of the extras (fee oil changes and discounted tires) nothing was inputted on the file. Personally, I feel that we were ripped off and would never, never, never deal with the used side of Mayfield again.
Having said this, while we were looking initially at new vehicles, the staff in that area were superb!!!
