My friend and I came to this dealership with no intention of buying. Ran into a young man named Dana. He had a lot of energy and excitement. Showed us the 2 vehicles we wanted to look at and drive. After we got back from test driving he didn t let us leave without seeing payments. My friend ended up buying the car because Dana gave him an amazing deal. I will definitely be bringing my wife in next week to buy from him. I recommend asking for him to be your sales person because it was the best experience I ve even had at a dealership in my 20 years of buying.

Great dealership and great service! They are also home of "The Lunch Bag Deli," a deli hidden in the service center waiting area. The hot sandwiches and burgers are delicious and the customer service is outstanding. If you are dropping off your vehicle for service, don't grab lunch anywhere else, intead, find the deli and chow down!

Battery needed replacement, unknown at the time, and I arrived mid-afternoon without appointment and I was given a loaner. I was notified that my vehicle was ready at 4:05PM the same day. Due to traffic and distance, I picked up the next morning at 8:30AM.. My questions were answered professionally and to my satisfaction. Anthony Denso, my service advisor was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with his advice..

Service is great, process are fair for the level of service they provide. In my opinion service is far and above other places. They really try to treat you right and takes care of you.

This place and everyone in it acts like they are as good as the Cadillac name, everyone has an attitude the service department is so backed up, my car came back with oil on it, they dont wash unless you pay for their membership service. Even the people at Hertz Rental have attitudes. Don't try to maneuver through the traffic to get there at closing time. Cadillac needs to get another Cadillac service department somewhere else to lighten the load on these people, the place is just to busy

had a great experience purchasing a Denali but their service department is horrible my suv had shifting issues the first week they said it was a reprogramming update (false) then i had bought really nice 26 inch black wheel they called saying they ruined a tire and wheel (false) again it was two wheels and tires left front and right rear how does that happen (drive .throughs) somebody went to lunch in our car. i had decided to possibly trade in vehicle for an escalade but took it into service department first because of a faulty mirror and faulty tv at 36k miles. They said i was over warranty by almost no miles and that i had to pay in order to get it repaired.

Maybe if they didn't park the vehicles soo close they wouldn't get scratched up or door dinged like mine, so now I have a 70k truck w a big scratch in it. Never again, not even for an oil change would I send my money their way!

The service at MKB has definitely improved over the year. Wait times have reduced and service advisors seem to better understand that the customer's needs matter. Truth is of the utmost importance, by telling the customer just how long a wait time will be, or if any surprises arise after the initial intake of your vehicle is crucial to a good business relationship. Service after the sale is a treasure that all dealerships need to protect.......by recognizing customer needs. If you take care of your customers they will come back!

In short, dealerships needs to plan for the long game, because the short game is too risky. The risk is losing your customer base which can expand to losing new customers as well.

Worst experience ever - paid ice 75K for new fully loaded Denali - at 25,000 miles had to have all fuel injectors replaced, the transmission sounds horrible and now the paint on the hood and roof is appearing to oxidate rapidly- GMC and Mlk have passed the buck and have chosen to not fix the issues as it was just out side of bumper to bumper warranty.

The sales associate a very pleasant young man but the sales manager was making plans with his daughter talking to other associates while he was explaining the financing to me, I was just uncomfortable. The sales people have to give extra effort to make a sale .

Thanks to MKB, my 2000 Yukon continues to run almost like new. Kudos to all the technicians and admin staff - Competent, friendly, and do good work. Last Thursday I went in for a regular oil change. I was in and out with no issues. While I was getting in my car it wreaked of gas and I thought that the service member who delivered the car must have had gas on his hands and the smell would go away. I went home for the day and on Friday set out to Temecula to run errands before heading out to Lake Shasta. The smell was still there and even worse when I turned on the AC. It was nauseating. I called GMC and informed them, they stated that I should go into a GMC and have it checked out. This was nearing 4pm and I was already leaving town on a Friday. I was so upset as I had to deal with this horrible smell. I had a friend check it out to make sure I was smelling gas. They confirmed it was really bad. I finally get back and call GMC on Thursday to ask if I can drop the car off for the day on Friday as the smell is really strong and it does give a bad headache. The service member stated NO, I can not drop off the car as they were slammed on Friday. I stated that the issue was caused by them and I really need it to be looked at. He said NO again and gave me a date on Monday. I informed him Im in sales and in my car most of the day and the smell is extremely bad and I would really like it looked at. I also said they can have my car all day, still no. I can't bring in the car Monday as I'm in Seattle, there was no concern from the service member and said well that's all we have. Horrible and complete disrespect. THERE is GAS smells coming from the engine I told him 3 times and it was due to them! I 'm shocked that there was such lack of care and concern. DO NOT GO HERE! A complete lack of care and concern!

I love GMC! I spent weeks finding the right Acadia for my family. Prior to our visit I ve only serviced my GMC s here. It was always a great experience.

We drove all over Southern California but MKB was our second stop OUT OF 7 dealerships. We met Dana and despite the fact they were closing in an hour he took us on a test drive of a beautiful Acadia Denali. I ve had 3 Acadia s but none a Denali. Owning one would be a dream come true. We left that evening with that Acadia on the top of our list. We visited several other dealerships but kept in touch with Dana. He never made us feel pressured to make a deal and he was open to our negotiations. 48 hrs. Later we made our way back to MKB to sign the papers for our Acadia Denali! Aside from the wait time, it was an easy process because we were pre-approved. Even during our wait Dana checked in with us and made sure we were okay.

The best customer service I have recieved in Cali! Low engine oil pressure light came on in Acadia, didnt have an appt but I was seen within 5 min of arriving. Dropped of car the shuttle service took family and I (6ppl) downtown until car was ready for pickup, even the cashier lady was on point! Everybody was friendly and willing to help, they gotta good family vibe goin throughout the workplace.

Since the manager showed some interest in my 2 star review, I'm raising my review to 3 stars. And I'll explain my three stars... The three stars is almost all relating to the infrastructure of the business. The service writer I regularly go to, Kevin, is awesome, actually. But the building, the systems, the amenities, decorum are all hopelessly out of date. The owners, though I hear they are nice people, clearly have not reinvested in their business. In addition to Cadillacs, they sell trucks, too! And I don't think it's even that nice of a place to buy a truck! As an admitted Cadillac fanboi, it pains me to see a place like this as representative of the brand. If somebody wants to buy a Cadillac in San Diego, they are pretty much going to end up here - and while the cars are every bit as good, the buying and servicing experience is not really going to hold a candle to the local German dealerships. My three stars is out of love for the Cadillac brand and in hopes that it will motivate this company to finally make the investment to transform their location into a luxurious experience.

The Mitsubishi portion of this service center is horrible. I scheduled an appointment the day previous and had the car there by 7:30am. Did not receive a call back until 3:15pm saying the diagnostics had been run and what would I like to do about certain items. So the car say there all day. Why did I even schedule an appointment ? Then to top it off they didn't even put a sticker showing when the next oil change will be needed based on mileage. Only indication I have that any work was done at all is the paperwork I had to sign to pay for the service. That doesn't list the next service mileage either. I complained about these items at the cashier station and they did give me a 31 dollar discount on my 395 dollar bill. A nice gesture but still overall very displeased.

I would avoid going to MKB if you need your vehicle serviced. I schedule an appointment and 3:30 hours later they haven t touched my vehicle and the service manager has the nerve to say appointment times has nothing to do when they ll actually work on your vehicle, they ll get to when they get to it.

Wish I had known this before, I ll never go back to this dealership again.

I guess I should have noticed the service area looked like the mall parking lot before Christmas.

This is the second experience I have had where your service technicians have lied and have not completed the job requested. I bought my car at MKB and expect the service techs to have the same quality of service as the salesmen, which they dont. I scheduled an appt to come in to get oil changed, back brake light, and front camera. After 4 hours, I get a call from my service rep that they had changed the oil and priced new tires for me. It's an insult to make me wait 4 hours and then offer other services when you haven't finished the ones you started. Then, he proceeded to tell me there was no one to fix my brake light, so why schedule an appt? Better yet, why schedule an appt but not honor it. If you are booked, you are booked but wasting someones time is the most disrespectful thing a company can do. When I expressed myself, he miraculously found someone to do the repair and all of a sudden had the part, but again, why not do it before I get upset? Lastly, when you knew I was ready to go with the unfinished job, you washed my car without telling me thus wasting more of my time. I will NEVER bring my car back here and furthermore because of this I will encourage all of my high net worth collegues to not buy a car at MKB because the service department isn't reliable after several bad experiences.

I was prompted to write this public review after offering the opportunity for the dealership to step up, offering feedback twice on automated customer feedback emails and reaching out to representatives. No one from GM has reached out or returned my messages which says as much about this dealership and company's culture as anything. I bought a certified preowned Buick Verano in Anaheim. I live in San Diego. After driving the vehicle less than 5000 miles I brought it in to "my" Buick dealership to get the brakes checked because they were vibrating a bit. Remind you, I've driven the car less than 5000 miles in about 9 months. After they checked the brakes it was determined the rotors needs to be replaced, though the brake pads were fine, and exactly the same measurements as when I purchased the car. They were so bad they couldn't be resurfaced. After being lectured by Greg White, the maintenance supervisor, about how he couldn't help me because this car wasn't purchased at his dealership, though if it was he agreed this was a concern and would offer help, he "offered" a coupon on the service (a service coupon that was basically mailed to all GM owners) and told me to call the Anaheim dealership myself to share my concern. I put Mr. White on the phone with the Anaheim dealership maintenance supervisor and neither would step up to help saying this was a "wear and tear" part. Again, I've driven the car 5000 miles in 9 months and the rotors are so bad they need to be replaced? Mr. White was barley paying attention on the call. Mr. White then went on to patronize me with another lecture on how to brake as not to ruin the rotors. I've never burned out a rotor in my life and my last car had 75,000 on one set of pads. I have owned Subarus for 20 years and have gotten amazing customer service and this would have never happened there. Further, on this visit I paid $200 for a fuel injector cleaning. I love my Verano but GM has no idea how to handle customer service in 2017. It's no surprise why they can't activate a younger market. They can push their way around with older people and take advantage of them, but just have no idea how to really engage and support a younger customer base that are mobile marketing for their product. It's like being on a 1970s used car lot down there. I really hope GM, and this dealership, can figure out a new culture on how to connect with their customers because they are not selling cars because of it, the product and cars themselves are great.

Booked a 8:30 oil change 7 days in advance, dropped the Yukon off a 8:15 per dealer recommendations, car wasn t ready until 10. If I would have known that, I would have not selected wait for vehicle . The service manager s parking lot meeting with the service technicians compounded the delay. Typically businesses have those types of pre-shift.

Stay away! This place is just another scam haven. Three staff members in particular. The sales guy Josh Hayes who tried to scam me by increasing the price of an already advertised price. He did this by saying that it was mandatory to purchase there SWAT tracking system. He claimed that the SWAT just couldn t be removed. He used a pathetic analogy and said it was like painted stripes on a car, and it had to stay. Then we have Jake Monnier , the sales manager. Jake was just directing Josh Hayes on how to rip me off. I called Jake the following day and confronted him about the SWAT system and that I didn t want it because of there deceiving and misleading sales practices. Immediately he was very upset and defensive, I don t want you to blast me all over the internet he said. Jake and josh both insisted that they couldn t remove the SWAT tracker because it was already incorporated into the vehicle. Eventually Jake offered to refund me my money. I went back a couple days later and the finance manager had to redo the paper work. I was expecting the vehicle to stay at the service department so they can remove the SWAT system. Nope! Nothing happened, I was just issued a refund and I was on my way, nothing had to be removed and proves that the SWAT is a scam. Finally we have Shelly Garza, the finance manager. Don t let this lady manipulate you on buying extended useless warranty. If you do decide to buy extended warranty, ask for the terms and conditions. Remember that your entitled to a full refund within 30 days. READ READ all of the paperwork before you sign. Remember that you can bail out if you didn t sign the contract. These people are nice initially and that s how they entice you, I was expecting them to be extra nice, but forcing an add on like they did was almost illegal. Just buy a car elsewhere, it was a nightmare and I have to speak out so somebody else doesn t go through this hell.

I purchased a 2013 Scion XB from them and the car is great! The problem is they have been very unhelpful in getting the information I need in order to get it financed through my bank which they gave me a week to do before I get stuck with their high interest rate. Everyone who I contact has been unresponsive and when I do finally reach somebody they act as if I am wasting their time. I am still trying to get the financing figured out before I am forced to take the high interest rate, but I feel they took advantage of me.

Terrible lease buyout experience!!!

Terrible lease buyout experience!!!

Please don't make the mistake of coming here or trusting that Marvin k brown will do what they say they will do.

I came in to buy out my lease Oct 4 and finance through my credit union. I was assured by that Marvin k brown would take care of all the paper work and send the pay off check needed to GM financial. It is now Oct 29 (2 days before my lease ends and and 25 days after buying out my lease) and GM financial has not received the check from MKB. So in 2 days when my lease ends, if the check has not been processed I will have to pay double for my car payment ($285 to GM financial and $285 to my credit union for my new loan. ) All of this after paying MKB a $3,000 down payment. My credit union confirmed that MKB received a check from them with the full pay off amount on 10/10 and they were shocked that MKB has not yet sent a check to GM financial. Everytime I have tried to resolve this issue with MKB (6 x total) they tell me to call GM financial. Every time I called GM financial (4x total) they they have informed me the problem is with MKB and they are the only ones who can resolve the issue. GM financial has escalated things on their end and even tried contacting MKB directly and has left 2 messages. The only reason I changed from 1 star to two stars is because Cynthia was very helpful and took care of everything right away when I went in for the final time, So hopefully everything will be resolved and I won't have to pay double, but I can't recover all of the time that I spent trying to resolve the issue

If you are buying out a lease , you are better off doing everything directly through a credit union (better rates and customer service).

Service was terrible. I brought my car in to get the tailgate lift fixed and tires rotated. I dropped the car off at 7:15 AM. By about 2pm I was calling for an update. When I finally talked to the sales rep he said it would be done by 4pm. I then get a call back saying he doesn' t have the part and that I can either pick up the car and bring it back or leave it. I then asked for a loaner car and was told they don't give them out for this. I was then forced to get a rental on my own. When I finally picked up my car the next day, the tailgate lift was fixed but they didn't rotate my tires. Unless you have big $ work going on you, are a waste of their time here.

If I had an option to rate zero star a would ... my husband and I had purchased from this place before. Our sales guy was actually good a year ago. We recently went days ago, got a terrible sales person whom we didn't even get a card from, he was Philippine I think. Worst sales guy ever, and also don't even get me started at the big bald lazy manager they have. Wanted to trade my Buick Verano for an Encore, my lean holder was already GM Financial.. my APR was 15, which we had called prior to the visit to GM just to se if they would do the loan again they accepted due to still owing on the Verano .. this facility after running credit wanted to give us an 18% APR with another company !!! We explained everything and basically just treated us as if we were poor, manager just sat in the chair I have always seen him without coming with us since we were the only customers that night and I don't even want to star with the sales guy.

Yesterday we went to SOUTH BAY BUICK GM in NATIONAL CITY .. got a brand new 2018 encore with a 6.9 APR.. took them less than 20 min to get that ... The experience was so different, and it was until that moment where I saw how incompetent Buick in auto circle management was. I'm just glad someone with great ethic like the manager at South Bay Buick was able to actually care and do his job. For being lazy ass people ( and I'm referring to the guys in auto circle) they lost a sale.. guess they are rich and don't need the sale.

As a result i have a broken 50 dollar vogue center cap. Its not the techs fault. When the roof rack arrived, it didn't fit my model of vehicle, so I was told that I could purchase the correct roof rack for $400 more. It sounded like bait & switch to me, so I scrapped it and wanted a refund for the part that didn't fit. It has been over 8 months since I requested the refund. I've left voice messages, sent emails and have talked to at least 4 different people in person about the issue. Voice messages haven't been returned, emails haven't been replied to and in person conversations haven't gone anywhere.

So a couple of weeks ago my son and I went in MKB to look at some trucks, right away we were greeted by Albert Hiram. Very friendly to me and my son, literally made us feel like family (like a uncle). I told him what I was looking for and the price range, we then took a 2016 GMC Canyon for a test drive around town. Albert was very knowledgeable on the Canyon and all of its features towing power, satellite radio, apple play, onstar etc. When it came down to negotiation and trading in my 2013 Toyota Tacoma for a 2016 GMC Canyon Albert made the process very easy and simple for me. He was very patient with me and my one year old son brought us waters and a balloon for my boy (made his day). Overall I had a great experience and a great deal, I honestly look forward to the future on our next purchase at MKB and definitely with Albert Hiram.

I recently brought a certified preowned Cadillac Escalade at this dealership. Troy Baldwin was the salesman I dealt with, and I have no other words to use but amazing! I am actually from Nor Cal and brought the Escalade from here (SoCal). Troy was honest, prompt in responding, and made the whole transaction smooth and easy. I was weary at first at spending so much on a car I had not seen in person, but Troy was honest and inspected the car for me. He was great at responding to text messages, emails, and phone calls. I was kept informed about the status all the time. The car was delivered here in NorCal in the exact condition as Troy said on the day he said it would be.
