Horrible place to work if your a minority. I filed a EEOC claim against them but stratix immediately deleted and shut down my email with most of the evidence i had of fowl play. If i could afford an attorney i would file a law suit. I worked here for a year great performance with excellent production numbers and when i start asking about being hired on they let me go. The supervisors and managers there have less experience and degrees than most people beneath them. A majority of minorities are located in staging and the warehouse. So if you want an office you need more degrees than the executive's, be with them for 10 years or play golf with the right people. They create presidents within the company only to boost there friend's and families resumes but have little to no knowledge of anything computer related.

if you re trying to work here BEWARE I was hired into Stratix through ITRM as a technical support technician contractor in the MOC. The job was pretty easy the training was mostly remote via skype (trainer and receptionist were the only genuine people within the corporation) . A typical day is usually 8:30-5pm. Management is a joke basically a high school popularity contest. In order to get hired in as a permanent employee you are to meet your metrics ( all green ) three months in a row. But after working here for almost a year there was only a handful of people that were hired in as permanent employees those same people were friends and or family members of management. If management does not like you and you are not friendly with them they will let you go regardless of your work ethic. Stratix has great potential to be an amazing company management within the mobile operations center needs to clean house and rehire in order to create a fair level employment opportunity for potential employees. Instead of having good hardworking people coming in and getting let go due to the lack of personal relationships with management. Stratix also claims to be a tech company but a large amount of management (within the mobile operations center) is not tech savvy or equip with the basic fundamentals of IT literacy. The job itself is fairly easily a lot of the job consist of self reliance since management is rarely anywhere to be found and is known for ignoring employees seeking assistance. However I am grateful to have had this short run with Stratix in order to further my expertise in IT via a variety of MDMs and troubleshooting solutions. Stratix has the possibility to be an amazing company if they would do a better job of unfairly hiring friends and family members of management over outside employees. Lastly when my contract was ended ( one day after Christmas ) I was given no warning or indentation that I would be getting let go (stats were good, no attendance issues, and no major infractions within the company) but was sent a text message from a job recruiter ( not my original recruiter) at 7:30 pm. Never received a call, text, or email from any member of management from Stratix. Way to treat people Stratix.

Good work environment with flexibility to stretch your engineering design skills for the benefit of clients.

A very nice place to work. Good people good atmosphere.

Toxic work environment and extremely stressful yet at times it can be rewarding.

You have to have God, a extremely great attitude and real tough skin to work there.

Still not sure if their customer service department exist.
