When I purchased my vehicle 8 months ago I added on a roof rack from Marvin K. Brown. When the roof rack arrived, it didn't fit my model of vehicle, so I was told that I could purchase the correct roof rack for $400 more. It sounded like bait & switch to me, so I scrapped it and wanted a refund for the part that didn't fit. It has been over 8 months since I requested the refund. I've left voice messages, sent emails and have talked to at least 4 different people in person about the issue. Voice messages haven't been returned, emails haven't been replied to and in person conversations haven't gone anywhere.
