This is the second experience I have had where your service technicians have lied and have not completed the job requested. I bought my car at MKB and expect the service techs to have the same quality of service as the salesmen, which they dont. I scheduled an appt to come in to get oil changed, back brake light, and front camera. After 4 hours, I get a call from my service rep that they had changed the oil and priced new tires for me. It's an insult to make me wait 4 hours and then offer other services when you haven't finished the ones you started. Then, he proceeded to tell me there was no one to fix my brake light, so why schedule an appt? Better yet, why schedule an appt but not honor it. If you are booked, you are booked but wasting someones time is the most disrespectful thing a company can do. When I expressed myself, he miraculously found someone to do the repair and all of a sudden had the part, but again, why not do it before I get upset? Lastly, when you knew I was ready to go with the unfinished job, you washed my car without telling me thus wasting more of my time. I will NEVER bring my car back here and furthermore because of this I will encourage all of my high net worth collegues to not buy a car at MKB because the service department isn't reliable after several bad experiences.
