never going back service advisor jared jonsson doesn't listen to customers .I went in for a simple oil change service advisor added on services that was he says that was included and i didnt request. As a result i have a broken 50 dollar vogue center cap. Its not the techs fault. If the oil was simply changed this could all been avoided. the one time i didn't request merle portor I have issues .. never again marvin k
