Truth is of the utmost importance, by telling the customer just how long a wait time will be, or if any surprises arise after the initial intake of your vehicle is crucial to a good business relationship. Service after the sale is a treasure that all dealerships need to protect.......by recognizing customer needs. If you take care of your customers they will come back!

In short, dealerships needs to plan for the long game, because the short game is too risky. The risk is losing your customer base which can expand to losing new customers as well.
