I never seek out dealerships on google to write them a review. But, Mark Miller has earned it. Their service dept is seriously top notch. I took my car to a repair shop thinking the dealer was out of reach. They messed up a repair so I took it to them and not only did they borrow us a loaner car but also let us use it for a week while we sent the car back to the other shop to fix their bad work. Brian Payne the service manager is one of the most high class people I've ever had the pleasure of associating with in the car repair industry. He encouraged me to give the other shop the chance to makr things right and walked me through how to approach it with them. It worked. They covered their mistakes 100% for free as they should. He then provided a comprehensive maintenance check on every inch of my car which is normally $100. It was one of the most detailed breakdowns of everything my car was in need of, what was urgent, and what was cautionary. It was so well done, I was able to take it to this other mechanic and he actually used it to override his assesment. These guys at Toyota Mark Miller are masters at these cars. I trust him and his team 100% now and seriously will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Then I stopped in today to get an oil change, and they got me right in, and within 20 mins had it done, my car washed, and it was cheaper for full synthetic than I've ever paid at Jiffy Lube. So so impressed. I felt I needed to thank them publicly for going way above and beyond. And staying integrous with their prices, to my surprise. Mark Miller service is the best I've ever seen in this business. They stand behind their work too.

Our tryst with Mark Miller dates back in 2009, when me and my wife were shopping for Certified mid-level sedan. Right from Sales & finance to Delivery every body in their Staff was very clear in communication and we closed the deal in 2 1/2 hours. The car still runs great (5 years after). There service advisors and technicians are most cordial and friendly. I bought another Toyota Car later (Prius) and get it serviced regularly at Mark Miller. They not only do the Job great, but also have best prices amongst the authorized dealers in the Salt Lake Valley.

My experience at Mark Miller Toyota Service Shop was great. The service was quick, the waiting room is comfortable. The mechanics are honest, and pleasant to work with. I prefer taking my car to the dealership as they have the experience and parts are readily available. I also appreciated having a clean car when the service was complete.

I have always loved working with Mark Miller Toyota since we moved back to the Salt Lake Valley. We have visited them for purchase and leasing decisions and for service in a number of instances. In every case they were professional and wonderful to work with. They care about and make those who are waiting as comfortable as possible and have a wonderful drop off and pickup service for those that need to leave their vehicles for longer periods.

I bought a used Maxima from them. It ended up having an issue with the headlights, the car was only 1 year old and I was surprised. I called Mark Miller Toyota and expressed my concerns. It took a few calls and emails but in the end they were willing to pay for the repairs. Says a lot about the type of dealer they are. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealer. Also, when negotiating the price they were very open to disclosing the numbers and easy to work with. When I arrived everything was as promised.

Went WAY above and beyond their call of duty to help me with a dealership who was advertising a lower price, but making it impossible to purchase at said price(basically wanted me to beg). Got me approved (for the other dealership who said they couldn't approve me?!) and then found me a lower rate than the approval. I decided to spend the extra money with Mark Miller to get rid of the headache. Still having a great experience after several services.

All of the service professionals are direct and honest in response to all of my questions and have never tried to up sell me on things that weren't necessary. Kelly Cronin was our salesman and I would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

I am editing this because the customer service reps stepped it up and made every effort to fix what went wrong. Like I said before, I was very pleased with my experience. It was simply those last few minutes there that left a sour taste. The company has called me and fixed all of that. Great service

live in Wyoming but decided to try going to Mark Miller Toyota for my latest service needs because Salt Lake is the nearest "nice" city to me. I was feeling great about the service offered to me at the beginning. It's a 3 hour drive from where I live, so Bruce understood my need for transportation while I waited for my car. He set me up and got me on my way while my car was getting work done. The services I needed on my car took a long time, but I was alright with it because I knew they were getting it done. The service tech called me at 4:55 and told me that they were done with my car and that they "close at 5, but they wouldn't lock up until they saw me". I hurried back to the shop as fast as I could. I did get there after 5 pm, but I wasn't worried too much because they told me not to worry. When I got to the cashier, however, she told me that she may not be able to process my transaction because it was after 5. I told her that I didn't get a phone call telling me to head back until 4:55, so how could they have expected me to be back so fast? She processed my transaction, but told me nothing about what they found during the routine inspections on my car, gave me no inspection paperwork, and she had a sour attitude on top of that. I work customer service myself and I understand how frustrating it is when a customer comes in after closing. But you still finish the job to the best of your abilities and treat the customer right.

Like I said-- great experience! Until the very end.

Have treated me fairly and honestly...I had one issue with a squeaky seat but Mark Miller Toyota fixed the seat and have had no further problems...The 2015 Highlander has exceeded all my expectations...Would recommend this vehicle for anyone that wants comfort and room...And the towing ability has been great...

Great Service, High Cost

Amazing service and very kind and helpful staff. Chris Reynolds in particular (Manager in service) was very helpful and very quick to reply (rare quality for service people to respond to calls/emails within an hour) and answer any and all the questions I had.

the atmosphere of the place is top class with complimentary beverages, comfortable waiting area and free shuttle service for drop off/pick up.

They were great to give no pressure into getting the repairs done and let me take as long as I wanted ( almost two days) comparing costs elsewhere. When I had more questions they didn't hesitate to help and again they never once made me feel pressured.

Only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating is the cost. Same thing at my local mechanic was a fraction of the price. Definitely a place to consider for your repairs but if it is anything major or expensive $$$ call your local auto shop and see what their price is.

They wanted to charge $500 just do do a diagnosis to check my camshaft. $50 at my local mechanic.

Angela takes care of everything my truck needs, keeps me posted and makes sure I understand what needs to be done as well as what can be delayed. Recently, my Prius was ready for its 30K mile service. I wanted to get that done before leaving town later that afternoon. When I called Mark Miller Toyota Service Dept, they told me to come right in, no appointment necessary. So, I did just that. I only had to wait about 45 minutes and used that time to take advantage of the complimentary soda in the waiting area and catch up on some news. I was very pleased with the courtesy shown by the service representatives and the service was great! My car came back washed and ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership and the excellent service they provide.

Great prices and customer service. We went to just look at a car I wasn't sure I wanted and they didn't pressure me at all but gave me all the facts and I ended up buying the car! Even better though, they had very low dealership fees and absolutely no hidden fees like other places have. They were completely straight forward about all conditions of the vehicle and sale and pricing. The financial office was great in it's help to make sure we didn't have to go get a check from the bank, they directly worked with the bank so that we didn't have to go back and forth. Even when there was a problem with the agreed upon rates they personally called for us and got it all sorted out with no problems. Definitely would buy from them again.

Dubious business practices. Yep that s how I ll start this review. I ll keep this brief, I found a 16 4Runner on mark millers website. It checked most of the boxes for me. One of my great friends and clients sells for Karl Malone. I buy all my cars through him and have for YEARS. That s because he isn t Dubious. He is trustworthy. He went up with me, after we spent a few hours trying to get ahold of a manager to see if they would allow him to ARM (dealers sell to other dealers all the time. It s called ARMing a vehicle) no answer. So we drove from draper to downtown to see if they still had it. While pulling up, a manager (don) got back to rick and said They they still had it. We drove it. A salesman there helped us. My friend rick told the salesman that he was a salesman for Karl Malone. After I drove it and liked it I decided it worked and wanted to take it back to draper to get my wife s approval. They let him arm the vehicle to sell it to me. Once we got it back to draper, mark miller decides to not let Karl Malone arm it and sell it to me. They then accused him of lying to them and pretending to be a customer (really guys? My dealer has text messages and we were upfront with you the whole time). Then the manager told my salesman to send me over to them and they would be happy to sell me the vehicle. That s what really ticked me off. I m a loyal guy and when someone has earned my trust I m even more loyal. Rest assured if the management at mark miller is this desperate to get a sale, they are undoubtedly mixed in the usual dubious (shady) used car practices.

I came to Mark Miller a little edgy because of very poor experience that I had shopping at another local dealer. I did not take long for me to settle down when i realized i was not going to be put through the kind of pressure that I just experienced. I ended up buying the truck that the other dealer said did not exist in this color with these options closer than a dealer in Washington state.I enjoyed the shopping experience and was even more pleased when I went in to get my plates that Mark Miller himself came over and asked me how i was treated by the dealership. I will go back there again for my next car.

Recently bought a Tacoma here and it was easily the simplest car buying process I've gone through. (I've bought 4 other cars before this one). The salesman was eager to answer questions but wasn't trying to force me into a purchase which made shopping stress free. I told them I was looking at other brands of cars as well and they just told me to give them a call when I decided what I was going with. Their "easy price" thing makes shopping easier but negotiating a price harder which has its plus and minuses. Although, once a price was set they explained all the warranty info, financing, and additional packages very well and were open to any customisation of extended coverage packages. My least favorite part of the experience and something I wish I had known before is that they only have a 2 grand credit/debit card limit for any purchases, rest is cash only. So be prepared for that.

The minute we pulled on our driveway (3.5 hours away from the dealership on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m.) we realised we had forgotten our garage opener in our old trade-in vehicle. We called them right away. They have located the garage opener and mailed it fast. We have received it on Thursday morning!

We have been loyal to this dealership for several years but service and sales have gone downhill the past couple. We called to ask about a specific trim and color of new 4Runner last month and they said they had one and even sent us specs and photos of it. When our son went to check it out for us, he was told that vehicle had actually sold a couple of weeks prior but they had different models in stock. I was not impressed with the shady sales tactic and so glad we didn t make the 45-minute drive from Summit County ourselves.

We bought from another dealership that actually had what we wanted instead of trying to lure us in to sell us what they had.

Next, there is zero communication with the check-in process for scheduled maintenance. My husband travels for business a lot and I take care of his car maintenance. They still try to call him with questions after I ve checked in with his FJ and told them my name, that I m his wife and will be waiting in the service waiting room if they need anything. That was the case again today. They STILL called him to ask him about an air filter replacement because no one can pass on a simple note to the mechanic that I m RIGHT THERE!

They also refuse to wash any of our Toyotas if they have mud on them. I find this particularly hilarious since this is a company that prides itself on its vehicles off-road performance. I ve been told during multiple service appointments with our various Toyotas over the past couple of years, that they re too muddy to wash and will clog up their car wash filters. You can t spray the chunks off with a power washer before you send it through? We live 3 miles up a dirt road in the mountains, which is 6 miles round trip before we get back to pavement. It s mud, not dirt, 4 to 5 months out of the year and the PRECISE reason why we buy Toyota SUVs!

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the mechanics are FANTASTIC! Too bad they can t check you in too. They are by far more personable and up-front than any of the customer service staff.

I ve been using another dealership lately and today was it for me with this one. I need better communication and a service department that isn t afraid of a little mud. Oh, and a sales department that doesn t lie!

I truly enjoy each and every visit I make to Mark Miller Toyota. The staff is always so polite and friendly. Even if they are faking it, I still like it. It really is how customer service should be. It is a throw back to the 1960's, when people were a lot friendly towards each other. Thank you very much.

I didn't buy my 2005 Prius from this dealership but I've taken it here for service and recalls. On my most recent visit to have emissions/inspection done, I was told my fuel pump was leaking and was quoted around $300 to have it replaced. I took it to a "little guy" mechanic who replaced it for $250.00. I took my car back to Mark Miller a month later to have a recall repair done and was told my fuel pump was still leaking. After waiting in the waiting room for close to 2 hours while people came and went, I finally asked the cashier what was taking so long and she contacted Mitch who then came and told me my car was ready. I was not happy to say the least, but places get busy and people can be overlooked. I took my car back to the other mechanic who had replaced my fuel pump and he told me it is not leaking and suggested the big dealerships can't exactly feed their families on what they make doing emissions/inspections. I wrote them an E-mail detailing my dissatisfaction at being forgotten as well as lied to and was contacted by Brian, the service department manager. He apologized and tried to work with me, even offering to send a technician to my home in South Jordan so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Salt Lake to point out the so-called leak. While I was unhappy with my service experience, I was pretty impressed and give kudos to them for attempting to make things right when they went really wrong.

MMT is a great dealership! I continue to be pleased and satisfied that I purchased my vehicle through them. When bringing my car in to be serviced, I always am helped right away, and if I do wait, I enjoy the coffee bar and the comfortable waiting spaces. The staff is also very kind and patient, and I appreciate the time they spend with me when I am checking out. I plan to be a loyal customer for all time!

I recently had my Toyota RAV4 serviced at Mark Miller's. The appointment was very easy to set up on their website. The staff were really prompt, professional, rotated the tires, and changed the oil in no time at all. Would highly recommend having your car serviced here if you live in the SLC area.

I took my new Avalon for it's 5,000 mi service and was pleasantly surprised how easy, quickly and efficiently it was handled by the Express Lube folks at the dealership: easy to make an appointment, greeted as soon as I drove up, work to be performed was explained and was given an accurate time estimate. The waiting area in the dealership was very comfortable, people were all friendly and helpful. After being notified the work was done, they asked if I would like a complimentary car wash; my car was pulled up front for me 10 minutes later, clean inside and out. Well done! I will be back!

Mark Miller was my first experience buying a new car - and the folks over there made it a great experience. They delivered everything I wanted, got the new truck in ahead of schedule and made the process easy. Picking up my new truck, including financing, had me out the door in less than two hours. Highly recommended.

After having a bad experience with another Toyota dealership in Utah I decided to visit Mark Miller and I am so glad I did. I worked primarily with Lyle but also a bit with Jake, Spencer, and Dan. They were all so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I truly felt that they cared about me as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a low-pressure experience with a dealership that is not interested in ripping you off. These guys were great. I plan on servicing my vehicle here as well.

Update:
I took my car in for its first service today and it went really well. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I will only go to Mark Miller now!

Really good dealership. Honest and fair. Pretty cool too how voluntarily eco-friendly they are. For example they recycle water for washing cars and use the same water again and again. Also their urinals are waterless which save 40,000 gallons of water per unit per year. I'm not like a crazy conservationist or anything, but it is really cool to see businesses who understand Utah as a desert and proactively do things to positively contribute to the community.

I came in a few years ago and had a pretty frustrating experience, long waits and expensive service for not finding what was wrong (thus the 4 stars)... but in the end they did refund the amount. I went back today because some cards had been trapped behind my center dash console. The tech was super helpful and removed it for me, we retrieved the cards and he put the dash back good as new, all for no charge and no wait.

Bought a 2015 Tacoma. Excellent service, didn't take too terrible long to get in and get out. Sales person was GREAT!!. Facility is very very nice, complimentary coffee, soda, tea, etc...small snack bar. WOuld definitely buy from MMT again!

I love Wendell! I bought my car from Mark Miller and it has always gone to them for all services and repairs (minus the 3 years I was in Georgia). They are fast, efficient, and HONEST. I have never had a problem with them nor has any member of my family. I will continue to do business with them.

They have amazing service available for servicing car and it is too fast.
I got my initial 2 servicing done within 40 mins including car washing.
They have amazing and large waiting room for customers with shop available for snacks.
I have seen people working online on their laptop while waiting for their car servicing.
Big recommendation to people who are looking great Car Servicing.

Ok, so I didn't purchase my Toyota from Mark Miller, BUT this is where I will have it serviced because I will not go back to that other dealership. I had my 5K service done here at Mark Miller and I just had my 10K mile service done and it was awesome, Everyone is so pleasant to deal with. The service department rocks. I have told several of my co-workers that are looking for new cars to check at Mark Miller. The dealership is clean. The folks are friendly. See you at 15K

I wouldn't even consider buying a Toyota from any other dealership. The entire vehicle purchasing experience is pleasurable. The entire service department goes out of their way to make sure I'm a happy customer. They explain things in detail, are not pushy, and most importantly, they know what they are doing. I'm not some dumb woman either.....my father was a mechanic and he taught me well. The great thing is I really don't have to worry about it with Mark Miller Toyota! Mark Miller Toyota is the BEST!

Best dealer I have ever gone too. Lee Morin made the process so easy. He is very knowledgable and honest it was nice to not have to haggle. They gave me a far price on my trade in and new car. This is now the only dealer I will use.

I am leaving my old review up but changing my rating. I went back here to trade my truck again. I basically got the run around for about a month. And was told well if you have to got to another dealer we understand. So I did and got the car I wanted that day.

Mark Miller Toyota receives my highest recommendat...

Mark Miller Toyota receives my highest recommendation!

As a COSTCO member I have unsuccessfully attempted to purchase a vehicle using the auto buying program on several occasions over the past 4 years and have been disappointed every time but once.

The only time that I have received the service that I expected was at Mark Miller Toyota.
Spencer a Certified Sales Consultant and member of the coveted "Sales Society BRONZE Award" was absolutely hands down the best, most professional, easy going sales person that I have ever dealt with. Spencer put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything. He allowed the product, in this case a Toyota Venza Limited to sell itself, and it did.

The sale took place at 8:00 p.m. at night and Spencer stayed close by through the entire process and even spent an additional 1 hour explaining all of the electronics and "DoHickies" of the car. The sale and paperwork were completed around 10:00 p.m. and even though the dealership had closed at 9:00 p.m. Spencer was still there waiting for me to ensure that I understood my new Toyota Venza.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark Miller Toyota!

Except this: three years from now when my lease is up I will absolutely buy/lease again from Mark Miller Toyota!

Mark Miller ROCKS IT!! I must say, that every person I was in contact with at the dealership was just amazing! The sales manager, Mark Peck was so friendly and pleasant as he introduced me to my salesman, Jesse Tyler. Jesse is now my new best friend forever as we bonded so well, and was just The Best! He was patient, knowledgeable and funny as we plotted the lease of my RAV4. He spent so much time with me to make sure I understood all aspects of my purchase and of the vehicle itself. I also had a fun time meeting Aaron, who is in charge of trade-ins...what an upbeat fun guy! I was bummed my time with him was so short! When it came to the financing end of my experience, Sean Kingman was a delight! We spent time chatting about all sorts of things while he was doing the paperwork on my deal. This was not the typical "dry" conversation one usually has during financing. The facilities were wonderful and I particularly liked how I walked into the glass walls of Sean's office thru one door, while on the other side of his office, Jesse was feverishly working on spiffing up my new vehicle; so when I was done, I just walked thru the door to the garage bay which had my new car waiting. Jesse took great care to make sure I understood all of the "bells and whistles" on my RAV4, and he was kind enough to set up the "computer screen" for me! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! Mark Miller himself is a man who has a great reputation for being honest, intelligent with alot of integrity! I am thrilled with this entire experience!

Jason is a cool guy, who plays it as straight as a car salesman possibly can. The dealership seems less grungy than almost any other in the valley.

I will most likely buy another car there, and I would send my friends and family there first.

I really should say, that buying a car through Mark Miller Toyota was a pleasure. I learned a lot. I like my car.

I was very happy with the service here. There was a small misunderstanding- the receptionist told me that I could take the free shuttle home while I waited for my car to be serviced, but when I arrived I was told that the shuttle doesn't run on Saturdays. But they quickly offered a loaner car to me! It was very convenient for me to be able to enjoy my day off and come back at my leisure to pick up my car. I was also pleasantly surprised that they offer a free car wash with the service. Nice people and great service!

We had a great experience purchasing our new 4Runner at Mark Miller Toyota. They say "no hidden fees" and that is true. We appreciated the transparency and lack of pressure. We definitely recommend MMT to friends and family looking for an honest dealer in the Salt Lake City area.

I can't say enough about my experience at Mark Miller. I couldn't find the exact truck I wanted in CO so I started looking within a days drive. I found exactly what I wanted in UT and after some emails back and forth with Samantha we had a deal done. Samantha in sales and Randy in finance took care of all the details and made it a very smooth experience. I flew out to pick up the truck and was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. Everything they said they'd do was taken care of before I arrived! Highly recommend!

My car broke down at the airport at the park and wait just as my family landed and needed to be picked up. Long story short, we ended up dropping the car off at Mark Miller to be serviced the next day. We were tired frustrated and angry about the whole situation, but the service department at Mark Miller got us in that day and fixed the problem. They were courteous and friendly when I was neither. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership service department. Thank you so much for taking care of us and for being knowledgeable about the vehicles you service. I will be back to buy my next car!! Thanks.

Always swift, courteous & professional. Frequently, they adjust things I wouldn't think were included in the standard service & they do so without charging extra. They cost more than Jiffy Lube, but in this instance I feel that you get what you pay for. Thanks, Mark Miller Toyota Service!

Great service! I was worried about going with my 2 energetic kiddos, but the crew was awesome. They helped me get the car seats in and out of my car. They provided snacks, there was a kid friendly zone with free arcade games. They gave us a free shuttle home. Our airbag was replaced without any issues. I have no complaints!

I have major services done here for my 2007 Toyota FJ and 2014 Toyota Sequoia. Great communication from the entire staff, quick service, fair pricing, and nice waiting area with sufficient wifi speeds. The cafe makes pretty good food too, and provides free coffee.

We had to have our car towed to Mark Miller because the tires had been slashed because it was so late I didn't expect to hear anything till the next day. Mark miller service called that night to let me know the car arrived and they would call in the morning with an update. First thing the next day I received a call and estimate they had the tires in stock and had us ready in just over an hour. Thank you for taking great care of us.

Their service department took really good care of me and my car! I thought I was going to be here for more than an hour due to other experiences I have had at another Toyota dealer. But I was in an out within 30 mins! Even though they are not the closest dealership near me, I will for sure be coming back to them for my next Toyota care!

Service was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Shuttle was provided though it took almost an hour to arrive, and I nearly missed it by sitting in the provided cafe/lounge while I waited. I paid $160 for what turned out to be the replacement of a $20 part which isn t unreasonable, except that I wish this service department rolled diagnostic fees into labor costs, like so many of their competitors. My representative (Chris) did at least offer a $25 discount off the total bill when I inquired about it.

Overall, the service department s good work, friendliness, and professionalism made my visit worthwhile.

Our family will always buy our new Toyota s from Mark Miller. The sales and finance professionals really work to provide a fair price and a good low pressure experience. They were happy to negotiate via text and email before we went to the dealer. The best part is that their pricing was very fair so negotiations were quite short. We were in and out of finance in less than 30 minutes.We love the sales department at Mark Miller!

We needed a new car, but were unable to arrive until about an hour before close. Mark Miller staff stayed two hours after close to help us, treated us well, and helped us as we tried to make a difficult purchasing decision. Throughout the entire process, Mark Miller staff never complained or acted annoyed. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We really felt like they put us first, even though we are sure it must have been an inconvenience for them to help us so long after closing. It's this kind of customer experience that will keep me coming back to Mark Miller.

Greg was easy to work with and did his best to make sure my husband and I were pleased with our purchase and in the right car for us. Ever since moving to Salt Lake, I've been taking my '07 Prius to Mark Miller Toyota and have never been disappointed with the service. My car is high mileage, but they keep me on the road with free synthetic oil top-offs in between oil changes (my car burns oil so this is a huge perk!) and they always get me in and out quickly when I go in for service. Thanks for keeping my old car on the road!

Never thought I would ever give a dealer five star...

Never thought I would ever give a dealer five stars, but their service department is awesome!
They spent two days trying to find what was wrong and still only charged the diagnostic fee. And they even washed my car!
Everyone is always very professional whenever I'm in there, and parts department is great too!

They have always been timely and efficient and we've never felt like they were giving us bad information. Good customer service is appreciated.

I don t trust anyone with my car so I did my research and went to multiple Toyota dealerships. $260 for two hours of labor on my FJ here and just down the road at another Toyota dealership it was $59 and a half hour job. I asked the guy to verify that this pricing was correct and he said it was so I took my business elsewhere and saved $200. Come on guys I really wanted to be able to trust you you re right by my house.
