I'm on my 2nd Prius from Mark Miller Toyota 2014, 2018. Great car, great company, and great dealership. I worked with Raphael Cruz on the purchase of each car, and I highly recommend him. He is a quality individual, experienced, and personable throughout all the steps of each purchase process. Miller Toyota Service has been a great experience for me as well. Routine maintenance with ToyotaCare has been very easy to use. The Service Dept. is very friendly, efficient, and responsive to any problems I've had. I'm always treated with respect. Specific example last routine oil change. It was recommended that I also replace engine and cabin air filters. When I mentioned I like to DIY anytime I can to save a bit of money, the Service Mgr asked a tech to show me what I'd need to do. Service Tech Jason came right over to me and my car and demonstrated the steps I needed to take to replace each filter, and to make sure I understood, he offered to watch me repeat the demonstration.! That was exceeding expectations by far. And one last but important mention is the building itself. A Gold level LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) structure. I appreciate Miller Toyota's dedication to environmental quality. So lets call it QQQ, Quality Sales Professionals, Quality Service Professionals, and Quality Company
