Mark Miller has the best sales staff I've ever worked with - and I'm a former reformed car salesman myself (so I know all the tricks). No pressure, no games, very light on the upsell, and a much better customer service experience. They're more concerned about the customer's needs than the sale. This is my sixth purchase from Mark Miller (4 Subarus, now 2 Toyota trucks). Pleasantly surprised!! Even the Finance experience was great.
