I contacted Toyota dealerships in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. (I live in North Georgia). Tony Tillis at this dealership was the one professional salesman who followed through, broke down costs, found the Prius V five I wanted and arranged to have it delivered to the dealership. This dealership surpassed my expectations. Roberto is financing also did an excellent job. It is great to know that the auto buying experience can be a pleasant one. Awesome dealership and very professional staff. I live in the Chattanooga TN area, but decided to venture outside of the Chattanooga area for my vehicle purchase. Found my Toyota Highlander XLE for a great price and found exactly the color and options that I was looking for. Bought a car here. We're happy that we found what we wanted. That said, I think it's reasonable to expect high for car dealership because of the amount of dollar we as customers spend, and I had to minus 2 stars for one reason:
- We didn't receive the car for 6 days. That's fine, as we knew the car was on the way. We were initially told the car would come in 3 days. What was not fine to us was that we didn't get any update about when we'd get a car after 3rd day. We had to call them, but then nobody was able to give any useful info. Finally on 6th day they contacted us and the car was ready. We wish we got a call about the update.
Buying a car is such an investment (at least for me), not knowing the delivery status makes me worried. Esp. not hearing anything after the promised period is definitely concerning. My wife and I had to start thinking about the worst case scenario on the 3rd day (legal action to legitimize canceling the down payment). Customers should understand if there's a delay (esp. under covid-19 where basically all businesses are affected), so I just wish they take it more seriously and try to keep the customers posted about the status.
Also, I don't minus start for this, but we saw some (not a lot) employees not wearing a mask in the building. I understand wearing a mask is not mandated in Georgia under covid-19 pandemic, but I'm just saying I did feel concerned. I regret I didn't bring this up while we're were there (maybe too focused on purchasing).
Mr. Clay Moore was very professional and supportive with the choices I made for my vehicle. Great experience overall I will return for his help.

Visited a local dealership in hopes of looking at the BRAND NEW top tier Camry and they didn't even have it on the lot. Trying to still enjoy the experience I then asked about seeing the 2020 Prius. They questioned my BASIC concerns in where Toyota has historically issued recalls to address the issues I brought up and the representative Leo rudely asked me if I researched. On top of that, he implied I should switch my Android phone to an Apple device to be compatible with the vehicle line up. He then brought his nice hard working manager over to clean up his mess and his manager associated their lack of inventory as me wanting to view an OLDER/CHEAPER year model Prius. As a proud engineering graduate, AND a woman that also represents minorities, I think he racially/orientationally profiled me and that is not a dealership I will ever visit again. Neither should you.
bought car here and just recently rented one for long family trip. always send me tons of coupons for oil changes.... last 2 i used were a oil change and everything for 12 bucks (including tire rotation)... normally it is 65... rental prices for highlander were 51 a day... cheapest i could find anywhere else 75... never had an issue here... my camry still new so i am still usin dealer for all changes... once the maintenance needs hit i will obviously find a mom and pop for cheaper but not for at least another couple years... only issue i have had (minor) is sometimes when you book an appt like early sat mornin you can get there and they will say, well we got a lot of cars in front of you right now, so give us some time, which defeats the purpose of making an appt.

My wife and I had an appointment to meet with John *Mad Dawg" Maddox to test drive a 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. We weren't expecting to buy that day but the experience we had with John won us over. He was very knowledgeable about the Avalon and gave us an excellent test drive which made the decision to buy so easy. I grew up in the car dealership business and John is top notch.

The repairs appear to be just great so far, but the cashier was very rude. She needs training or some other line of work that doesn't require access to the public. BUT I only docked one star because everybody and everything else was very nice, smooth, and timely.
I just got a brand new Corolla at Marietta Toyota and the entire experience was great from start to finish. My salesman was Jim Sims and he was extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions about buying a new car. Most of all, I feel like Jim was very straightforward with me - there wasn't any "salesy" jerking around or trying to get me to buy something more expensive/something I didn't want. With the lifetime warranty that only Marietta Toyota offers, the great service Jim provided, and the service center just a few miles from my house, I couldn't be more happy with my new car. Our experience was so good, that we went back a week later and got my girlfriend a car there too!

Took my vehicle in for a oil change the whole entire ashtray which was full of change it was gone, spoke with a service advisor they say they're going to give me a call so we can talk about it haven't received the call from anyone.
Took my vehicle in for the oil change second time they made mistake on my mileage reading. Seems like every time I go there is always something.
I came in to remedy and resolve problem with the brakes on my Corolla and it was done efficiently.
Took car in for AC issue of blowing warm air. I went to pick up my car and I was directed to go pay. Once inside, the cashier wanted my credit card without ever telling what the issue was or what I was paying or even the amount they were going to charge. She looked stunned when I asked what work was completed on my car. Then gave me the paperwork because she didn t understand it.

Today, I went in with a damaged tire that had to be replaced. Instead of simply replacing it and charging me for the tire, my regular service guy told me to call the Lexus dealer who d put them on, less than a year ago, because I probably had road hazard protection. Sure enough, that was the case and Mariett Toyota charged me nothing to remove the bolt that was embedded in my tire and confirm that it was still holding air. They saved me a good bit of money and I really appreciate that kind of customer service. They re in it for the long run - and that s the kind of dealer service that will keep me coming back.
Marietta Toyota may have changed my mind about hating to buy a new car! They diligently worked to get a negotiated price. The sales person (Morris Mega) was upbeat and positive and made his part of the buying process, fun. Their showroom is clean and staff amenable.
Absolutely the worst service department ever! I had dropped off my car for service at 10 am for an 11 am service and it is now 5:38 p.m. and apparently no one knows where my car is and what the status is. I have called now twice and the serviceman that took my car this morning has left and no call back from when I called at 3 pm. They told me I would receive a call in 20 minutes and still nothing. I have been a loyal customer since I moved here in 2014 and bought my 2017 Camry from Marietta Toyota and always dealt with Brian Kessler, (he is amazing). I guess I should have rescheduled once I found out he was not in. I will never go back there again. Now I won't get my car until tomorrow!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Update: Got a call at 6:13 pm saying my car was ready and it was just washed. I asked if there will be a manager on site tomorrow now that I have no way to get my car until then and the woman told me yes. I will be speaking to every manager tomorrow morning. Also she told me there would be no charge! Yay not really, it is a joke that that's how they try to cover up the mess up. Unacceptable to not know where my car is for 8 hrs at a Dealership and no one to help me.
Had a appointment set for 10 and didn't leave until 12.

Jon Thomas is a fantastic service rep. Based on my description of my issues, he was able to assess and problem solve the issue with confidence that it wasn t a major issue. Often service reps will use this opportunity to recommend unnecessary and often expensive diagnostics tests. This wasn t the case with Jon. This builds a lot of trust. Service was done in a very timely manner and the shuttle service is very convenient.

I was very happy with the experience of buying my new tundra. My salesman Mitch was very well-versed and knowledgeable about the truck and it s features. The lobby and waiting area was very clean and well sanitized. I was happy with the deal that I received and I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family! Went to check used cars, representative Joshua was polite and doing his job. But unfortunately tall white guy from management was rude, unprofessional and with attitude. Very disappointed with their customer service. At some point felt discriminated. It's bad image for Toyota. Wouldn't come back.

I will never try to rent or buy a car from here. I put a reservation in to get a rental truck, I tried calling and confirming with no answer for a hour before my pick up time. I showed up two hours after my reservation. Just to hear that they don t have the tundra and there site does not make reservation Only send a request for a reservation when I actually read all the term and condition and the confirmation says reservation. I live 45 minutes away from this location in Marietta GA and paid a Uber 38.00 to get there thinking I would be leaving the lot in a rental. This is sad. I see why I buy and rent from Nissan. They call you to confirm, excellent customer service, which was not giving here. The lady was rude, and tried to explain that I would have all the others fees, for a much smaller truck that I did not want. as if I didn t have funds and said you know you have to have full coverage, like I didn t read the terms already. I listen to her assist the customer before me with manner and polite, never said anything to him rude. It shows that because I was African American, she must thought I was broke and couldn t afford the car by the sound of her voice. I work in customer service and we are thought to treat everyone the same. I also notice how no one greets you, when you walk in. That s sad. The people skills and appreciation skills are out the door. I rented me a truck from Nissan who gave great customer service and greeted me when I came in. Made me feel like family. It s a team work. I can go on my mini vacation in peace and relax without worries and now that I m covered and deal with such a great team of staff who will help you anyway possible. They tried ruining my trip. But my God always know a better route. I wasn t welcome when I entered as well as talked to rude with a rude look.

My experience: The day I visited Marietta Toyota, it was COLD AND RAINING. As soon as I entered the showroom, Anthony approached me with a huge smile asking if I needed help. I appreciated that I didn't have to walk around looking for a salesperson. I had a Mercedes and wanted to go back to Toyota (previous Camry owner of three) but couldn't decide what I wanted.
Anthony let me test drive the Highlander, 4 Runner and after discussing with me what I really wanted in a vehicle, he suggested the Venza; a vehicle I knew nothing about. JACKPOT...it was perfect for me. Then the financing...always a scary situation. Not only did Anthony help me with understanding the financing, he also worked with the finance manager (I'm assuming that's who it was) to "tailor" my payments to something I could handle. Absolutely superb service.
IN ADDITION, when I had to return for follow up visits, he gave me hot chocolate because the weather had turned for the worse!!!!! Talk about service. I was so impressed with him as an agent, I had to do something special so I went out my way to find my favorite treat; chocolate covered strawberries. After the sale, I returned to the office and gifted him with a dozen and a card to show my appreciation. I don't typically like ratings because I think nothing come of it...and no one really pays any attention to them; for example, the link I received doesn't even work. More importantly, I just fill out the survey to get it out of the way. Maybe giving mediocre ratings. But with an agent who was as attentive as Anthony Hamilton, I wanted to make sure Toyota knew you have a great person on your team. I definitely appreciated his help through this process.

We made an appointment due to some break lights that were illuminated the appointment was at 8am and the car wasn t looked at for over an hour, we paid 100$ to have it looked at (in our 7 years of using Toyota service we haven t ever been charged to have the car looked at. The technician gave us a estimate for over 1200$ for parts and labor, I checked with 2 other mechanics and was given estimates for approx 400$ from both. We decided to obviously not have service done at Toyota but we still lost our 100$ for them looking into the problem. Our technician was also not friendly during this situation. We are planning on buying a new car at the beginning of next year and because of the experience we had at Marietta Toyota we will be looking into other dealerships. We are very unsatisfied and will not return.

ok in 2015 i bought a car from toyota my sales person was Javier
hurtado. i loved the good customer service everything was perfect that same yr I got into a car accident it was a total loss. Mr. Javier found out and contacted me and of course I needed a new car , so i went back i got a 2013 Honda accord but when i test drove it there was a sound on the front wheels and both I and my husband told him and he said I will get that fixed i trusted him because my first experience was so good but the seats were dirty and a little worn out but i just wanted them to get cleaned but he talked to the manager about the cleaning part but the manager didnt want to put more money in it since they lowered the price but Mr. Javier said that no problem that he will get them cleaned and that the money would come out of his pocket so we trusted him.We bought the car the noise got worse so we went back he got just 1 seat cleaned and it was the passangers seat but still needed the back and driver seat he started giving me excuse and said we needed the seat to drive and to come back another day so i did take it another and and i also took it for the noise on the wheels but he gave me excuses and excuses and then like 2 weeks later i got into a accident nothing seriouss just a little dent just got the bumper replaced so i took the car because the noise that time his excuse was that the accident caused that like common dude really he herd the noise ever since the beginning thats why you said to take it back so that day he took it back and i came up with something else and we called again and again excuses till one day my husband got tired and said he gave us his word on it and now he had to keep it and Javier in spanish said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR BULLSHIT right now , oh ok so i took it to the service part I asked to talk to the manager i told him what was going on and called Javiers manager and his manager said to go and to talk to him i talked to him and he called Mr Javier and Javier lied again and told him another story that was totally not true what so ever like really you just lied to my face.So the manager sent the car to the service to get it fixed they did some work the car disk i was there like for 3 hours with my little girls . then they were finally done i left and the noise was still there i went back and then javier comes and explains what they did and told me that they fixed the problem and if i wanted to put some type of lubercant i could and that it will go away so the days past and the noise got louder and embarrassing so my uncle is a mechanic and checked them and said you know you could of had a really bad accident and i have to little girls all the time with me and he said the brake pads are the wrong size and cheap ones and they move and thats what caused that noise so i went with mr javier and he said that wasnt his problem even though my uncle explained and he said that he wasnt going to do anything about it no more. of course he wasnt he got his cumission already he didnt cared but i would of had sued toyota and him i had an accident and something bad happened to us i mean you all checked my car you all got the tires off are you all blind yall didnt see that
ive only had that car for 1 month it was expensive as hell a 28 thousand dollar car and first month im already putting money on it thats wrong and more because when he is trying to sell he lies what in matter in fact he said that he was one of the best sellers so i really trusted him so people please be carefull and by the way i paid 30 dollars for the pads and now i feel safe to be driving around , for 30 dollars Javier gave me so much trouble.

Marietta team is a friendly bunch, knowledgeable and professional. Clean facility, a no hassle environment and no hassle sales encounter. Mega and Roberto are 2 wonderful individuals. Mega made sure all our questions were answered and needs re purchasing were met. We would recommend this dealerships and tell everyone to see Mega or Reberto.
I reserved a Corolla online (for three days) thinking that the price was $39.95 daily as quoted online. The manager called me back saying that it $44.95 daily. She said that the price on the website is wrong. I asked her could she honor what was on the website. She said "No, it's my last car!"
I have never done business with any legit company that doesn't honor the prices on their website.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.
Something doesn't seem right.

I'm going to give them for stars for the customer service. I have a problem with my 2009 Camry Hybrid with less than 50,000 miles and they didn't figure out what it was. Because I'm driving in from North Carolina to have this work done, I'm tempted to put three stars. Because it's a matter of my car starting or not and yet, I completely understand because it's an intermittent problem and it just could not be replicated there. For me it's a frustration of a 3-hour trip that my car serviced the place and has always done it service.

I purchased my 2004 Toyota Camry about 2 years ago as a second car from my neighbor who had purchased it New from Marietta Toyota. After going over all the maintenance records that my neighbor kept of the services performed I decided to continue going to the dealer for regular services as the car ran beautifully. This was my 1st trip since owning the vehicle which I primarily use to go the airport where it sometimes stays parked for long periods. I forgot my wallet upon arrival and someone at the shop drove me home to retrieve it while the work was performed. Obviously because of the regular maintenance by Marietta Toyota the is still running lovely in 2018.
This place is not NOT a stand up Dealership. I was looking at purchasing a Tundra from pre owned division and ultimately made a decision not too purchase the vehicle and never went through with the final contract signing with the bank and returned vehicle only to be told they were keeping my 1k I had placed as down payment. I've asked several times and was told "we can't help you" . NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! Also charged way to much and financing was ridiculous! Went to Days Chevrolet and was in and out in 2 hours. That is a high recommendation if your looking pre owned. They are awesome. Marietta Toyota? Get out of there. Only one star for Marietta Toyota because cant post without it.

I brought my car in because the tire pressure light was on. It was recommended that the tires be inspected, and I agreed. I waited an entire hour before my service person told me that a nail had been located in the rear tire on the passenger side of the car. It is now 35 minutes later, and I am still waiting!
