This is the one auto repair place I trust to get the job done right and to give me an honest repair estimate in the process. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you from a loyal customer.

Hands down THE BEST car dealership I have ever done business with! This is the 5th car that I have purchased and this is the FIRST dealership that I can honestly say works to give you the best deal instead of making the deal for themselves!
The salesmen that I worked with were Preston & Aaron! They both were professional & down-to-Earth at the same time! They did NOT pressure me or force their opinions down my throat like some other dealerships have in the past. Also, I could ask them literally ANYTHING about the cars and they knew almost every answer; if they didn't, they made it a point to find out when we were through with the test drive.
The finance people I worked with were Roberto and Jeremy. Again, nothing but professional yet down-to-Earth people! Roberto even stayed an hour past his off-time helping me to make a deal. When we couldn't make the deal I wanted, he actually gave me the advice to walk away, sleep on it, and come back with a clear mind. Jeremy helped me when I came back the next day and was not only thorough, but made sure that I understood EVERYTHING in the paperwork. He wasn't just throwing papers at me to sign with no explanation. He even took the time to go through EVERY detail of ALL the warranties/services that Toyota gives you. Other places I have been have just tell me to read it in my own time.
I'm not one to typically write reviews, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write one for these guys! This family-owned Toyota is amazing and I will continue to purchase from them!
Stephen Hanna.... my go to guy!!
I had my car serviced and they did not keep me waiting long! Nice and clean environment and the service advisor as well as my cashier were patient and pleasant! Marietta Toyota will continue to service my car! :-)
Great services very pleased with the work and finding out the problem thanks Toyota Marietta
Cedric Little where s my tech and he was very rude! Just had a horrible attitude. When I politely asked if my car was ready because I saw them pull it around he abruptly said loudly if you would give me time to get your paperwork done I ll be right with you if not we can get a manager. I ve never been treated so poorly just getting my oil changed. All he had to say was I m on it. Just embarrassed for him and the dealership how they treat customers
Ashley Black was awesome at handling the details of the concerns I had with my vehicle.
I USED to be a regular customer at this location since 2015. I've done oil changes, brakes, motor mounts, struts, wheel berrings, and numerous other recommendations. Over the last 5 years I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this location not to mention all the people I have referred. Today you've lost me forever as a customer because of an UNWISE decision to not accept $100 of coupons which I earned from being a loyal customer. Not mention slow service and the steadily declining customer service. I could tolerate a 2 hour oil change, but not working with a loyal customer and honoring coupons earned (when you used to) is where I draw the line. Real short sighted on the manager's part.
We had a wonderful young man to help us. He was so patient with us during the entire process. I could not believe we bought a truck on Sunday! Thank everyone for your help you guys are the best.
Probably one of the worst Service departments I've ever take my vehicle to. Zero sense of urgency from the staff. Barely any form of customer service. Plenty of time for the staff to talk and joke with each other. Made an appointment for service and showed up 10 minutes early. Waited in my car for 5 minutes once I pulled up in the garage and no one bothered to show up. Only one car in front of me but 6 employees just hanging around. I walked up to the guy in the front who was on the phone, last name Hannah. He said how can I help you and told him I needed service just wasn't sure where to go. Told me to wait in the car so I walk back then stops and asks if I had an appointment, told him yes. Looks me up and I wait another 5 minutes for someone to assist me. When I finally get taken care of, I walk inside. 3 minutes later I walk back out to the garage and I see my car sitting out in the garage for a good 15 minutes before someone actually picks it up to get worked on. You would expect more from a Toyota dealership. This was just complete garbage. An hour later, with an appointment made ahead of time, car still sits out in their lot waiting to get worked on. 2 hours after arrival ,car still sits in same spot. Ask for my keys and I just take off. While driving I notice the turned off my Maintenance Required notification. Would give zero stars if I were able to.
I needed to purchase a new vehicle due to continuous mechanical issues with my VW. I was hesitant prior to going to Marietta Toyota due to an unpleasant sales experience at a Kia dealership. John Maddox was extremely nice; funny sense of humor and I never felt the "sales pitch" pressure to make a purchase. Pete S. (finance) assisted with the terms as well providing some additional finance advise that was extremely helpful. With my purchase came a 2 year maintenance free package and a lifetime power train warranty. Overall, I am extremely happy with my 2016 Toyota Camry and glad to be driving a reliable car. Oh...the sales manager came out to welcome me to the Toyota family and offered to fill my gas tank again....so expect me to come back in about 7-10 days!!! LOL
Changing my previous review based on a compensative deal offered by Zeb (Sales) at the dealership here. Zeb this review is for you.
Go to Zeb for your Toyota.
One of the worst Toyota dealerships I've been to, pull into the service garage and no one acknowledged me until I got out and said something. Tons of people sitting at their desk but not one "has someone helped you? Or can I help you?"
Then they couldn't "find" my extended maintenance plan I purchased and had to go back and fourth with them. Ended up calling Arizona dealership and they helped me. This will be the last service I get from here
Went to Marietta Toyota and it was amazing!! Justin Gispert was my sales rep and took care of me and all my questions about a chr!!!! Ask for Justin if you go there and want a amazing new experience!
My husband and I went to Marietta Toyota and were greeted by Rick Knoll with a welcome handshake. He took great care to make us comfortable and would recommend him to anyone thinking about a Toyota. He treated us like family. It was a great experience.
We had a great experience at Marietta Toyota. We recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from them. We found all the staff to be very knowledgeable and our sales rep, Sebastain Hoodless was extremely helpful!
Friendly and curious staff, premium snacks in the waiting Area. All the work has always been top notch. 0 things for kids of your a parent and need service. McDonald across the road, if you make it across S. Cobb, doesn't even have a play area.
These guys were very responsive and communicated quickly. I'm sure if you are in the market for a new Toyota, they would love to speak with you. The issue I had was that I called about a vehicle listed on FB and on their website and turns out, it had been sold a week or more prior to me calling while it had been newly listed 2 days before I called. After the salesman ask me what I was looking for and I give him some parameters (2011+, 4x4, 150k or less miles, under $20k) for a used truck that I was searching for. A day later, I get an email from him about all the great incentives that they have on new Toyotas and how great Toyota care is. Again, I responded with the parameters I was looking for in a used vehicle and said that if it was anything other than that, I wouldn't be interested. Two days later, I get yet another email from the same salesman informing me of rebates and great financing on a new Toyota Truck... At this point, I emailed the salesman back and ask him to remove me from all further communications. They were very pushy about getting my info and what I was looking for when I first spoke with them so I should have known better. If you call about a used vehicle, leave it at that and don't give them any other info unless you like being harassed. Seemed like this fellow had no respect for my budget or what vehicle I desired. I ended up making a purchase elsewhere.
Great customer service as I have had my car serviced and also have been to the parts department. The service department usually is a long wait so prepare to drop off your car and take their shuttle service for any job. Lastly the parts department is very helpful. I bought a Hybrid Battery and they did their best to honor the online price by giving me a price match. I am fully satisfied and was able to successfully install the hybrid battery.
I was in the market for a Brand new Toyota. Went to several dealerships shoping for the best deal. When I got to Marietta Toyota I saw the Vehicle I wanted. The Finance Director ROBERTO MANZUR was the MAN!!!!! He help me get the best APR and explain me all my options(got me a Great deal on 10 years warranty). The only reason I bought the car was because of his excelent customer service!!!!!!
If you want to finance your car through the dealership make sure you ask for ROBERTO MANZUR he ROCK!!!!!!
Thanks again Marietta Toyota!!!!!
Fast and excellent service by Mr.Brian Kessler. When there for an oil change and was within 40 mins.
These guys are cheats. Before signing any papers, make sure you you read the contract completely. Because they will sneak in upto 3-4 K worth of useless crap on to the final bill and pressurize you to sign the paper.
Once you have signed, they will force you to drive the car out and then stop responding to your calls, even if your call is to ask for an itemization of the final bill.
AGAIN, think CHEATS before you go there and only go there if you absolutely have no other options. No one deserves to be treated like these people treat their customers.
Very professional and helpful. Took care of everything I needed just like clockwork.
Great people in the service department. I generally see Jon, but he made sure Brian knew I was coming in. They're both great and take the time to listen when I'm stressing about my car.
Great service and friendly staff especially the salesman Fred!
Family Owned and Absolutely outstanding. My service writer Bo is Fantastic and also served in the Marine Corps - Semper Fi!
Be Legendary and Let s Grow Together
Prompt, courteous staff and properly completed service. Well pleased.
The service was very good. My 2 year warranty on my car was about to expire and they went out of their way not only to service the whole car but to implement an oil change while the warranty was still there.
2/27/19
BJ Hope
General Manager
the dealership
750 Cobb Parkway S
Marietta, GA 30060
Dear BJ Hope :
This letter is to complain about the customer service I recently received from the dealership. I came to the dealership on Wednesday 2/20/19 to have my car serviced because you all had great reviews and I was expecting top notch service. Unfortunately, after my car was serviced and brought back to me, my car not only had a scratch but a dent that looked as if someone had been careless and hit my car with a tool. To add, this was something that I had to discover instead of the staff telling me immediately what happened to my vehicle. I have a black vehicle and the scratch/dent was obvious. So, the staff at your dealership whisked my keys away from me. From my consternation, they stated they would fix my vehicle and gave me another vehicle to drive in the meantime. That s all fine and well, but I also use my vehicle as a source of income for my family. Because of this, I have lost about $.. in the past week since I specifically must drive my vehicle to make my income. In addition, the provided was not comparable to my vehicle considering the gas mileage.
In addition to the initial incident that started the chain of events, I was displeased with the service or the lack of communication from the dealership. To begin, the staff never spoke with me about what they were going to do to my vehicle nor did they give me any updates as the problem was being fixed. In speaking with other friends and their experience with body shop, they informed me that the body shop typically informs you of the progress timeline every step of the way. However, your body shop team did not deliver that provision. So, I had no idea when I was getting my car returned to me. Finally, today, I hear from an individual named Mark and he tells me that my car is ready to pick-up, but he had no idea what was done to my vehicle. Though he did not know, I will say that Mark was the most helpful out of your staff because he was at least trying to get my questions answered. Later, I get a phone call from Candice Leonard, who announces herself as the body shop manager. She tells me that there was only minor damage to buff out a scratch. However, I clearly remember a dent in my car as well. And if it was just a scratch, it should not have taken a whole week to return my vehicle. Then on top of that, Kandice proceeds to tell me that I don t need to tell anybody about the damage to my car if I resale or trade-in my vehicle. That is just pure dishonesty and I m not so sure her customer service response is what you want a part of your dealership. It s almost like she was trying to cover her behind as opposed to really dealing with the issue. If my car has anything replaced on it, it will most definitely affect the value of the car since it is followed by a VIN number.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company especially considering the reviews, however, I am quite disappointed. Considering the sequence of events, it would be justified if your dealership would compensate me with at least 6 oil changes including tire rotation due to the inconvenience, bad customer service, loss of income, and the acquired reporting incurred to my vehicle. And I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.
Sincerely,
Quick. Easy. Friendly. Helped me get to work when I needed a ride. Finished service before I was ready and had the vehicle available for me to pick up at my convenience.
Steve, in the Marietta Toyota service Dept, is the best. He goes the extra mile......EVERY TIME!
Very fast service and friendly people... my first visit and now the only Dealership servicing my new vehicle for here on out. Loving my Toyota Exerperience
Alan, Reynaldo and Tony were super! Got a great deal on a Rav 4. Thanks guys!
This is my 2nd visit here and both times the service has been great.
Had a great experience at the dealer. Justin took the time to show me all the cars i was interested in and walked me thru the process. When i am ready i will definitely be back to purchase.
It is a good place for buying a car. Discounts are huge. Employees are very friendly. Specially Ric Frazier, who helped me a lot. He is really a nice person. I would suggest to visit Mareitta Toyota at least once, if you are planning to buy a car.
Great service...Rick was very professional and straight forward. It was an easy and pleasant experience.
The advisor that I was assigned today wasn t very informative and he was a mumbling while speaking too me. Also when I pulled up into the service area there was 5 advisors at their station and not 1 of them greeted me or offered assistance. Not the best experience today
Excellent service! I would definitely return to this place. Thank you
My experience at Marietta Toyota was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time throughout the whole process. They worked to get me what I wanted at the best price possible! I definitely recommend coming here! Thank you Marietta Toyota!! (Jeremy, David, Eric, and Tom)
I took an appointment for car servicing. One guy just looked at my miles and said you don't need anything. My miles was around 1.5k. I was expecting some inspection and at least a wash, but nth was done. I further asked him for inspection and than he said, they don't service available right now except tire rotation or sth. That's it. If they don't have servicing available, why do they give an appointment, and then finish it by just reading the odometer.
I had a great experience at Marietta Toyota with Ric Frazier. He was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. The buying process was quick and smooth. I have enjoyed this experience and would recommend this salesman.
ROBERTO MANZUR is the best finance ever ! He really helped me on my purchase ! He treated me as if i was his only customer ! He gave me a GREAT payment and was very professional. :)
I have never had a bad experience at this dealership!! They have excellent customer service and always take care of my needs. I never go anywhere else to get my oil changed.
Staff was friendly and polite. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because even though they told me it was going to be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait even with an appointment, I waited about 2 1/2 hours which was probably the longest I have ever waited for an oil change. I am keeping in mind that it was a weekend leading into a holiday (July 4th) and maybe the high volume was from people trying to go out of town but it just seemed to be a bit longer of a wait than normal. Other than that, it was fine and I would come here again for the same service.
Second time I have the honor of being served by Mr. Jimmie, never been in better hands. Won t find such a knowledgeable customer service anywhere else. He s the man. Thank you very much, won t be the last one , I promise it!!!!
The BEST place to buy a car. Go to Alan and he will DEFINITELY take care of you. I went to a couple other Toyota dealerships prior to coming here, and no one gave quality service like Alan did. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best price for my brand new corolla. Even after purchasing the car, he has texted me a couple times to make sure I got my tag and I am enjoying the car. I have recommended him to all my friends and family. Alan made car shopping A LOT easier. Thank you Alan!!
My service advisor Fred Matte was amazing!!!!! He has the best customer service hands down!! I will Continue going to this location :)
Out of town & our new Camry battery started dragging, call the closest dealership the service rep said it would take 6 hours to test. Called Mariette Toyota, Bo was really helpful. When I arrived Bo & Markus assured me the problem would be resolved. No appointment in a very busy service center, 1:30 minutes later, I was rolling. Thanks
Francine is the best person to work with at Marietta Toyota service department. She is thorough, attentive, and respectful. She is also responsive and calls when she says she will and provides detailed and truthful information concerning her recommendations for next steps when dealing with car or truck maintenance. Thank you Francine!!
Excellent service from Danny Cooper and his staff at Marietta Toyota. From checking in to paying and leaving, the whole experience was easy and clear. When I checked in, Danny not only took my requests but saved me money by saying that my tires were in good shape and the one in question just needed repair. He recommended needed safety checks, and when he went over the repairs and suggesteion for furtehr repairs he made clear what they had done and what could wait for later. The Toyoya service area is comfortable, with good WiFi and other amentities.
Had a very good experience at Marietta Toyota dealership. Just bought a new 4Runner from Jimmie Wilson - 10/10 strongly would recommend.
This is our Second purchase from this dealership.
We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. We are satisfied with our purchase.
Great experience in buying a car. They are friendly. The price is reasonable.
His name was ken and he was amazing.. if you buy any car come see him.. hands down. Not a salesman, but a good honest human.. yall rock
Justin Gispert is quite an amazing sales man and his customer service skills are very effective
Checkin process was super smooth. Team was friendly and courteous I suggest trying to get one of the first appointment of the day, they were able to get me in and out very quickly.
The salesman, Sebastian, was great. He answered all my questions and really listened to me. He helped make the car buying process very enjoyable. And i LOVE my new Toyota C-HR!
Horrible experience! Essentially I was scammed! Do not take your car to Marietta Toyota for service!
Awesome and easy buying experience with Ric Frazier of Marietta Toyota. Got a great car at a great price! Low pressure sales environment. Did negotiation via internet and phone ahead of time, and they were true to their word. Everything was exactly like we discussed. In and out in a little over 2 hours. Ric does a great knowledge transfer and demo of the car too. Highly recommended!
Experience was great and came away with the exact truck I wanted even though Marietta Toyota didn't have it on the lot. This one had to be back hauled from Florida. I think just about everyone has dealt with a bad experience at a car dealership before. In my case though, this was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I recommend everyone be as educated on the process as possible. At first, Marietta Toyota would not give me pricing via email (the only way I negotiate cars) so I moved on to other dealerships. Low and behold, they worked with me as I got close to pulling the trigger and were able to beat all other dealer's pricing (bottom line out the door pricing).
My experience once I entered the dealership was great as well. I was skeptical that I would get the typical circus act of "add-ons, can't lose money on the deal, up-selling, bait and switch, etc" but it was very straight forward with no BS.
When the truck arrived, we did final inspection, test ride and went directly to finance. It is part of the finance manager's job to attempt to sell you on the extended warranty but it wasn't a pressure sell. Again, educate yourself on the process as best as possible and know what expect when you walk in the door.
The biggest hassle with any dealership is the old "bait and switch". I was expecting it to happen and it didn't. This was a huge relief. Marietta Toyota, if you read this, offer this same great service to all of your customers and you will see these ratings turn around.
Awful. I have been coming here for years. The last three visits have been about thievery and bad service. The worst part is that I was getting the car serviced the give to my son and buy a new one here. I am now going to look outside of TOYOTA altogether!!!
Our experience with Marrietta Toyota was pleasant and comfortable. They honor the deal we found in the internet as printed, they even had the car we found!. Mr. Leonardo Bianchi was waiting for us with the car we asked for and promptly took us for a test ride almost as soon we arrived. Mr. Bianchi was knowledgeable, courteous and very passion as we were tough negotiators. He understood our position and represented us well in front of the financial team. If you are looking to buy, please contact him . You are not going to be disappointed. Was there some push from the dealer? Absolutely! However, the dealer financial team worked with us and didn't pressure too badly at closing, do your homework and be prepared. We recommend this dealer and encourage once again to contact Mr. Bianchi.
Prices for parts and labor seem EXCESSIVE!! They did do the repair in a timely manner. No one there seemed to know anything about toyota using plant based wire covering on the wires which encourage rodents to chew the wires, thus the problem!! Don'know yet if new wiring is with something other than original plant based covering.
The customer service from my service advisor wasn t the better. I had a question about the cost on a battery warranty and he didn t really do a good job explaining it, until I got the manager involved. I also sensed an attitude too. I do have a Toyota dealership closer to my house, I maybe paying them a visit soon.
Malachi and Roberto were amazing. No pressure sale- just asked guys who love Toyota s. Very happy.
Long wait time for 5K mile service, 2 hours with an appointment. Also, I would expect the car to at least be vacuumed as part of the service. It was first service experience with Marietta Toyota. Friendly staff, but not overly impressed with the service wait time and no vacuum (at least).
Great experience. Great vehicle service. Great customer service. Very attentive and polite. Technicians did not prompt for unnecessary adjustments or maintenance and I was very pleased by that.
I ve only ever had my vehicle serviced here and I continue to return because I m always pleasantly satisfied.
As usual, Brian K. was awesome. He greets us like family and takes special care of our RAV4. The whole experience at Marietta Toyota is better than any other, everyone is SO nice....especially Brian Kessler. Thank you !!
Honest, informative. I think everyone should buy a car here!!
The best customer service experience ever . If Roberto and Jimmie can t get your deal, nobody else will do it. Thanks for the privilege.
If you live in the Atlanta area and are in need of a new vehicle, go see David McDonald. He made the experience of buying a car a wonderful one. He is the hardest working man in that dealership. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy going. I highly recommend David for your future car purchases.
I had a great experience with Mitchell, at Marietta Toyota. I found the car and the price that I wanted!!! Thanks again!!
It took ten minutes just to be approached by service rep. My car sat in parking lot for 20mins when done, was waiting for paperwork. With as many people there are working there, it seemed inefficient. Some other workers were just sitting.
Brian was friendly and energetic. Took less than an hour. Great service
I had a great experience working with Justin Gispert and Andrew Austin at Marietta Toyota! I would recommend them to anyone!
We went there recommended by our friend. We traded in our Toyota Prius and got a certified Toyota Sienna . Got a decent price for the Prius and acceptable purchase price for the Sienna. Don Duncan our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything so that we could drive out the right car we needed. The Manger Ricky I believe was very accommodating and the Finance manger Andrew worked out the best possible finance rate for us. Over all we had a good experience and will highly recommend Marietta Toyota Used car sales over Carmax or any other dealership if you are in market for used cars.
My experience was flawless. Mr Jimmie had my desired vehicle ready and waiting and immediately got to business. No long wait time. No hiccups. Seamless interaction and I couldn't be happier. From Stone Mountain to Marietta! Thank You Mr Jimmie!!
Your time is valued in the service department Excellent service.
Greg was Fantastic! Thank you Greg for excellent customer service.
VERY upset. As soon as I left, the check engine light came on. It s was not on before, and I drove all the way from Macon (where I moved) to get it serviced. And now I will have to drive back up AGAIN! And probably pay for it, even though the light only came on immediately after it was serviced. Also, my keys stopped working the week after I got my car. They said it wasn t the batteries, it was the program. And now I will have to buy very expensive new keys when the THREE sets they gave me when I purchased the car all don t work.
Service department worked. Closely with me to correct problems with my vehicle. Although the issue has not been resolved, as yet, and after spending nearly $1500.00, they have assured me that a part is on the way and that will correct the issue.
