I'm going to give them for stars for the customer ...

I'm going to give them for stars for the customer service. I have a problem with my 2009 Camry Hybrid with less than 50,000 miles and they didn't figure out what it was. Because I'm driving in from North Carolina to have this work done, I'm tempted to put three stars. Because it's a matter of my car starting or not and yet, I completely understand because it's an intermittent problem and it just could not be replicated there. For me it's a frustration of a 3-hour trip that my car serviced the place and has always done it service.
