Can t say enough good things about Marietta Toyota and the process I went through. Jimmie Wilson was great, knowledgeable, patient, and never felt pushy. The whole experience was fast and painless, which doesn t happen often with dealerships. Will be a return customer for sure.

The salesman was great. Richard O. took the time to test drive a couple of cars and then find the one that fit us best. The finance manager worked hard but once we decided to go with a different vehicle he was very slow to change tracks which was somewhat frustrating.

Once we got into the back office with the finance guy everything was smooth sailing though and we couldn t be more pleased.

They also have coloring books and snacks for the kids which was nice as we had my eight year old with us.

It was a simple and smooth car buying experience with Mr. Justin Gispert. I had known what kind of car I liked. I had a couple of text message exchanges with Mr. Justin Gispert and got the price I accepted. When I arrived the dealer, Mr. Justin Gispert showed me the car and explained the car functions in a very simple way. He is knowledgeable about the car. He had demonstrated a friendly and professional way of communication with people. I didn't feel any pressure in the whole process.

Both went above and beyond to make the car buying experience educational and painless. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. My attitude towards car sales has been changed for the better. Thay are great people.

Very bad experience, I wasteed 4 hours of my time going back the next day which I told them to replace my filter on my 1st visit and was over charged for oil and filter change and my AC motor is still making noise. I'd rate even less than 1* if I had to do. I'd never go to Marieta Toyota.

I have had a GREAT experience! My sales person Jimmy Wilson did a phenomenal job! I live in Texas, and he sent me pictures of the car, kept in contact with me and made sure I had the best finance person in Tim. Tim worked my deal getting me a great rate, sent my paperwork via FedEx so that everything was ready for transport. If you haven't visited Marietta Toyota you need to! Forgot to mention, this will be the 4th car I've purchased from them!!!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for a Saturday morning at 9:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early and they drove my car to the back and parked it. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and my car never moved from its spot. Fed up I asked for my keys back. They didn't apologize or offer to reschedule, they didn't even care. All the tech could say was "We got slammed this morning" I replied "Well other places making an appointment means something, and if you were aware it would be a long wait, you should have said something when I arrived." Nothing, no reply. So I went down the street to Jiffy Lube, and was in and out in 30 minutes! If that's what my business means to Toyota I will go elsewhere. Shame too, because I need new brakes and a 90,000 mile service very soon.

Went for a general service of my RAV4. The staff were friendly and helpful. Said it would be a little over an hour. They called me a little bit in (and the guy on the phone made a point to say that he called my name in the shop and seemed annoyed that I didn t answer even though I told them I was walking over to Waffle House) and mentioned some things that needed replacement. I gave the go-ahead. Was not given an updated time estimate though I assumed it would add a bit of time. Did not think it would triple the time though, and ended up sitting in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours before I finally went up to ask about it and they said it was ready. Once I got to my car one of the hubcaps wasn t put back on properly so I had to have someone come and fix that.
Overall, I was more or less pleased with the service, although it would have been nice to be updated on the new time estimate so I would have known I would be waiting 3x longer than anticipated.

Took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner in for minor surgery yesterday and was very pleased at the level of service I received! Terry Allen in the Service Department was helpful, friendly and prompt! He negotiated a fair price for the work to be done and saved me a long drive up to Rome in the process! Brian Finley was also very personable and upbeat. He escorted me to the rental/loaner vehicle, a 2017 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 that was to be mine for a day. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your Toyota service needs! Because of these two men if and when I buy a new Toyota this will be the dealership I visit! Great job guys!

Buying my Toyota 86 from Marietta Toyota was the Best Car Buying expetience I have ever had. The salesman, Tom Donalson was very knowledgeable about the 86 and the trim levels. He thoroughly went over all the features, setting up my phone and showing me how to use the features. Financing was a breeze. Jeremy Marx presented all our options and got me the best rate. I was told it would be months before I could get a 4Runner meeting my requirements by another dealer. Lucas and the team at Marietta Toyota delivered it in 2 weeks. Lucas listened to my needs and delivered without obnoxious sales tactics or aggressive antics. I would recommend Lucas to anyone, as he is the kind of car salesman that makes the experience enjoyable versus painful. I am the owner of a 2010 Scion XB with over 360K miles and am a DIY mechanic for general maintenance.
However in April 2018, I ran into an issue which I could not solve. I gave up on solving this problem myself last week (Sep 10th 2018), and took my vehicle to Marietta Toyota thinking that the experts can resolve what I can t. My initial experience was not good, however this story is more focused on how my initial lemon experience turned into lemonade. The person in Ashley Black contacted me from Marietta Toyota and has made me, accidentally on purpose, forget my lemon experience. To summarize, she cared, paid attention to detail, showed a level of professionalism that is above and beyond the norm. Overall Ashley deserves more than I can communicate in this review. At the end of the day, I went from thoughts of filing a major complaint with Toyota Corporate to gaining trust in Marietta Toyota, which has created my desire to communicate this positive review online and verbally to friends, family and others that have time to listen.

Ashley was able to use her skills of influence, to find the right mechanic, understand the necessary process to resolve external and internal issues, and to calm me down in a manner that was professional and respectful. I appreciate all the work it took to resolve the problem and I can comfortably state that the car runs as efficiently as when it left the showroom floor.

Kudos to Ashley and her ability to take a bad situation and turn it into something very positive in a short amount of time. I am generally skeptical when it comes to dealerships, but I have now found new trust in the dealership of Marietta Toyota, their people (mainly Ashley) and process.

This is actually the 4th car I have got from Marietta Toyota, and I don't see any reason why it won't be a 5th somewhere down the road. As usual, the folks didn t disappoint. They are friendly and efficient, and although they ve busy, they get things done well. Those other dealers should take lessons from Marietta Toyota!

The sales manager did know about the car, but couldn t bother to get off his cell phone and just yelled at me that they didn t have info. No one bothered to look into it any further. The whole staff was clueless and completely rude. I will never do business with this dealer. What a horrible place.

Out of state cars don't get much attention without prior appointment. Please consider the kind of customers driving by who encountered issues and do a Google search for service centres around and drop by.. they were glad to keep me out as I was looking for a fix for seatbelt sign coming on.. they said it was fine and it shows up due to glitch sometimes.. 2 days later, when I reached Phoenix, I went to my regular service center and they said they had to plug a wire in as it was loose that was throwing that error..

I recently helped my mother-in-law buy a 2014 Toyota Camry SE from Marietta Toyota. I exchanged a few emails with Tony Tillis regarding price and type of car/package I wanted. He was very helpful and involved. He gave us good customer service and he was the only reason I went to this dealership even though there were a couple of dealerships much closer and were offering me same price.

The two negatives at this dealership are 1. it's Business Manager- Roberto Monzur. He was non-caring person with a nonchalant attitude. He didn't care to even say Hi when he came over or explain any of the paperwork he was asking us to sign. We were paying cash for the car so there was not much to explain to begin with but he still gave so much attitude when we asked any questions as if he was doing us a favor by selling us the car.; 2. There is no credit card charge machine in the sales side. One has to drive across the parkway to the service side for that. Nowadays with four square even taxis accept credit card anywhere so it seems absurd that such a big dealership does not have this basic facility.

I won't be buying again from this dealership because of the two negatives above.

I used their shuttle service to get dropped off at home and picked up later when my car was ready. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. It took four weeks just to get my car looking like it did before they messed with it. After this experience, I'll never come back to this facility.

Had a recall done at this location's service center. They told me my water pump was bad and needed to be replaced. This would have cost me over $500. I went to another service center for a second opinion. They stated there is nothing wrong with my water pump. Looks like the Toyota service center needed to meet a quota ad trying to get me to purchase something I did not need. I will never go to this service center again
