I worked with Rick at Marietta Toyota to purchase a new Toyota RAV4. I had a very enjoyable experience. From the time I walked in to the time I left with my new car, I was treated very well. Rick did everything he could to work with my wants and my budget, and I was not disappointed. Thank you so much for everything!

For the most part, Steve took care of everything. However, when I picked up my car, the punch item on my bumper was not replaced and Steve was off work by the time I picked up my car. Now I will need to call and come back to get it taken care of.

Great experience with the staff and available vehicles at Marietta Toyota. Preston Chancey was helpful, not at all pushy, and very informative and listened well to help us find the right vehicle. He was also upfront about sales and options to help us get a good deal.

I receive a sales call asking if I want car maintenance. They call at least once a month. Extremely annoying especially since it's a generic caller ID. Just email or send in the mail coupons if you want my business. Don't call me for sales calls

With sooo many Toyata dealerships within an easy drive of Marietta Toyota please AVOID this dealership. This is one of those SHADY DEALERS that "jacks" you with fee after fee. Won't give you straight answer on nothing and they are looking to empty your pockets. Don't even think about them honoring that online price without throwing THOUSANDS in fees on top of that. They will try to force you to take their financing by zapping you with a $2,000 fee and of course you are going to pay an additional 3% for their financing on top of what others are offering. This dealership is not honest or up front and you will NOT get a deal here. Find one of the other 8 Toyota dealerships within 25 miles of here and go get a good deal somewhere else if you want a Toyota. Of course if you don't care if the dealership that you go too takes THOUSANDS of your hard earned dollars out of your pocket, then maybe they will be a great fit for you...

My car started shaking and then the check engine l...

My car started shaking and then the check engine light came on. I had it towed to the dealer for service. They said all of the spark plugs and the fuel injectors were fouled with carbon. They fixed my car promptly and it runs fine one day later. But they did not have a repair tech sit down with me and discuss how this could have happened. Since I have been bringing the car in for scheduled maintenance at the dealer ever since I bought it, it seems strange to me that something like this would happen. But I should note that I just moved to Marietta, so for most of its life it was Toyota of Olympia, not Marietta Toyota. The whole idea of preventive maintenance is that your car doesn t break down and need to be towed. I m considering taking my car somewhere else for maintenance from now on.

If you need to buy a car but you do not have much experience in technical details Mr. Rick Knoll is the person I definitely recommend. Last week I went there to look for a car and few days later I already drive a new Toyota RAV 4 perfect for my needs: spacious but not very big, easy to drive, cost effective. What I like about Mr. Rick is that he was trying to find a solution for my needs and I did not have the feeling that he try to sell me something. I hate when people do that. Any problem I had no matter it was about a different car not purchased from Toyota Marietta it was answered. Grate customer service. Thank you Mr. Rick.

Had the best experience at Marietta Toyota this weekend. My mom went to get her car appraised and came out with a brand new RAV4. The dealership gave her top dollar for her trade in. Sale Person was Lucas and he was the best sales person, I have ever worked with. He was funny, knowledgeable, and a people person. My mom told him she didn't have all day to be in a dealership and he had us in and out in under two hours. If you need a new car I would definitely come to this dealership and ask for Lucas!

It's very unorganized and nothing is clear. There's a lot of confusion as to where you are supposed to go that doesn't involve a rental car. No one explained what they were doing when I came to get my car fixed someone just started taking pictures of my car. Not an unfriendly staff just very vague and i'm not a car person. Also took over twice the amount of time quoted and that can really mess with your day if you have to wait there. If I can help it I won't go back.

In the last 5 years I ve had 2 relatively new Toyotas rear ended. Both times, the collision center has done an amazing job getting them back to be completely unblemished. The people are friendly, professional and easy to work with and the costs are reasonable. Thank you Dennis!

Please work on your communication with customers in waiting room. When customers tell the service rep that they will wait on the vehicle, there should be some established interval with feedback. When I inquired, the answer was it was ready over thirty minutes ago and someone tried calling my phone. I was waiting by the door and had no call. 3 hour experience is hopefully not the norm on a 4,000 mile new purchased vehicle with a scheduled appointment. BGreen

Francine Potts was my service manager this time and she did everything in her power to fix some of the issues with my car. I left a overly delighted with her customer service! Customer forever!!!!

Me and my dad bought a used rav4 that was listed for 14000 and after some deliberation with Don (the manager) and Jerry (our salesmen) we talked out a deal for around 12000! The finance manager broke down the apr and we got a smoking deal! Thanks Andrew! The people here are very nice and professional and we will absolutely do business with them in the future. P.S. Great job by my salesman, Kearney. He found me the car with everything I wanted on it. Financing was not the best. I was surprised because of initial rate and then they acted like I was off base. I just think you should get the best rate and price possible without drama.

Omgeee I don t even know where to begin. I ve always chose this dealer to get my car but this time it was completely different. After I purchased my car they followed up with me 2-3x s to make sure I was enjoying my ride. Any issues I had were addressed promptly. The staff takes really good care of you and they make you feel special and like family. I m not just saying this but the way... they help you get into the car you really want. Excellent experience. After going to 7 different dealerships in one day, Marietta Toyota met our needs. Ric was awesome, listened to what I wanted, took me right to it on the lot, and gave us the exact price we said we wanted without any back and forth, hidden fees etc.

Marietta Toyota was my first car buying experience...

Marietta Toyota was my first car buying experience and I am so glad to have chosen this establishment as my first. I have never met a more helpful, professional group of people in the retail sector in my entire life.

I went in with a vague Idea of what I wanted and Jonathan Jones helped me out with any and every question I had. Before long I landed on the perfect car for ME! Not what they wanted me to walk out of the door with. Glenn Mollman and Pete Specht completed my car buying team, and I can honestly say I have never been more taken care of. They explained every detail of the process in a no nonsense straight forward manner and were looking to give me the facts... not to try and slip anything by me.

I look forward to being able to take my car back to Marietta Toyota for service knowing I will be treated like a true customer. Additionally I will recommend this team to anyone and everyone looking to trade in or buy a new car. 10 out of 10 would buy again.

I brought my car for oil change and tire replacement but each time I visited Toyota Marietta, I am always attended by the same staff member who is always very nice and helpful. He is awesome, dedicated and does his job in a professional way. I wish I knew his name but the management should acknowledge his input in the company. His friendly approach makes me come back anytime my car needs an oil change or something else. Great place

I scheduled an appointment online for an engine air filter change and an oil/oil filter change because I'd received a coupon for both in the mail. Morning of the appointment I couldn't locate the coupon and was highly upset with myself. Anyway, I get to Maritta Toyota and let the greeter know that I lost the coupon and only want an engine air filter change now. I wait for not a long time at all and when my car is finished I head to the counter where the total is 77 dollars. An engine air filter for $77?? I inquired about the possibility of using my (lost) coupon and of course that wasn't successful. I swipe my card and head to my car...BUT I look at my receipt and see that I was charged for an oil change. Then I look in my window and see a new oil change sticker. I still had roughly 500 miles until a new change! I go back inside and alert the cashier who alerts the manager. The manager offered me a free oil change for my next visit...um no, I'd like my money back. The refund is issued and I leave a happy customer. Not because of a free oil change, but because the staff understood their mistake and took responsibility for it. That is the essence of customer service - not doling out free goods, or "the customer is always right," but owning up and fixing situations when mistakes occur. Thank you, to the greeter, cashier, and manager on staff at Marietta Toyota for all of your help with this situation.

I recently moved from Dunwoody to Marietta and this morning was my first time getting my car serviced at Marietta Toyota. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm always a little anxious when it comes to getting my car worked on because I honestly don't know a lot about cars and I'm worried my ignorance will be taken advantage of, but I instantly felt comfortable when I pulled up here. The service center was easy to find, and I was immediately greeted and assisted. The people here treat you like family. My adviser was friendly and honest and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Excited to continue coming here for my service needs, and maybe a new car purchase soon :)

No free cokes, and snacks like Nalley Toyota.
I was impressed by your friendly, and professional service advsors!

Was referred by my insurance company when my last car was totaled. Marietta Toyota and Ric were completely kind and no pressure. Answered all my questions via email as I reviewed prices and vehicles online. Came by just to test drive, thinking I surely wouldn t have time to buy the car that night. Well, I test drove, found a car I love, got qualified for financing and walked out the door in just a few hours. They even returned the rental I needed after my accident, saving me lots of hassle. Professional and kind. Would do it again.

On Thursday I waited for 4.5 hours to have a nailed tire replaced and alignment done, when I finally picked up the car and drove it home, I found out the flat tire warning light was on,so I had to drive it back and after 10 mins, I was told it was OK by JJ, so I drove the car back home, then the following day I was gonna use the car and noticed the same tire was flat again.they did not replace the flat tire at first place but still charged me for the full service. Terrible service! The worst I ever seen.
