Got an email and phone call from John Maddox, quoting a specific price. Said he could get me that price, and if they didn't have the vehicle, he'd find it. All of it was a lie, and he backpedaled almost immediately after we got there. Entire conversation was typical salesperson and disrespectful. The sales manager, Dave was very helpful once we were ready to leave. Dave was respectful, helpful, and showed why he's the manager. Unfortunately, we were already a lost customer due to everything leading up to that point. I wish we could have had a better experience, and purchased our vehicle there, and saved ourselves the time and energy of visiting 2 dealerships to make our purchase.

Bo was extremely awesome! I had came in with what I thought was just scheduled maintenance and turns out my airbags were on recall. He was able to get me a rental to go home in until I had to come back and pick up my car. When I picked up my car and drove to my dads house I noticed that I was missing a hubcap and I called Bo back and he told me to come back and he took care of it within 10 minutes and my next oil change is free on him. I m very thankful for the hard work he and his team did. He was kind, nice, efficient and I feel safer with all of the work that was done. Love my corolla so much. I will always have a toyota! loyal customers for life.

Worst Toyota dealer ship, very slow & manager is very rude, not sure what was his name but will post if I would get to know his name too. I Waited here for 3 hours & the quote which he gave me after three hours was the worst quote I got in whole Atlanta. Be careful before you visit their store.

Good people to do business with. They gave us the best price anywhere around. The sale staff made buying a car a pleasant experience and made sure we were happy with everything about the car. The cleanup people found a wheel that was damaged after we bought the car and the sales manager had it replaced with a new one. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone. Bill

This is where you want to get your new vehicle. If you re looking for people that genuinely care about you and want to get you in the car you dream of...this is where you want to be. They have excellent service with excellent sales staff that will share their duties if need be to get the job done without any drama.

I don t have anything close to perfect credit but they worked really hard and eventually they were still able to get me in the exact car I wanted, the exact color, and the exact premium upgrades I wanted at an awesome price! And still around the kind of monthly payment I wanted.

My car is already brand new but the dealership went the extra mile by adding window tints, nitrogen in the tires, and heavy duty rubber mats.

Anyways, just know that they re really good and they will work with you. Nobody paid me to make this post. Nobody asked me to make this post or anything. I m not the type of person to take time out of my day to write a post like this if I didn t mean it and I wasn t really impressed.

Anyways, shoutout to Ray, Mitch (very helpful salesperson), Kevin (extremely knowledge and patient sales person), Tom (also extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales person). I know there were others that helped me out too. Thanks to them. Really everyone was great and I wish I remembered everybody s names right now but I don t. Just know if you go there you will be taken care of by everyone.

I always get my 2015 Prius serviced at Marietta Toyota. It's a comfortable waiting area, where they provide snacks and shuttle service to surrounding areas. The BIGGEST reason I keep coming back is because of my Service Writer, Brian Kessler. Brian treats me like a beloved family member. He greets me so warmly, he makes sure I'm comfortable and he's SO trustworthy and kind. I love him and as long as he's there, I will keep coming back.

Never had a better experience getting car service. Great staff, friendly people, they go above and beyond, even when warranty items might be close to end or just outside they take care of you. I'll return here any chance I can get!

This isn t my first experience with Marietta Toyota but I ended up with a car I love so hopefully I won t be back too soon. ;) I have had my eye on a 4Runner for a while now and Alan Kell helped show me the different trim packages and take me for a test drive. In the end, Alan and his manager put together an offer for the 4Runner and my trade-in that I couldn t leave behind. Alan has helped my husband in the past with purchasing his own vehicles and we ve also referred several friends to him. Simply put, he s the best and we had a great experience. I didn t feel pressured at all and definitely recommend checking out Marietta Toyota for your next vehicle.

So, I would say go and see this place yourself. I have read lots of things on here both positive and negative. I went there to purchase my girlfriend a car... we we very effy about it but after speaking with one of the salesman (Justin Gispert) we automatically knew we were at the right place. He took his time to show us different cars and different kinds of payment methods. My girlfriend is one of those people who asked too many questions and very pick, and I was surprised Justin wasn't annoyed by that. Once again I would like to thank Justin Gispert and this dealership for making my girlfriend happier!!! Ohhhh and yeah make sure you get the free coffee in the lobby! It's top class!!!

I get my car service every 5000-6000 Miles, an the crew is always quick, efficient and kind. Joshua Russel always remembers me and my car and is always extremely helpful for any questions that I may have. I love the Toyota Marietta Team!

My initial visit was to Marietta Toyota where I met Kearney Demus. I had purchased my Prius from Marietta Toyota in 2007 through the Costco Auto Program and was very satisfied with the transaction. Having had a relationship for the past 12+ years I wanted to extend that relationship. Marietta Toyota was not presented as an option through the Costco Auto Program. Kearney inquired about it for me and found out that Marietta Toyota no longer participated in the Program. During that visit Kearney showed me a RAV4 pointing out the features but never tried to pressure sale me. He was quite the gentlemen. He was comfortable talking to me as I was to him.

So, I was off to another dealership. After two visits with the sales person there I settled on a vehicle. I must admit it never felt good. He never tried to get to know me. He was only interested in my wallet. I felt each time the sales person was trying to pressure me. I met with a financial manager who also was attempting to pressure me into buying packages. Again a little voice inside of me kept saying this isn't right so I walked out.

I emailed Kearney giving him the specs of what I was looking for. He was quick to respond. I stopped by to meet with him and it felt like it was where I was suppose to me. Kearney brought his manager out and we were able to agree on a purchase price.

I also appreciate how Greg Karantza took his time explaining the financials of the purchase. It was his style that reinforced my decision to do business with Marietta Toyota.

Thanks to both Kearney and Greg for their sales style and for selling to my needs and for their patience. I did not feel pressure from either of them. I am pleased to continue my relationship with Marietta Toyota and I'll continue my service with Jon Thomas, the best!

I went in for an oil change and ended up coming out with a brand new 2018 RAV4 that I am totally excited about and happy with! Fred, the vehicle trade-in rep, was so helpful and was not pushy at all. He just explained everything to me and what a great deal that I could get. By the time I left I was so happy with my purchase and glad I went in for an oil change today!

My expectations before walking into Toyota: I m going to be bombarded with a bunch of questions and I won t be able to answer them without spacing out or simply not find what I m looking for. Luckily I had a great sales rep, Adam was able to inform me of anything and everything there was to know about the cars and deals that tagged along such a decision. I was close to walking away from the offers I was given, but thankfully the staff and manager were more than willing to work with me and helped me come to a great settlement for my car. I m thankful for everyone s assistance at Toyota Marietta.

Not happy at all with today's service. I had a 11am appointment for a simple oil change, checked in and waited 3 hours before it was finished. After the 1 1/2 hour mark I asked my "check in guy" why my car had not been taken back and was informed it was a 2 hour wait. Wish I would of known at check in so I had the choice to reschedule. Taking a 4 hour lunch break for an oil change was not part of the plan and completely unacceptable!

Today was my first visit to Marietta Toyota to get my oil changed. My first impression was that they are not welcoming because no one spoke or ask how could they help me. However, Brian Kessler turned things around for me. Although he was assisting someone else he took the time to ask if I had been helped. When I said no he said I will be right with you. He was very pleasant and professional.
After my car was ready he escorted me to the cashier window where things went down again because the Clerk extended no greeting at all which is Customer Service 101.
I thought the service was excellent and my 4 stars was strictly because of Brian Kessler I ll definitely have my car serviced there again.

I had my 2017 Rav4 service today. I pulled my car into the service entrance and went over to the car rep. He asked my name and I gave him my last name. Then he called me by my first name and said this is for you. It was a really nice birthday card. I said wow that was so sweet how did they know today was my birthday. I was in a crappy mood and that brighten my day not to mention they serviced me quickly and sent me on my way. Also some Toyota employee showed me how to make a nice cup of tea. No wonder I've had a Toyota for many years the service is great along with the cars. Thank you Toyota.

Arrived at 7:30am for svc appt for a recall and 25K svc. Svc advisor asked ME if I had ordered the part for the recall repair! Say what!? Then he said I'll have to check to see if we have the recall part in stock. I said I sure as hell hope so. Geez - not a good start. Part was in stock, finished w/svc advisor and went inside to pick up a loaner car. Clerk said my fleet insurance info covering my comapny car wasn't sufficient as it would not extend coverage to the loaner and since it was so early she could not call the carrier to see if there was coverage but I could wait an hour until they opened. Sounds great to me - let me waste an hour! Got a colleague to pick me up on their way into our office. Talked to svc mgr before I left, he listened and was understanding which I did appreciate. But geez, come on guys. BTW my insurance carrier's policy terms extend to any vehicle I'm driving inlcuding hired and borrowed cars. Guess I'll have to prove it with copies of the policy endoresements...

Price was reasonable, the man who helped me was very kind and helpful. They finished my car about 45 minutes early, so that was awesome.

My only complaints are, there were oil grease marks on the handle of my car, the steering wheel, and on the seat. - Taking your dirty gloves off before entering someone else s car should be a no brainer... There was also spilled out marks all around my engine oil cap. Other than that, great.

Extremely disappointing experience. Took my wife's Scion xA in for a CEL. They quickly "diagnosed" the problem as being a faulty charcoal canister, which ended up costing $540 to replace. Within 48 hours, the CEL light came back on with the same code. We basically paid $540 for them to reset the CEL. I could have done that at home and burned the cash and at least saved the time spent sitting in the waiting room.

We brought the car back in today, and despite the fact that we've already paid them $500+ to fix the problem and they've fixed nothing, they're charging us another $150 to replace another part. I assume they want us to keep paying them to unnecessarily replace parts until they get it right. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a professional service shop.

If you want to save time and money, I'd take your car to some place that gets it right the first time and will stand behind their work. This is definitely the last time we use them.

UPDATE: Changed to 2 stars from 1. They were able to fix the issue after the second visit. It was still a disappointing experience overall considering it required multiple visits to the dealership and having the issue return after being told it was repaired.

We have been Marietta Toyota customers since moving from Houston in 1993. We recently traded in a 2006 Tundra originally purchased from Marietta Toyota. As you can see we drive our vehicles for a long time because we can. They are Toyotas. Malachi Carter assisted us with the purchase of our 2019 Highlander. He spent one visit with us as we tried to determine whether a RAV4 or Highlander best suited our needs. We came back on another visit and decided on the Highlander which had to be located due to our color choice. Once the vehicle arrived we took it for a test drive on surface roads and highway. The sales negotiations were easy. Tom was also very helpful when we made an unscheduled visit to the dealership. There was no additional sales pressure as we finalized the paper work in the finance office with Andrew. Malachi was patient and helpful to us as we made this major purchase and learned how to use all the new technology in the vehicle. Thanks Malachi!

Marietta Toyota offers honest service at a fair price. With an appointment, my wait time generally lasts 2 hours for basic 6 month/5k mile maintenance. Their waiting area has free WiFi so I could get work done while waiting. Service people are friendly and straightforward about what was done or what may need to be done with my car. Alex Patel was particularly helpful with patiently working to ensure my 3rd party insurance covered AC repair work I needed. Great place!

The one star is that I actually got a car finally. Otherwise this was the worst experience. The sales team I had was either not knowledgeable or just purposefully leaving out details the whole time. When I finally went to get the car after a week of hassles of them delivering a car that did not have all the features I thought we agreed on, I waited for 3 and a 1/2 hours for them to have someone in the finance department finalize things. Overall from start to finish the process was terrible. The only thing I can say is I think the price I paid for the vehicle was decent. If I had not already gone through negotiating that I would have walked away and gone to another dealership.
