My appointment was at 9am for an alignment,

My appointment was at 9am for an alignment,
oil change, a tire patch and, a wash. We dropped the car off the night before. The next day we called twice and got transferred; it ring a few times then we got hung up on. No one called back to communicate what was going on. With the few straightforward things that needed to be done on the vehicle I figured they would be done by the end of the day. When we came to pick up the car it wasn't clear who I should talk to so I just started asking randomly. After about 25 minutes I found the only service manager. I asked if everything was done since I didn't see the car parked out front. He said yes except for the wash. He found the car and I paid. The whole deal probably took 40 minutes.
On the way to work the next day the tire pressure light was on; they didn't fix the tire! On top of that I thought there was a special on oil changes this month.
So no communication, no wash, the tire is flat and, I paid full price for the oil change.
I thought Toyota meant quality. Apparently not.
