Every employee was so gracious and engaging. I never once felt I was taken advantage of in any way. The IT is so new to me and after I got home and didn t now how to shut down I called and they asked me to come back over to help me. I drove to Maggie Valley today it my Gray Lady and it drove like a dream. Joanna
