This has been by far the BEST dealership that I have visited. I want to take the time out to thank John Thomas for helping me get my oil change and bringing to my attention how bad my tires are. I was a bit skeptical of purchasing tires due to the high cost but John gave me a price that I could not turn down. I left with a great deal and the help of the guys in the back with replacing my hubcaps . I left extremely happy and grateful for the service and most definitely will recommend thia dealership to anyone looking to get their car service. Thanks again John!!!

Our of 15 employees only 2 had masks and literally no one was social distancing. When a patron asked a service person why he just shrugged and said at this point it doesn't matter. If other businesses are willing to make the sacrifice for their employees and customers, it's the least you can do. Very disappointed.

A very pleasant experience once again for me and my 2016 Rav4 Limited. I find all the staff in Service very polite and friendly. Service is quick and efficient.
Let me just mention that BSM makes driving more relaxing and safe. A great addition.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Marietta Toyota. The experience was good. My salesmen John Maddox gave me useful information and suggestions for my cay. Although the price is a little bit higher than what I have expected, it is still a reasonable price. This Camry is my first car and the purchasing was really a good experience for me.

Toyota team was great to me! I got a beautiful Highlander and they matched the price I was looking for. Totally recommend it!

I was called by Toyota and urged to make an appointment this weekend to rotate my tires. I made an 11:45am appointment. I arrived at 11am to drop off my car. I was passed by, waved offed, and told we ll be right with you many times over. No one came back to even check in with me. One lady asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, then she left. I tried to ask her if I could drop my car off but she kept walking. I saw other people who had come in after me get their cars taken care of before me. Even the person whose car was behind mine was taken care of, as they backed the car out around mine. Finally a lady from inside the building help me after I stepped in between her and a fellow associate. She took me to someone else who said he was too busy at the time. When he finally took my information he kept getting what I was saying wrong and I had to repeat myself over, to which I had already explained when I made the appointment. It was 12:15 before I finally handed over my keys for my 11:45 appointment to which I arrived at 11. I love my Tacoma, but I will be going to a different Toyota dealership to care care of my maintenance needs.

We have a very hectic work schedule. Marietta Toyota had a few vehicles ready for us to test drive when we got to the dealership. In and out in under 3hours with our new vehicle.

Thank you Marietta Toyota for making me feel confident with my purchase. From the moment we walked in we where greeted answered all our questions. I truly recommend Marietta Toyota.

I'm a fan of the old Toyota 4Runners with the removable tops (I have more than my share). You can order parts online and pick them up locally within a couple of days. This local pickup option was free until a couple of months ago when they added a $10 local pickup 'fee' that erases (and sometimes exceeds) the value of the discount you get for ordering online.

If the $10 surcharge hadn't been added, this would still be a 'five star' service and if they remove it, I'll adjust my review.

The whole team there is very helpful and they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable with experience. Would highly recommend and to also see Chad Trull!

Wow is all I can say. This was one of a few brands I was looking at and they would not allow me to test drive the car unless I made a commitment to buy that day.

I m been going to this location since 2015and today I was disappointed Waited 5 hours for oil change and breaks after I left the shop all the lights are on and had some kind of liquid on my doors i tried to whip it down and it turned to be blue spots

I went to Marietta Toyota to look at a specific truck and I was drawn to them because of their lifetime powertrain warranty. I let them know everything that I wanted and what I was willing to spend. They didnt have it in stock but went out of their way to find the exact truck with all my demands and had it delivered the next day. I worked with William Paxton and his approach was no nonsense and straightforward. Just what you would expect from a fellow veteran. There was very little haggling over price. Within a half hour of agreeing on a fair price the entire process was complete. Couldn't be more happy with their team and their level of professionalism.

Quick 25k mile service - in and out in less than an hou

I purchased a vehicle from Jimmie Wilson, he got me a great car at a great price!

Very friendly to a fault. Been with the dealership since 1997 and they have improved their face to face relations. However, does it make sense to wait 45 minutes to return a rental car which is full of gas so that I can pick up my serviced car while the counter attendant chats it up with each customer ahead of me. There are also people behind me who would like the car I am returning. I did speak with the check out staff and they said there was nothing to be done. We have been loyal to this service center for years. I will reconsider my next service location to either Kennesaw or Sandy Springs.

What an awful place! Took 3 days to get someone to phone me about wanting to buy a car. I received these awful 'form' emails from Anthony Hamilton-they were so generic, you could tell he sends them to everyone .Never could get him on the phone; I tried 3 times. Finally called the dealership and got transferred to Perry: got his voicemail. When I finally spoke with someone, he told me they did not have any 2014 Corolla's in stock! Seriously?!?! Are you a 'Toyota' dealer??? I ended up calling World Toyota, spoke to a sales person right away and got an appointment for a test drive; no hassles or headaches. Stay away from this place. I guess they are so busy and popular they are swimming in money and don't need the business. They sure act like it. I don't think anyone there comes to the office.

My experience at Marietta Toyota was great. My salesman Morris was very friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and if he did not have the answer he made sure to find someone that did. He was not pushy for a sale and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole buying experience.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful.

Bought my Toyota Tocama earlier this month from Dave Swaggerty. Very professional and did everything he could to get me into the car that I wanted. I would strongly recommend going to him to help get you into the car you re wanting!

Francine did a good job getting to the bottom of what was causing an annoying smell in my car.

Terrible experience at this particular dealership, first of all they will advertise a fancy discount on their website but then charge a ridiculous amount of fees including theft protection, and lifetime warranty for floor mats and hood film that is impossible to remove according to them.

I encountered a very rude manager, then the financial guy was trying to hard to sell the extended warranty that I refused at least 5 times that he offered to lower the interest on the finance if I would agree to accept the warranty... Great customer service if he could not offered the lower APR for me to get the deal done, he just offered that for me to take the warranty that he told me it was removable and I would get my money back, so I took his word for it went to the dealership removed the warranty and 3 weeks later I have not gotten that money back!

If I could return the vehicle that I purchased there I would right away.

We had a fabulous experience at Marietta Toyota with Jimmie Wilson through the Costco Auto Buying program. He is very low key and took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the Highlander and the dealer service program. They did not have the color combination that was our first choice but he got the car from another dealership and it was ready when promised. The finance manger, Andrew Austin, also took care of us and was able to get us through all the paperwork quickly and get our loan approved quickly. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half including going through the paperwork, test driving our actual car and making sure everything was correct and to our satisfaction and then having Jimmie walk me through getting all the electronic features set up. This was our first experience with Marietta Toyota and we would definitely recommend the dealership and the Costco Auto Buying Program to others.

The honored price and appointment and quickly completed oil change. The car needs other work done but didn't call to try and add on, just provided a report of things needing fixed.

Revisited Marietta Toyota today to purchase my second vehicle from them. I dealt with Jimmy, he is an awesome salesman. Not often you go to purchase a vehicle and you receive such great service. He was knowledgeable and not pushy.

The salesperson was very good and easy to work with and answered my questions very promptly and got a a good price for the camry. Upon picking the car up I identified there were a few paint chips and the manager came out and told me no new car is perfect and find a blame to say i took it out and got the paint defects. I said the car has not left the parking lot and he agreed to fix it. The fix was not that great and the General manager goes out of his way to make me feel like i should have bought it from elsewhere - If i would know this is the experience a new owner should get i would have gone elsewhere - I would NOT Recommend going to this TOYOTA dealership.

My experience at Marietta Toyota was great! Their service department is amazing. I took my car for oil change as walk-in and the service person was very accommodating. They did oil change and tire rotation and was out of there earlier than expected. I was static! They have great service with free doughnuts and coffee. I will definitely come back again....

Even though I was told by another local Toyota Dealership there was no way I could get a better deal then what they were offering.... I came here in the invitation of Sebastian Hopeless and am so glad I did. Not only did I get the exact same car for approximately $1,900 less I got a lifetime warranty on my vehicle. Check them out first before you buy anywhere else. What you got to lose ???? Nothing but gained here. Thank you Marietta Toyota/ Sebastian.

At first, this seemed like a good dealership... Starting with the good price they offered on TrueCar. This price is guaranteed to have all fees disclosed. They do not honor their TrueCar commitment, and they add an additional undisclosed $595 fee on top of the doc fee (they do disclose the doc fee). They also add other fees that I do not recall the name of, but they are several hundred dollars and they are not disclosed on TrueCar as is required.

I worked through that and made the purchase anyway, even though I was extremely disappointed by their actions.

My biggest issue is after the sale... I have been trying for almost a week now to get a simple piece of paperwork from the finance manager. They are absolutely unresponsive. No response to email, voicemail, nothing. Their lack of response is costing me money. They do not care. I spent $40,000 with them less than a month ago, but that apparently will not buy 5 minutes of customer service.

Because of the non-existent customer service combined with their failure to honor their guaranteed price on TrueCar, I will absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Terrible. Sales tactics and run arounds. We were ready to buy and they wasted so much of our time we finally walked out even as they were again saying "just give me 30 seconds more" for the umpteenth time. Prefer a straight forward pitch.

I had a great experience when I purchased my 2016 Toyota Javier Hurtado was my sales person and he was very helpful and patient with me. NO PRESSURE.
The Finance Department was very helpful in getting me a good monthly
payment. I appreciated all his help.

After going to several dealerships, we found this to be by far the best experience. Our sales representative Tom Donalson was incredibly informative, personable, patient and made a long process easy. In the past, buying a car has been beyond unpleasant and I have always walked away feeling the experience was distasteful. We absolutely would come here again for our next car. They were also made the trade in process incredibly easy.

I've always came to Toyota to have regular maintenance on my vehicle.. but just recently I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and was trying to weigh out my options before deciding. Robert Glover came to the rescue! He was very thorough in answering any and every question that I had.
