The sales team (especially Rick Knoll and Gavin Peters) were very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. They worked with my budget and got me the car that I wanted, including many options that made the car an even better deal. Even when I expressed I did not have a preference on color initially and then came to the realization that I was very picky about color, Rick worked to get me the color I wanted as well. I had a great experience at Marietta Toyota thanks to Robert Glover, Jr.! On my first visit I just wanted to look around to get an idea of what Toyota had to offer (since I planned to get my car from a dealership closer to where I live). Robert was extremely patient and did not pressure me to make a decision right away, which is why I was willing to drive all the way back to Marietta (from Alabama) to get my car through him. He was very knowledgeable, and made the process of getting my new Camry extremely easy. Robert was attentive and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price; I couldn't have asked for a better salesman!
This review is for the service department. I had my oil change done here and it was done very well in a timely manner I didn't have to wait in any lines to drop off and there was an online coupons so is actually the cheapest in town. I've had my oil changed in my Prius a lot of places, and I don't think that other place is really know what they're doing with the Prius you have to get the oil just right or you change the gas mileage. I don't know about other cars but if you drive a Prius it's been my experience that it's best to take it to the dealer or you're going to get worse miles per gallon.

The whole experience at Marietta Toyota was pleasant. From the moment I drove up to speaking with Julian Henao, the sales consultant and then dealing with the finance manager Reynaldo DeJesus who made purchasing a car so easy. Reynaldo worked to get me the best price and financing. He even stayed late to make sure my deal was done properly. Julian took me on a test drive and was pleasant to speak with. Marietta Toyota is awesome!! The entire staff was very kind. My salesman, Julian, was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He could answer any question I threw at him and could easily solve my dilemmas as I was leaving. He took his time and I did not feel pressured or rushed. Jose, the Sales Manager, and Rey, the financing geru were great as well. Since I live in another state, they made sure that a lot of my paperwork was completed before I arrived at the dealership. I cannot say enough about this dealership, except... if you are considering a CPO Toyota, give them a shout out and ask for Julian! And... BTW, it was worth the 5 hour drive.

Awful experience, no negotiation, I went to get my car appraised at another Toyota dealership before I was considering purchasing a car and they offered me double what Marietta Toyota was offering. When Nicholas came back after getting my car appraised, he told me the offer and didn't negotiate at all, I was in and out within an hour. Complete waste of my time! I was ready to buy my new car that day, but my sales rep did not seem interested in selling a vehicle today. He also gave me the price for the exact car I wanted while I was emailing him. When I got there, he tried to charge me extra for the exact same car he quoted me for. It was a total joke, I felt my gender came into play with Nicholas trying to push me around. Maybe I didn't get the right sales rep, or at least that's what I am hoping.
To put it simply, they were honest about what was going on with my vehicle, they gave me the option to use their service or not, and it was at no charge, I really appreciate that, thanks.

Where do I begin? After trying for weeks to get a deal done on my own, I had given up. The 4Runner caught my eye while driving by one day so I stopped in just to look. David was incredibly nice and professional and got the keys so I could look inside. I told him my situation was impossible and I was very picky about what I wanted. 4 days later, with tons of help from David and Jeremy, I left in this sweet 4Runner that they had to bring in from out of town. I've never been more taken care of in my life and I won't hesitate to tell anyone to make the drive down there to deal with these guys. They are family owned and care about their customers. Highly, highly recommend. Tell them I sent ya!

Unfortunately, my experience with Marietta Toyota has been quite disappointing. I made an appointment to have an oil change. I showed up two minutes ahead of time and had to sit and wait for several minutes to have someone come check me in. Once I was checked in, I went and sat in the waiting area. I waited for an hour and a half . for an oil change! After I left there, I discovered that my iPhone plug and cord were missing. That was the only place I had been where strangers were in and around my car. I called to speak with the Service Manager (not sure who that is - they conveniently don't list any upper management names on their website). The person who answered said she would text him. He never called back. I waited a few days and then decided I would call and talk to the head of Marietta Toyota (no idea who that is - again, the website conveniently doesn't list any upper management). Not sure who's voicemail I was sent to, but I left a message stating who I was and what happened. Didn't get a call back until a week later. When I did get a call back, the lady I spoke with acted like she was in a huge hurry checked to make sure what my address was and said she would send me a cord. BTW, my phone cord and plug were only a few months old. They looked brand new. When I finally did received the package, all I got was a cord. An old cord that looked like it was about 10 yrs old and had been run over a few times and they didn't even replace the plug part that was stolen. The one star I gave was for the one lady who worked in the service department who kept checking on the progress of the oil change without me having to ask.
Service is always great, no long wait time for maintenance review and the gentleman that assisted me today was AWESOME

i was there this morning.headlight was not working properly and needed adjustment on the lights.a few guys came over and they said sorry there is no adjustments on those headlights and we can not do anything about it..thanks god this guy billy showed up and he had take a look and he said take the car inside let me work on it.after 5 minutes later they came to me and said your car is ready sir and it has been fixed.i can not tell how great guy is this billy..i wanted to thanks and shake his hand but i couldn`t see him around.also i asked someone about his name and he said they call him billy.toyota marietta make sure you good take care of this guy.guys like billy does not come around so often.

I ve been going to Marietta Toyota for almost 3 years now. Everyone is always nice and helpful.
Service staff is beyond compare! Friendly, efficient, and obviously trained in listening skills. The work on our car has always been completed in a timely manner. Also, in the two years of using Marietta Toyota we ve never had to return for an unresolved service issue. We will always take our Highlander there for service.
Professional Service. They offer coupons on their website. If you work during business hours, you can leave your car there and they have a shuttle to drop you off to work. They have Wi-Fi in the waiting area and office rooms for use of a personal laptop. Its hard to get an appointment on saturdays. Some services have a high price but they get the job done right the 1st time.
The purchase experience has never been easier. I made one call and I had a great price and the best experience, without a time consuming ordeal.
The sales side is ok. The service - not so much. They blatantly lied about performing a service for me. Will not be returning.

I brought a toyota sienna from the kennesaw location. With 1 year warranty ever since I brought the car I have felt vibrations when driving over 50
So I took my van to the Marietta location as It was closest to me
And the radio goes in and out.
I work 7 days a week from 9 to.9
I went to this particular location several times to do oil changes and always commented the same problem. Last time was recently 2 weeks ago.
I was told the radio system needed up date which they updated
And that my pads and rotors where in good condition and had life in them still. My warranty was done in November.
Any they never fixed the radio problem
And discarded my comments on the vibration.
3 days ago it started scratching when I would hit the brakes
Pads and rotors were gone
Radio is worse than before

LADY YOURS BRAKES WILL BE GONE SOON CHANGE THEM! I speak perfect English. And I'm not hard of hearing. So I don't see an excuse for them failing to mention it. I guess they wanted to wait till my front rotors where gone to stuff their mouths with more money.
Did not return to have them replaced at the dealer when somewhere else to get it checked
Because after 5 times of complaining
They must of been blind, mute and illiterate to fail to tell me about the brakes.
Had to spend more out my pockets to get the rotors changed instead of just doing breaks.

I recommend Marietta Toyota if you want to be robbed worse than a stick up in the street. I picked a 4 runner with a list price $37656.00 with $3k discount to be taken. I offered $39k including taxes, fees& extra warranty out the door. They put it in writing l signed they accepted. $2K down payment. I expected $37k financed. They said all would be fine. They can't produce the hand written contract but want $39k honored. I said let's go back to sticker -$3k & do taxes & warranty. I signed $40 296 expecting $3k off puts me at $37 296. I called back that discount was not included. They said No $39k was to finance door. I drove back to them. They got real na sty from sales manager to finance. No integrity. Produce the written con tract which says extended warranty included in $39k or work from sticker price - $3k. But you can't haveit bother ways. Why would I offer sticker and taxes about $1800 ? Sexist crooks and very short sighted. This was my 4th toyota purchase. Great brand just buy elsewhere especially if female. The happened September 2016. Bunch of crocked guys.

Customer service is not high on the list of this dealership's priorities, if at all. We were all set to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We were told we were all set, and only had to mail some paperwork to a co-signer (after spending hours at the dealership).
After doing exactly what we were instructed to do, we were met with "managers" who were downright disrespectful and tried to change the price of the vehicle. I've never felt so disrespected from a business that I was trying to give my money to.
Purchasing a vehicle is a big commitment, and there needs to be a certain level of trust when it comes to the people you are dealing with. Trust me when I say that once you get past the salesman, this dealership does not have your best interests in mind and will go back on their word if you allow yourself to give them your business.
Take your hard earned money and time to a dealership that cares for their customers and one that you can trust.

I had a great experience with my service advisor, Steve! He was very polite, friendly, and listened to my issues concerning the vehicle. The facility is clean and accommodating with WIFI, free coffee, and cubicles/desks in the back if you need to get work done (like I did). I even utilized the free shuttle to go have breakfast. I called and they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership when I when I finished up. This was my first time at this Service Dept, but I had a great experience despite the situation.

We have been coming to this service center since 1998. They do a good job and we have always found the employees to be honest and cordial. The wait always seems short because they have television, a ton of good magazines and awesome snacks and beverages to keep you happy while you wait.

We found the perfect used car for her through our salesman Chad. I must admit that it is difficult for a salesman to make 3 women happy at a time but he managed to be patient, attentive and tenacious. The Managers were awesome as well. I want to thank the finance guy Lee for his part in the excellent experience we had at this dealership. Not only did we find the perfect car for my niece, my sister bought a car too..
