My wife leased a Chev Traverse here 2 years back and it was an average experience with no real complaints. But working with the service department has been a nightmare to say the least! From not calling us in a timely manner once left there for service, to not returning phone calls from us to ask about the progress. The phone system is a joke because you can never reach anyone other than some call center in Golden Valley, and even when I explained that I simply wanted to talk to anyone in the service, including asking to speak to the service manager, all I got was voicemails.
The last time I simply wanted to pay our service bill and arrange to have the car left in the parking lot so that we could pick it up after hours, but lo and behold, I could not get ahold of anyone there. I tried several times and each time their call center person put me into another voicemail.
I can guarantee that when my wifes lease comes up in January that we will look heavily at other options. Ford may benefit from Lupients inability to train the service department to treat customers the proper way!
