The service consultant was rude and unprofessional...

The service consultant was rude and unprofessional. Came in for the new brake assist recall for my Silverado and an oil change.
I asked to have my wiper blades replaced and that my tire pressure was set at 40 PSI. The service consultant actually sighed when I requested that, and he did NOT set the tire pressure at 40 PSI but only 32 PSI. On top of that there was oil spots on my windshield from where they put the service sticker.

Update 10/14/2019:

The service director called and apologized for the inconvenience. I explained the situation and he was very understanding. Hopefully next visit will be a better experience.
