Lupient staff were great, and during a pandemic, it was easy to find something online and correspond via email and phone with Rafael who assisted me in finding a vehicle that suited all my needs and wants. I got a great deal and got a vehicle with all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. Matt in finance was great at explaining the financial piece of buying, and made sure I understood what he was saying. He answered questions, and we were able to get a better deal with some tweaks. I am very cautious about COVID, and the shop was clean and everyone was wearing masks and distancing. They even made sure my vehicle was COVID cleaned before I drove it off the lot.
