I normally don't post many reviews but I felt like I should give credit where credit is due. My heat broke right before negative temperatures were suppose to hit and I called various places who couldn't get me in for at least 3-6 days. I called Lupient and scheduled an appointment the next day, not to mention a Saturday, and they got me in at 11. I asked to get transferred to service as I just wanted to get an idea of what is going on with my car. Todd not only looked up necessary information that people never do for me over the phone AND got me in at 8am, as well as finished same day. Such a nice man and had excellence customer service as well as car service. Thanks Todd!!
