I enjoyed staying here during the US open. My family had conjoined rooms and the rooms were very clean and big. Our beds were a bit on the soft side (i like a firmer bed) and the pillows sink in pretty easily but you can request more to accommodate. The sheets and comforters were yummy! The AC is turned on with a light switch which I thought was interesting. We had food at the Daily Grill which was excellent from the cocktails to the entrees and desserts. The walls are pretty thick so you can't hear anyone next to or above you (we were on the second floor in the main building). I also liked that we were across the street from a Denny's, Del Taco, and Sansai. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed in suite 764 overnight with my family before spending a day at Universal Studios. The staff recognized my platinum status and treated me very well. Concierge lounge breakfast was good as well.

Great location. Restaurant on sure with many other options across the street. Free shuttle to the airport and Universal Studios (15 minutes). Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport for 4 nights while visiting the Los Angeles / Hollywood area last week. First thing I needed to do was call down the desk and request a room fridge. They quickly brought me one explaining that it wasn't already there because they were busy, which kind of confused me as to the correlation, but it was a quick response so I was happy. After the second night I had to switch to the decorative pillows because the regular ones were causing me neck cramps, but that's simple. I found the small room to be slightly overpriced, but comfortable for my stay. I wish I had chosen a hotel that was closer to the Hollywood area (about a 20-30 minute drive), but that is my fault.

This hotel has always felt like a home away from home when traveling for work. I love this Marriott.
They've done a great job of working through all the remodels and the lobby looks so fresh and so clean now.
The rooms have always been kept up to date and feel clean and unstuffy.
I know this is rando- but I love the hallway carpets! Actually cute carpets in a hotel- unheard of!
Super friendly staff who remember you and greet you warmly.
Plus, the hotel restaurant, The Daily Grill, is actually quite good. A rarity in hotel restaurants. I love the grilled veggies and the tuna tacos. Great Martini too. My coworker loves their big heaping portion of chicken parm. It's yum and a good fun casual ambience.

I've attended a few conventions here, and it's a great spot for it. Easy to get to, and lots of parking (it's near the airport, but there is usually free street parking too... well, depending on the popularity of the convention). I like Burbank: interesting shops and fun places to eat and drink.

The food was delicious and our server was wonderful but halfway through our meal he went on break (not an issue) but when he did our fill in server forgot about us. The price of the food is also a little steep for what it is.

Unclean sink with toothpaste gunk. The rooms are so tiny with two full-size beds for 4 adults are too cramp. Beds are comfort. The lounge area is big and nice with lots of seatings. The check-in staff we had, perhaps she meant well, but it ended up making a huge mess of our reservations. Loved the bell stand staff, always pleasant and friendly! With more than $200/night, there isn't continental breakfast, parking is $24/night and no free Wi-Fi. Why do people want to stay here I don't get it for just a night.

We booked this hotel because we wanted something close to Universal Studios Hollywood. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and Keen to help you out. This hotel is HUGE and extremely busy; they have so many rooms. But the staff take the time to ask about your stay and make sure you're happy. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios. We didn't know about this and asked them late at night before our trip to Universal the next day. They directed us to a desk in the lobby that coordinates the shuttle services. They told us that the shuttles for tomorrow were full, but they would get us a Lyft, free of charge. We just had to come down to the lobby and ask them for our ride when we were ready. They set it up so that we clicked a link to call a Lyft back to the hotel when we were ready to leave Universal for the day. When I was checking out the front desk asked how my stay was and I paused before I responded it was good. So he asked what they could have done to make it better. I commented that there had been an item (a pin from Universal) left in our room from the previous occupants so I was worried about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. He apologized profusely and waived my parking charges to make up for the inconvenience. I wasn't expecting this at all, and had thought to mention it just so they know. But my experience showed me that this hotel truly cares for their guests' experience and comfort. Highly recommend.

This was our third stay at this hotel as we had also visited in 2019. We loved it then so decided to stay at the same hotel again. There are various great restaurants to choose from, and the food was great, which helps in an all-inclusive. The staff are very attentive and helpful whilst the rooms are clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice and clean, nice bar, nice restaurant, and nice lobby area. Staff are friendly. Rooms are average at best, refrigerator keeps drinks and food slightly above room temp, pillows are cheap, coffee pot is horrible and the one serving of regular coffee you get is not very good. I guess this is there way of forcing you down to the restaurant or bar for everything.

Nothing is consistent. Some employees are helpful, others make you feel like a huge bother. Our "accessible" room was horribly small and difficult to navigate with a wheelchair, and it was not ready at their 4pm check-in time. There are no brochures explaining their services or amenities, no printed maps, no signs to ice machines or microwave or vending machines. The gift shop charges horribly high prices for a soda or candy bar (3 times as much as a convenience store). They don't tell you that you can receive a ton of additional services for $50 more per night. They did give us free water and coffee packets for the little machine in our room. I wish we would have stayed at a La Quinta or Motel 6 Suites and used Uber or Lyft to get us to the convention sessions. It would have been 1/3 of the cost and we would have had more useful options. This is the second time in a row that I've spent way too much money for a less than satisfying stay at a Marriott. It won't happen again.

Just ok.... For a 4 star hotel I was expecting better. Breakfast is same every day: pitiful scrambled eggs and bacon, sosage and cold croissants... if you are lucky can get a banana or an apple...
Internet connection goes off most of the time.

Mediocre hotel. Overnight parking is $26. Offers enough amenities to call itself a 4 star hotel, and the outside entrance has a nice outdoor bar lounge area. But the rooms are old, worn carpets and moldy caulking in the showers. We just wanted a place to crash to visit Universal, and it's only 15 min north of the Universal Studios park so the location is great. But save your money and go to a 3 star or less hotel if you are doing the theme parks, because these rooms are sad and not worth 4 star hotel prices. Below average for Marriott standards.

Note to owners reply: Thank you for reading my review! You are a good manager to want to improve the hotel. If you replace the carpet, recaulk the showers, and replace the torn white day curtains in the rooms, this would greatly improve the experience and meet 4 star expectations.

Got a great workout on the hike from the Burbank Airport terminal to the newly located car rental centralised location. It's like the hike from Heathrow new Terminal 2 to an Air New Zealand gate About 15 to 20 minutes. I feel great and I won't need exercise for days.
Ps. The number of rental companies and the choice of cars suv's mini-suv's trucks luxury cars and plain economy cars is fantastic. And if you don't like the price you've booked just get on your mobile and book another company as they are only feet from each other. Awesome experience.

Then I just drove my newly rented car across the road (about 1 minute) and I arrived at the Airport Marriott check in. AWESOME pps. There are 2 really good restaurants in this hotel.

The Marriott was extremely accommodating with a last minute reservation, and they sent a free shuttle out to pick us up from the train station at nearly 2 AM. I can't say much about the rooms, as I only spent about seven hours sleeping in it before moving on, but the service of the staff is unparalleled.

Visited with two good friends during an Anime Convention. Great atmosphere, roomy and still spacious!

The outside pools with the big screen movie projectors is the biggest selling point for me. Especially for nights with friends and family.

Good memories my brief stay at Los Angleles Marriott Burbank Airport.

Every time i need to stay in LA i always come here or the down town Bonaventure. The staff is greqt. The rooms always feel super clean, and the new bars and additions to the place make it easy to relax there. Will most likely always be back!

Property is nice, from what we can see at night & in the rain. Room is little to be desired - sheer curtains are shredded & ripped, large wearing holes in the carpet, tub is scraped & discolored.....halls & rooms are beyond dated.

Customer service is friendly & helpful. We got a few apps from the Grill & they were good!

Location to the WB lot (or airport) are good.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was not long enough. Dangerous because I almost slipped twice. All my towels ended up soaking wet. What a disappointment. Shame on Marriott. The price we paid for two nights they could have longer shower curtains.
