I met my best friend who was staying there. Was a very nice, well kept and clean place. We had drinks at the outside bar and the service was on point.

Very friendly staff. Always to pleasure to stay there. Bar serves pastries and Starbucks in the morning. Buffet breakfast is delicious. Always accommodating.

COMPLETELY A RIP OFF. A QUARTER OF THE PRICE JUST TO PARK ON THE PREMISSES AND 15$ A DAY ON TOP OF THAT FOR WIFI. THERE ARE NO AMENITIES HERE AND I TRULY WISH I COULD GET A REFUND

The convention center was great, housed all of our agents comfortably. Great venue for the PHP Agency

We had a nice time. Very busy during the holidays so come early.

What an amazing place truly just incredible it's so big and clean and wealthy and I can't wait to see it again. The elevators had Harry Potter on them it made me so happy.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Price was pretty high, and didn't quite seem worth the extravagant price. The breakfast buffet was not very good - food had been sitting out long enough to become rubbery, and cost over $20. Some hotels have a better breakfast and it's included.

Other than the suicide in the valet area, everything was good.

Told them at check in I had a signed baseball bat, guy said that should be fine, got to TSA screening, they said no, had to go through everything all over again, workers should know better and not waste people's time. Poor training.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. Hotel is connected to a Daily Grill. We had breakfast and was extremely happy with our server. He was friendly and made sure we were happy with our visit.

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Upon arrival, we spoke with Crystal at the desk and she went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. Anything we asked, they had great answers and suggestions for. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Went to a convention there. Staff kept the venue very clean, just the parking lot is a little small to hold conventions.

Went for a company award night. The food was lack luster, the servers seemed inexperienced. We had to search them out just to get our water glass refilled. Parking was plentiful.

For somewhere that s the middle of nowhere, they ve got it covered, especially if you re there for a while. Also check out Fry s down the road for all your geeky needs.

Excellent friendly staff who go beyond what's required to make your stay feel important

The room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Once you lay down you won't want to get up. It also has a coffee maker the room. Which was nice I didn't have to go to the lobby to order one.

If it is chilly out don't expect to warm at the outside smoking area

Worry-free stay every time! Staff is so helpful. Great management because I've never ran into an issue here. If you're worried about the rooms being outdated, just ask for a room in the new tower. Gym is great too. Separate cardio room and weight room.

Rather overpriced for food and parking in my opinion, but as far as the CTN convention goes, its a nice facility.

Attended for a muay Thai tournament but did not stay at the hotel. The rooms seemed nice and the outdoor patio in between the the main towers was nice. Room numbers were a bit confusing because floors are split between the two towers, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem if I was an actual hotel guest.

I was here for a meeting in their conference center.. I thought the facilities were ample, and nice. The Continental breakfast service was a nice touch... Bagels, but no toaster is strange in my book though.. Lunch at their restaurant later left something to be desired.. The food received was not very good and several items needed to be sent back to the kitchen.. Considering their menu prices we expected much more.

I was placed in the second floor of the tower closest to the convention facilities. Room was nice, but the ice machine on my floor was out of order. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Visited the hotel for my daughter's dance conference. Very nice lobby and meeting rooms. Staff polite and professional.

Nice spot with all the amenities. Has an outdoor bar next to the pool. Room and bed were comfortable.

I went to the exhibition of products and this is the best of this hotel, although it is something or quite expensive if you want to stay here.

The Daily Grill restaurant serves the best ribeye in Cali!

It was anime California was really fun seeing everyone cosplaying and having a fun time. Also lots to buy

I went here for a meeting. Parking is not free. You can Valet Park. Try to get a validation otherwise it may cost you a pretty penny to park here. The hotel seemed pretty clean and lots of people working there to help out. I like the lounge area in the lobby area where there were many chairs and sofas to sit on to have meetings and meet people. Good place to meet clients.

I went here for a business event so didn't have much interaction with staff. Place was set up wonderful and very nice inside.

Daily Grill is pricey for what you get. I wasn't that impressed with the quality of food and service was just okay.

was there for a New Year's Eve PAR-TAY!! The food was excellent!!! the accommodations were excellent, regal and posh. The staff was OUTSTANDING!! A waite staffer accidentally spilled a drink on my dress towards the end of the night, he was genuinely apologetic, took care of me and never a fun beat was missed!!! 5 STARS!!!

The hotel is very convenient to universal and is in a convenient location for other activities. The beds are fairly uncomfortable though.

Facilities are dated but decent. Parking is not attached to the towers, hard to find during events and expensive.

The place was very nice looking, and certain areas had universal studios ads around it. I can also say it was very quiet too.

Not a good hotel. My stay has been plagued with odd and off-putting events and situations. First, the good: 1. The room was clean and comfortable. 2. Check-in was a breeze. It took no time at all, which is appreciated after a long journey. 3. Though I didn't partake, there was a relatively cozy outdoor bar just off the lobby. It looked inviting and I would have checked it out if I had time. Now, the astoundingly bad: 1. I booked for two nights (stated on my itinerary and on the confirmation email from Marriott, which I double and triple checked), but their system only had me reserved for one night. This was quickly resolved, but served as the first red flag. 2. The lounge was unusable, with loud guests blaring videos out loud from their phones, a lurking attendant who recommended bottom shelf gin to three different guests in the course of 5 minutes (all who were just trying to make whatever drink for themselves) and a strange old guy who literally stuffed all his pockets full of free food and then verbally confronted a lady for using her cell phone as he left. It was the worst, most surreal lounge exerperience I've ever had. 3. The valets and room service staff were over-the-top, uncomfortably enthusiastic, as if passive-aggressively vying for tips. I stay at dozens of hotels a year, and have never encountered staff so uncomfortable to interact with. 4. The location is right next to the Burbank Airport, with convoluted no-turn streets, 2 miles from anywhere interesting. It's a bad location compared to almost anywhere in L.A. I will never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, great pool area, outside restaurant and bar, cozy lobby, clean rooms with oh so comfy beds.

Took my daughter to the Daily Grill for a celebration dinner. Excellent service, great food. I had the sand dabs special, she had the skirt steak. Mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for our sides. Free parking and its acroos the street from the Burbank airport.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel. They have a parking lot that provides airport parking. It's always been a good place to leave my car.

Great location, right next to the airport. my family and I went to Universal and stayed at this hotel. Outstanding costumer service! When we tried to book their shuttle back to the hotel and realized it was full, they offerd to send a Lyft to pick us up free of charge. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Remarkable stay! This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I am very happy that I came all the way to this awesome place. I need to come back because it's a good one. Highly recommended for both meetings and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere. Cheers to more customers in the future.
