Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel Review

Nice hotel near some convenient food locations. Only complaint would be that the bar closes too early.

I came here for an event held at the convention center here. Finding parking was somewhat difficult, and we were initially under the impression that parking was $20. However that wasn't the case; since there was an event, it was only $10. The convention center itself was very nice, clean, and easy to navigate.

Was at hotel outdoor bar area. Very nice touch with open seating and fire pits. Casual and nice place to unwind and relax. Hotel lobby is clean and well decorated

A very cozy place but report the jacuzzi that did not work and they never went to repair it

So incredibly convenient to the Burbank airport! Great little swimming pool with comfy Cabana type couches. Wonderful attentive staff, room service, & general assistance.

Great place to have a convention I always go to the monsterpalooza convention. This place is pretty big and houses a lot of guests and shops. The carpets are clean and nice. The restrooms are clean and nice.

Very clean, friendly service. Unfortunately the air conditioner was broken.

We were charged concierge service by mistake but were able to anmend that easily. The room was kept a cool temperature which came in handy in the socal heat. There were channels we could watch on tv with no additional cost. Overall a good experience.

Good location! Easy to find, not too far away from Universal City Walk (shuttle service available) and the Bob Hope airport. Nice clean room and friendly staff.

Nice hotel. The attached restaurant has really good food. The gym here is really nice. Way better than I was expecting. Two separate rooms for the machines. One room is cardio and the other is free weights and machines.

We had a great stay. Fast and friendly staff. Thought airport noise would be an issue, but I didn't hear a single plane. Nice pool, too!

My husband and I do not get to go out much due to our very busy schedules with work and family. However, my husband surprised me with a weekend away for my birthday in December. From the time that I phoned ahead to check for some special health arrangements that I needed, due to my chronic asthma and allergies, all the way to check out, two days later, our customer service was impeccable!
We received red carpet treatment with a very very great rate! Steve, at the front desk bent over backwards to take care of our needs and impressed us with so many extras! The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable! The rest of the staff also were very pleasant and personable. We will certainly be back!!! Thanks Guys!!!

Nickle and dime you...on top of room rate, I had to pay 23 a day for parking, 25 a day for secure wifi and prices at the bar were very high.

Hotel has been recently redone but still has some off things going on. It's one of the few hotels I've stayed at in the last few years where you have to pay for even the basic wifi. The soundproofing from the outside is great. It's literally across the street from the Burbank airport and you can't hear the planes at all. But from one room to the next, you hear a lot. You also hear a lot from whatever's going on in the hallway. Rooms were very clean and so are the bathrooms. Shower heads are meh. The furniture looks nice but is not practical for putting your clothes in it, especially if you have two people in your room, there just isn't enough drawer space You do get a mini-fridge, which is always an added bonus and a nifty little panel on the desk that has a wide assortment of charging and media ports, even if some are antiquated. One last little thing that bugs me is the tiny, super-soft pillows. You need to smash like 5 or 8 of them together to get something that I consider to be comfortable. I have no idea why hotels are going with this trend but it's horrible and needs to stop.

The conference room was a little cramped feeling. But lunch was good, would have appreciated more indoor seating options

Gorgeous hotel, great rooms, and wonderful staff. Easy to get to from the Burbank Airport. Lost a star because there wifi was down almost all day and we were there for a work conference.

Whenever I go to a convention, I stay @ the Marriott Burbank Hotel. The staff are very COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL(Some even recognize Me & welcome Me Back!(Having been an Assistant Hotel Manager as well as a Food & Bev Director in "Old Vegas", I know what to look for in Customer Service & Food Quality!) The rooms are always CLEAN and ORGANIZED! I always have an EXCELLENT meal @ The Daily Grill - The meals are always prepared & presented well & the waitstaff are very Professional & Courteous! The housekeeping crew are very polite & efficient in their job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Marriott Burbank to stay!!!

Key card are a bit hard to work with but other than that everything was great.

Little black hairs on ALL surfaces and linens- even the thermostat. Elevators smell like an ashtray. No amenities, not even a plastic laundry bag. I had an allergic reaction, might be due to mold or overall uncleanliness. Only plus is the location convenience.

Ummm the stains in the carpet in both our adjoining rooms, torn office chairs, $24 self parking No free breakfast or coffee?? I like how the Lobby and Restaurants are 4 star and their prices but rooms are NOT!!! ROOMS ARE 2 &1/2 maybe that's just what they give their Priceline guests???

Even if you are a guest day charge 30 dls a day, nice hotel and no complementary breakfast

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were received very cordially and the service was great. We were even offered beverages without having to ask and allowed us to choose our room. The rooms were very clean and modern. the only things I could pick on were the pillows were too soft for my taste and the TV was not working very well. Other than that I would love to stay here again. Oh be ready to pay $24 dollars a day for parking. With it being next to the airport you would think you would get a lot of noise but that is not the case even on the top floors.

Out of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, tucked away in Burbank. Staff is very accommodating. They changed our room when we made a last minute request, helped arrange rides in the local area, and were generally very nice people. The lobby is always very well taken care of, as is the rest of the property. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Burbank.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Nothing stood out, but I didn't have have a bad experience at all (like some people).

Its a nice place but the parking lot makes a lot of noise

The time are nice and clean, and in a good area. Compared to the Marriott near LAX out seems a little old, but it's a lot more quite and cheaper to park.

A good place to put your head at night. Beds were comfortable.

In addition to being placed initially in a worn down room, I woke up in the middle of the night in the 2nd room with bug bites. The manager stated there were no bed bugs but something clearly bit me repeatedly
I'm still dealing with flare ups days after my stay!

They mixed up my reservation and blamed it on the "3rd party" website I used so we had to wait 45 mins to get a room even though it showed in their computer that I had paid for 3 rooms. Then we were told that room key card would let us in and out of the parking garage and when they didn't work the front desk just said that it's a common problem just like they said for the reservation. I have a tip for them, if your system can't handle "3rd party" reservations and the room keys don't work for the parking DON'T USE THEM!

Streets surrounding it are horrible.. but love how they have it all.

Easy to get to from LAX, however traffic causes longer travel times. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Hotel was renovated recently, very clean and up to date. Service was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating.
