Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport is located across the street from Bob Hope Airport. As far as locations get, it is one of the best for travelers and business conferences. I visited this hotel for a day conference and a small meeting, and my meeting is based on those experiences. The staff is present and courteous, and the hotel is upkept well as expected from a Marriott location. The conference area is separated nicely from the main area, which is great for both guests and attendees (guests do not get overwhelmed with a big corporate crowd, and attendees stay co-mingles with attendees). Parking is ample and easily accessed.

SUCKS!!!!!$600 for 2 days. Are you kidding me? STAY AWAY !!! Way over priced . They charge you $24 parking a day , breakfast, wifi, and the oxygen in the air, nothing is given to you as guest. When I did the reservation I had 10% off and I had to listen to a terrible closer trying to upsale me for other Marriott and future stay. 10% was never given as they said. I would NOT recommend this Hotel.

I had to stay 2 nights here and was very disappointed that they don't follow CDC's Covid guidelines.

They allow irresponsible guests to walk around without masks and stay in line at the front desk without masks. To stay safe, I avoided the lobby; requested a room that had not been occupied for over 24 hours; and disinfected the room myself.

I did not feel safe staying at this hotel and had to constantly watch out for stupid people who were vacationing and partying during a pandamedic.

Pretty Good for the most part. Customer service at your beck and call.
Rooms clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in showers.
Room service is from the Daily Grill and the delivery times are reasonable and the prices are too.
Now, the bad.
The walls in these rooms are so thin.
Be careful what you say because you will most likely have a Live studio audience next door.
I would have expected better construction on this multi-story building that has been here for decades.
If your room has a partition share door, that is where most of the audibles will come through from the next room. It takes very little effort to hear crystal clear conversations, at any given time frame. 7pm, 1am, 3am, it won't matter, you'll have no control over it.
The people talking are not speaking loud, just at normal levels.
The only way I could drown out the unwanted noise is to wash it out with the AC fan running full time. Not the experience I would expect out of a Marriot property.

Great for one night stay after Universal Studios Hollywood. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. A bit pricy. Wish parking was free. We had 4 ppl but only had 3 towels. Overtime decent stay.

As I was visiting the area, the airport caught my eye. I was attending an event near by at the hotel Marriott. I didn't go in nor did I have a flight at the Airport. The hotel seems nice. I like watching the planes go by.

Nice rooms and pleasant people working in the hotel. AC unit had an issue upon arriving to room, but I was quickly given a new room with working AC. Only complaint was the next door neighbors full of screaming (possibly unattended) kids as there was a big conference going on at the convention center that evening. Located conveniently across from Burbank Airport if you need access to transportation (plane, train, or rental cars).

Went here for TFCon. Really good space for this convention. Lots of quick places to eat across the street. Also, heard that the restaurant on the premises was pretty tasty. Everyone kept talking about the duck tacos.

Nice place but it's in dire need of an update. The rooms are Super 8 or Motel 6 ($80.00) quality but a king room costs $301.00 (tax included).

The bathrooms are pretty sad.

Parking, restaurant and bar are really good and you can't beat the location...flying in and out of Bob Hope is a real joy.

This hotel is excellent. Beds are super comfy and clean bathrooms. The hotel is literally in walking distance even with a roller luggage from airport. Many food and coffee choices are in walking distance as well.

Beautiful and easy to locate! Very convenient to get to from many different ways. Was there for an event. The venue was well kept and the staff was professional and courteous. Lots of parking and easy entry into the event. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy this hotel. I'm here for anime California, the rooms are really nice, the staff is really nice. The lobby bar is amazing, Robert the bartender makes some really good drinks and is a really cool dude. Can definitely recommend.

Beautiful property excellent staff, very resort styled Hotel. However my air conditioner did not work properly and I was unpacked and settled in my room and this heat made for a very sleepless night

Happy with the staff and service. Wifi very fast and stable for a hotel. Breakfast was on point. Still undergoing some construction but much better than in April.

Pool is ok. Rec room has free weights and some legit equipment, not just bikes and treadmills. Can't speak much about the conference rooms as I didn't use them.

Room itself isn't anything to write home about. Cleaning staff were all courteous. One interesting feature of the room I stayed in was the TV hookup on the wall (pic included)

The Grill probably deserves a separate review. There are better options if you're willing to drive or walk.

Overall what you'd expect from any hotel but with a few added bells and whistles.

Staying here for Scriptfest, despite the chaotic nature of the convention, has been a wonderful experience and I credit that largely to the hospitality so generously offered here. The hotel is gorgeous with a lot to offer, the staff has been helpful and pleasant, and the room has been absolutely delightful. I'm grateful for the memories.

The weekend flew by, but the stay here has been one of my absolute favorites.

This mobile key check in is nonsense!!!! I checked in last night using the app, a day before our reservation because I wanted a smooth process. I also requested early check in. Showed up and still here waiting for notification saying our room is ready. Takes an entire day to get a room ready!! Called and spoke with a lady at the front desk before I arrived, who was very abrasive. She told me they didn't have a room ready but looks like they're in the room cleaning so by the time we arrive at 12:40 it might be ready." Now they're telling us it's because we requested high floor why it's taking so long. Even though the room was booked on June 24, 2019. Oh and there are kids running wild all over the lobby, unsupervised. This hotel should be rated 1 star

Stayed in 2 diffrent rooms.. first was the 1 bedroom suite with 2 beds.It was nice, but it wasn't like wow. Plus they were having suage issues causing there to be a really bad smell!! Also the standard room would be 1 star. It was horrible!

It's close to the airport, but also in a little bit of a "good food" desert. The best food around is in the restaurant connected to the hotel, which is good and claustrophobically bad. Getting out of the parking lot would be great if it didn't take some slick maneuvering (don't drive into the airport) to turn around (no u-turns). Outside of that the rooms are cool if you like planes flying over you at night (it doesn't bother me, but I know some country folks that will jump at a cricket making an odd sound). My biggest complaint is that they charge for Wifi. I know that sounds lame to some, but you drop a good sum (far more than the swankest AirBnB) and they are gonna hit you for an extra $10 to use the Wifi? It's the little things that mean they are out to get whatever they can from you. Like stocking a store with full sized tooth paste products so that they can charge more and you'll have to throw away before getting on the airplane. All in all, I'm done ranting. -- the place is Okay, but if it were up to me, I'd stay somewhere else.

Pretty disappointed in the whole experience. First off for whatever reason there card reader wouldn t read ANY of our cards- even though we have had 0 issues elsewhere and the cards were all different banks. After paying cash we got to our room. Coming from Canada we did not have cell phone service. To gain access to their wifi you have to sign up for their membership which is all good but to access the wifi you need to get a code from your email after signing up- then call front desk with the code to get the wifi pass. How can we get into our emails without wifi? The whole process seemed ridiculous for a 4-star hotel. We got to our room and it was outdated and dusty. After a while we noticed the room was super warm and the AC was not working. We called front desk and it took a solid 20 mins before anyone was sent up. After another 20 mins they let us know that they couldn t fix it. The men trying to fix it were very pleasant but at that point we were late for our dinner. The front desk switched our room to a room a floor lower. We had to pack all our stuff up and for the inconvenience we got 2 Starbucks drink vouchers... I honestly thought they would try to put us into a better room after such an inconvenience. Super disappointed and would avoid staying here if you can. They clearly do not care about customer experience. Even after expressing to the front counter our disappointment with the busted room and being late for our dinner reservations they had little to say. Stay somewhere else to have a relaxing time.

I was attending an event there. The conference room was average. Registration areas were kind of small but, would be sufficient had the organizers(our own, not the hotel) better prepared for the amount of people attended. Restroom was clean and maintained. The venue was easily accessible from the parking lot.

Not pleased at all, area is loud right next to the airport. Very tiny room, very tiny bathtub. Parking cost the same as if your at Universal Studios. TV is small and the picture is fuzzy. Has Wi-Fi but they charge a lot for that also.

Very clean. The concierge service with some rooms is good. Breakfast and beverages at all times is good; the deserts and appetizers are very limited ( 2 to 3 items). Parking is decent. The shuttle service to universal is very bad. They fill up really quickly.

Convenient location to the Amtrak station and Bob Hope Airport. Not much stuff around within walking distance though. A little overpriced bar area. Nice rooms will maintain good service though I felt like the temperature didn't maintain a very constant setting.
