I'm tired of any Marriott I stay at the staff is beyond rude and nasty

Wi-Fi is $5.95 a day; free lobby Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds, loud AC. Very helpful front desk. Really easy shuttle to and from Burbank Airport.

Our room was great, the pools are relaxing, the staff was very friendly and the food is yummy. There is a shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. What more could you want in an LA Hotel?

Fancy dancy. Had some loud neighbours but its all just dumb luck.

All of the staff were professional, the location was clean, and the event I was attending went smoothly. The restaurant may be a bit pricey, but the meal received was wonderful.

Went to my significant other's work party. Venue was really nice.

Incredibly friendly staff -- front desk, housekeeping, and gift shop reps were very helpful and welcoming.

The $6 WiFi shouldn't be materially any different than the more expensive one, but it seems visits to YouTube etc. are dropped unless you purchase the more expensive option. Not very cool. Alarm's a bit of a pain in the neck too, but there's always the option of the wakeup call.

Regardless, the beds are comfortable, TV has lots of channels, there's a desk and chair, an in-room coffeemaker and a surprising amount of drawer space. And some rooms, if you're lucky, get a great view of the Burbank airport.

Very nice and clean. Location is kinda in a random spot. The employees were very nice and always had smiles on there faces.

Great hotel. I was surprised when we arrived because it had "airport" in the name. This place has a great outdoor bar with fire places. Lovely lobby and staff. Nice indoor restaurant and great beds. Nicest airport hotel I've ever seen.

Rooms were amazingly beautiful and spacious. Customer service is so very outstanding.

The lobby and front desk were super nice and great. The room was noticeably a bit older. The restaurant had OK breakfast but great service. Expensive though.

Location was great, my room had a view, valet was fast, I slept so well in the comfy beds and all the staff was very nice.

Nice hotel, clean and helpful staff. Doing constant renovations to update, pool area expansion underway. Restaurant could update food menu, pretty basic hotel food. Would come again

It's right across the street from the airport. Undergoing renovations but still a great experience. Room was clean and quiet.

I loved it! We won customer of the week, giving us complimentary breakfast and parking and the "Tower room" over looking the runway of the Burbank airport. Food was good, free shuttle to universal studios (which is why we stayed at this hotel) Don't fall into the insane prices of on sight Universal Studios hotels. Great stay!

Pros: nice clean room.
Cons: paid self parking ($20), occupied room was assigned, limited options at the local snack/coffee shop.

Went here for a MMA fight nice parking location half of the staff seemed pleased to be working an just to be alive the other half seemed the opposite but it's right near the Burbank airport and you can't complain about the area doesn't look bad an smell bad which goes far.. #dobetter world

Very Friendly Front Desk. Rooms very clean and quiet. Good quality food in the outdoor food area. Very relaxing. Nice PIllows!!!!

Rooms are comfortable and we'll stocked. Nightly rate is good. Two pools mean plenty of room for swimming. Service desk is friendly and helpful.

Nice location and easy to navigate but the parking is expensive.

Restaurant was horrid! $35.00 for cold fish and chips served with equally cold fries! Service was as bad as the entree! Never coming back, EVER!

We stayed here for one night. This is a very convenient location to Burbank Airport. It is literally right across the street. You can walk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The soundproofing was excellent, we never heard planes flying over.

Gorgeous hotel and great rooms. The members lounge is nice. Very impressed with the outside restaurant and location.

Water never really gets hot in shower and hotel is "tired"

Quick in/out. Friendly team and not too loud given the proximity to the airport.

Small airport with a more efficient security checkpoint. Shopping and dining options were limited though

Went to hentai con. Site was great for first time convention. I can see more of the center being used as this con gets bigger.

The workers were very courteous. The venue was very clean. The food was tasty.

You could train your staff about the services offered by the hotel.

Conference rooms. Clean and organized. Bathrooms were clean. Service at grill was slow to take order and I had to leave by the time I was asked for my selection.

Stopped in to pick up a visiting friend, while the hotel staff were excellent the parking situation was horrendous and the layout very confusing.

The food was nothing outside the World per era Good. The service could be more attentive service but in truth everything is fine.

This hotel is incredibly big conveniently accessable from two main streets with lots of parking available

I stayed here in August and my clothes were stolen from my closet. Their Director of Security supposedly did an internal investigation, but could not retrieve my clothes. They have submitted it to their insurance carrier now who does not return phone calls! Beware they have thieves here! Nightmare experience!

Just checked in. Hotel is clean, pool is great and room is clean and spacious. Great stay so far!

I have had the pleasure of being a guest twice in the past two years. Both times were for three nights and four days for a weekend long convention. The guest service is very friendly and professional, the amenities are amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also pet friendly which was wonderful for my support puppie's first trip away from home. I have yet to stay anywhere that compares in service, cleanliness and comfort. I will stay here every time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to friends and family.

I come here for an event called Son Of Monsterpalooza. The place and event is wonderful.

This is very convenient to Burbank Airport. Literally across the street! I've stayed here 2 times and will return. When everything isn't shut down, the outdoor bar area is really nice. Staff is pleasant and very friendly.

The Marriott here in Burbank is a great hotel. The staff is always top notch and accommodations are excellent. Easy drive into downtown LA, the zoo and museums.

I went to the can event. The venue was amazing and the staff was lovely. I loved it.

Had a very good experience staying here over the weekend. We were in town for the night to go to Halloween Horror Nights over at Universal. Robert was very helpful and friendly and even walked me across the parking lot to my room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast the next morning but they had pastries, fruit, coffee, and cold cereals. WiFi and parking are free. Universal is a quick walk or even quicker drive up the street.Will definitely be coming back!

Ordered room service took 1 and half hours. Requested wake up call at 4.40am. No call.

Nice property. Event was in a tent, so didn't see much of the hotel.

The location is right next to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is nice, some of the rooms are a little dated but they've been maintained well. The outdoor patio bar is a wonderful place to hang out. For events, it's connected to the convention center, which is convenient, great for conferences up to the size of 3k- 4k attendees

I have stayed at the Burbank Marriott many times. Great facilities conference center and main hotel. Newly opened outdoor bar makes it even better.

This hotel is very secure and up to date. Worth every penny.
