Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel Review

Love the location. The front desk is closer to the ticket counters at Burbank Airport than most airport parking garages. Good restaurant, as well. WiFi was much better my last visit, as well, and my floor was really quiet!

Its a very nice hotel great service the rooms need more attention the shower had mold and the duve was stain . Other than that its great

Had a lot of fun in the outdoor area, drinks and food with coworkers and a pokestop right in the middle!

Overall it is a nice hotel, within walking distance of Burbank airport. But I was not happy with me room. It had the smallest pillows I had ever seen in a Marriott (and I've been Platinum status for the last four years). The TV was old and had neither the "smart TV" features becoming common at Marriots nor an HDMI port for my Fire TV stick. Finally, there was only one available power outlet by the bed. I was not impressed.

Pretty decent. Nothing special although the AC in my room didn't work well. They tried to fix it to no avail.

This hotel is literally right across the street from the Burbank Airport. Perfect for all Los Angeles destinations. Easy and relaxed
Breakfast was good and oreding off the buffet was not a problem as I'm a Vegan. Rooms are spacious and clean. Safe is friendly and respectful

Parking fee even if you attend an event at the hotel. SAD.

Great service from the crew. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Hallways aren't really air conditioned so they were very hot on days 95+. They have a good choice of tea.

My friend and I wanted to have a nice bite and relax by the pool. It was everything we set out to find. The staff was very nice and helpful and the amenities were very clean. We will definitely be going back.

I'm a bit disappointed .. it's a very clean hotel with a beautiful lobby but had issues from the start

1. The parking gate was broken and tried buzzing the front desk from the gate access booth. I got electrocuted .. the rubber cover was not there so I basically stuck my finger into live wire

2. Checkin took close to 20 min at 1.30 am because of a long line and having one desk clerk

3. Walk in to the room, was very clean except the shower was broken and couldn't shower.

All in all I am disappointed

Harrased my employee ingram.. because im disabled front was all empty someone decided to park it behind my handicap parking spot ...as that employee was walking by i told him someone parked this here and i cant get out can you do something.he ignored me kept wallki g untili had to be louder so he can hear me and come .he said no....just go...i told him i am disabled he said you need to lean how to drive now pull out...he ba ked us out and leave now ....i did reach out with no return

Love the outdoor bars and fire pits. Indoor restaurant and bars with large TV.

Awesome hotel near Burbank airport. Black-out curtain, comfortable and sizable beds. Great hospitality.

Decent and clean. Rooms are old though. Popcorn ceiling etc. Bed was comfy. Parking was $25/day, which is ridiculous.

A beautiful hotel. The people working there are easy to communicate with and all the transactions went smoothly. The rooms where very nice and spacious.

Stayed overnight while on a business trip in the LA area. The staff were very nice and professional and the room was emaculately clean and quiet; I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. They were renovating the patio and I expect it to be a good addition.

I've stayed here several times for business purposes. A bit out of the from central Burbank, but with excellent facilities and staff. The outside bar (which was added in 2017) is quite good.

Men were using the woman's restroom in the lobby. Our room never got cleaned. The staff was really rude. Will never stay again
