Beautiful rooms! Was just more expensive than I knew ahead of time. $168 + $250deposit.
It was good my friend stay there it is a great place clean
I stayed at this hotel as it was in close proximity to business I had to conduct. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed with a large bathroom, very comfortable beds and all the amenities one might expect from a Marriott property. The outside lounge with heaters in the evening was very pleasant for an evening cocktail. The Daily Grille Restaurant has great food and is reasonably priced.
Location and amenities were good. Room was small but adequate, however the air conditioning put out nothing but lukewarm air all night, despite setting it as low as it would go. It didn't make for a very restful night. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the shower turned the whole suite into a warm, humid mess.
Right next to BUR. Highly recommend staying the night there if you have a morning departure and want to avoid LA traffic. Great rooms, staff, pools and bar/restaurant.
The mood in this hotel is great. I needed to use wifi and there were plenty of comfortable seats and a small Cafe for snacks.
Easy flying in and out and only 9 miles away from my daughter's house in Kagel Canyon!
Beds are great pillows are even greater, not to far away from Hollywood or universal studios. Right next to the Burbank airport. Great staff very friendly and professional.
This hotel was cool, nice rooms good food, and awesome. Setting right outside Burbank Airport. Because it's by the airport it's a little pricey. But it's nice, and worth it. I can't remember the events they were holding there while I was there, but I was pretty lively. I think it was it was a dance recital and something for disabled people. If you go through, I recommend checking this place out if you need a place to stay.
This is a great hotel to stay at. I stay here for business & pleasure periodically.
I love the fact that it is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and that restaurants and shops are local. The Burbank airport is across the street as well. The rooms are not soundproof though, when an event is going on you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways and in their rooms. This is usually the case with most hotels though.... Hotel has access to many: workout room, Jacuzzi, pool, bar, restaurant, sometimes a buffet depending on reservation. A must!!!
Tremendous hotel, excellent room service and very good pools
I wasn t impressed. Paid for a family suite and the gal that checked me in asked me what brought me there and why I was checking in so late!! Came from Knott s Berry Farm with my family, If it s ANY of your judgment or business. She was very rude and I won t ever be returning again. Future visits and our $$ will spent elsewhere. :(
Sad!! My family worked there in the past and recommended it to us...
Otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. Certain staff member just needs an attitude adjustment apparently.
We had good experience. Check in was super fast. We had a trip to Universal studio. I really like outside bar & grill that had fire pits. Staff was really nice and & the location didn't disappoint at all.
Gr8 outdoor bar/restaurant. Event Center was easy walking distance for MMA fight!
Packed hotel so parking was terrible. Where the wifi?
This hotel is just average. It is super pricey - I'm ok that it is location priced. BUT, can you at least put a hair dryer and iron that works and of somewhat decent quality? The staff replaced the items very quickly, and were very kind. Hotel charges 21$ parking and some silly for internet - per laptop - per day. That being said, I travel often, and will not rebook this hotel until there is a convention here I am attending. Not a hotel to seek out. The room was extremely clean, large, spacey....Grounds are nicely landscaped.....
The good the bad the ugly. The good conveniently located about 20 min. to a hr. with traffic to most desired locations, lobby is very inviting seems were most of the budget is spent on upkeep. The bad rooms need updating carpet seems to be old although rooms seem to be tidy had an issue with dirty sheets ,I lost a coupon for breakfast, also with reservations didn't get the room I wanted. Hotel took care of sheets & apologized ,the coupon couldn't be replaced although this was an extra charge which really should be on the room key they figured it out so you can pay for parking so lose the ticket put in on rm. key . The ugly as for rsvp. was told in a polite way they couldn't help me I understand mistakes can happen but when you pay $1,000 a night it shouldn't the best hotels are the ones that don't have to apologize especially when paying a premium I have stayed at $200 a night hotels with better accommodations I have always used reviews for picking hotels this one fell way short for the price and rating.
This was an amazing place guys I love it pla like this place
This hotel is really nice. It made for a great space for the convention. It had nice AC and there was plenty of space. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the parking situation. It was a hassle to get out of the lot
Staying at hotel for blizzcon, room by elevator was a little noisy, only complaint
I wasn't in the room much, but I did get checked in quickly
Rooms are nice though have to request a refrigerator. Often issues with non-elite members getting into concierge lounge; often more than 1 guest per member.
Small gym but accommodating. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants.
This location features a convention hall.
Great place for dinner or drinks near Burbank Airport
Too many tourists here, busy hotel. Staff has lots of things to take care off, you might not be 1st priority.
They forgot the pick up shuttle service, although the did the drop off.
Convenient location to the airport but the shower doesn't work that well
Was great .....but I'm still waiting on room service to bring my ice bucket
It was a very clean and nice hotel but it sucked that we had to pay for parking and WiFi while it seems the norm would be that these services are complimentary.
It is a good place.
Children can enter.
They sell alcohol but I have never seen lawsuits down the ring.
I like the environment.
Good job guys.
Best nights sleep I had in LA compared to more expensive hotels in the are. Hallways need some TCL but the great customer service and comfortable beds made up for it. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean rooms, nice hotel. Only problem is maid didn't come to room one of the days. Otherwise very nice.
This hotel was where my family stayed for two days. They work hard to provide us with the best service possible, going above and beyond our standards. The courteous and helpful staff at this hotel provided us with all we need.
I stayed at this hotel on 6/03 and everything was as it should be until I saw my bill got charged twice for the room and as of today no one has gotten back to me on my refund left multiple voicemaild and called almost at a daily basis and I keep getting transferred to voicemail and onto of everything they charge you to use the parking at their hotel where you paid for the room be weary of your bill statement study it. As this has been a horrible experience in customer service
Stayed a night and it was incredible. The rooms and atmosphere was so good. The service was top notch. Everything was fantastic.
Good stuff. Bathrooms could be cleaned/restocked a little more frequently during convention
Would give it 5 stars, but had to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready and when it was found food in the fridge from previous guest.
Got a steal on the room via Priceline so I can't complain too much. Beds too soft. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathtub. Tub and sink both drained slowly. Room noisy despite being at the end of the hall. Decent hotel for the price paid.
Worst place ever.
Outdated rooms, membership required for WiFi access, amongst other things.
Parking fee wasn t disclosed when we booked the hotel. Surprise 50 dollar charge when we checked out. Outside of the hotel and the lobby look very nice I ll give it that, but the room, at least the one they put us on wasn t the best.
They tried to charge for WiFi but I couldn't even log in to pay for it. They gave me a pass code but charging for it seemed unnecessary considering it's the marriott.
We got a suite. There was plenty of room. Room was clean and very well mantained. Only negative was there were only 2 elevators. It took too long for elevators to get to your floor.
We attended a banquet. The floor staff were great and attentive as they could be serving 700 people. Nice setup at the tables, chairs are standard banquet chairs and comfy. One star deducted because of the meal. Fla k steak served well done with a tablespoon of pan sauce. Gross. Overcooked, and we had a butter knife to saw at it with. I've had other meals with beef as the entree there, always great. This dining experience was very disappointing. Other than that, the grounds were very clean, considering all the convention folk milling about, restrooms well kept, too.
It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms and very friendly staff
Good place, clean rooms, helpful staff. Not a bad environment.
Great hotel in beautiful and clean burbank. The customer service and food was outstanding, as expected. I look forward to coming again.
I attended an event at the convention center. The staff was very accommodating.
The hotel is very well located, has all services, the only thing I did not like was that the parking nobes free
Room was clean and modern, and I had a great night of sleep.
Stayed here after a long day at Universal. Very close to the Burbank airport and <5 miles away from City Walk. Great room and the bar e.d.b. downstairs was fantastic for drinks and appetizers.
Went for a family trip to Universal Studios. Hotel was right across the street from the Burbank Airport and about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Hotel provides free transportation to the air port and Universal. They have events on the weekends for kids at the pool and a bar right across from the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
A beautiful hotel with all the amenities, normally used for conferences so there is usually movement. The rooms very comfortable and all the facilities very well maintained.
The small pool
Great place to see a mma fight especially my boy #chrisalvidrez33 two time champ
I was here only briefly for a convention called "son of monsteralooza" it was fun. The hotel was fine. Thanks
Great location, nice lobby, nice workout room, older rooms
Loved it everyone was helpful and the price wasn't bad got a really good deal
Nice convenient clean hotel. Accessible to many attractions.
Comfortable stay enjoy the time at the pool and the accommodations are very clean, great for business.
Room was fine. The restaurant there was not prepared for the crowd of a conference. My food, although just a Cobb salad was horrible. I also asked for spinach soup, I received spinach dip. I didn't eat anything, wasted money.
My favorite place to stay while visiting California from New York. Steve at the front desk is amazing as everyone else who works there. Updated, clean property close to everything for Universal Studios, Hollywood, and more.
Clean, comfortable and well staffed. Great food as well
