So far all of our interactions with lj hooker have been awesome staff have been very heapful with us and wat we need like getting our pet approved very friendly can't wait for the journey with them and our new home

Since 2009, I have found this agency Extremely professional in all facets of leasing, especially with there communication and the assistance of trades used at the 2 properties that I have rented in almost 9 years.
The Property Management Team are incredibly friendly and articulate in everything they do.
Greeted in there office with friendly smiles, and always a pleasure to discuss all avenues within there business.

The worst realeate ever they never get maintanece fixed or done within a reasonable time toke over 2 months to fix some issues others it was 1 month there not very friendly not here to help the tenants but the owners.

Impossible to even get an inspection with these guys. Had multiple inspections cancelled 5 minutes before, after we have done long drives to get to them. This is my experience after trying to find a rental twice in the Coomera area, avoid if you value your time!

It's unfortunate for the agency itself that the actions of one person shines a negative light on the whole team. Avoid this property management team if possible; incompetent behaviour, vile, incredibly argumentative and turns any possible interaction into an all out brawl.

My suggestion is to take a good hard look at yourself and start conducting yourself with some decency.

My rating is based on my experience with the Property Management team and should not be viewed in relation to any other services provided by this agency.

Rebecca went above and beyond for us. Her patience and attentiveness is second to none. Rebecca's professional, yet warm & welcoming approach to managing the sale of my property was world class. Our family home was displayed without compromise and advertised exactly how it should be.

As tenants, we were under the management of LJHooker, Coomera for a number of years. We have, throughout, been impressed with the maintenance they provided in the home we rented, and the speed in which they dealt with any queries.
Sadly our tenancy with LJH has come to an end, as the home we rented is being sold.

Renting is a lifestyle choice for us, but as many tenants find, too often we are treated with rudeness, and officiousness, despite being excellent tenants, simply because we are "renters".
However, we have been so impressed with the way our property manager, Jeorgia Kidd, treated us through the exit process. Jeorgia kept great communication with us, tried very hard to find us another property under LJH's management, and when we found a new property under another agency, gave us a glowing reference. Jeorgia treated us with dignity and respect, something that is no longer common. I am so happy to recommend Jeorgia as one of the most professional property managers we have ever had dealings with, and really hope our new agents will come close to the standard Jeorgia has set. I have used LJ Hooker Coomera for over 5 years now as my managing agent. During this time, I have had the same tenants and numerous things have gone awry ranging from flooding in the back yard that needed a new concrete slab put down, to a massive tree taking out the side fence during one of Queensland's famous storms to little accidents that needed repair but every interaction, meeting, phone call and email has been nothing less than terrific.

I live on the other side of the country from the property and rely heavily on my agent to be my eyes and ears and I cannot fault the excellent service I have received from the very attentive, friendly and helpful staff.

Follow up and follow through on every small detail with personal phone calls to see how things are going outside the usual updates on rental inspections are the norm. I have owned and rented out investment properties across the country and had many different managing agents, but LJ Hooker Coomera would be rated as the best I have used.

I would, and do, recommend the team and office highly.

I have had only good experiences from LJ Hooker. Patient and understanding as our needs change and flexible with inspection dates to slightly vary if needed. Always get a response via email in a timely manner when needed also. Happy to stay on with this company for as long as they will have us.

We have been renting with LJ Hooker for around 18 months, service has been great, apart from recently, when we were given a SMS and email stating we had a house inspection, we were given 2 different dates first was 20.09.17, then another confirmation for 05.09.17, on 2 seperate SMS and emails sent, I called LJ Hookers and was diverted to our property managers voice message, only to state it was a automated machine with no name you were leaving the message to. So I decided to send a email asking to clarify what date was correct, in the reply I was told it was on 05.10.17, and not the 20.09.17. Then to my surprise I get a email from LJ Hooker and a SMS from Ourtradie on the 19.07.17 to remind us of our house inspection on the 05.10.17, so I made another phone call to L.J Hooker to Clarify the correct date, I spoke with the property manage that replied to my email, and she stated it was for 20.09.17, I told her she claified in writing in my email stating it was the 05.10.17, so she put me on hold to double check, and said no inspection is for 20.09.17, with no apology from her about the mistake, it made me upset, that dates were given, and no apology about the mix up.

Robert was attentive with going out of his way to open houses and show us houses that were in our range and didnt waste our or his time. I would definitely be giving him a call in the future

We are currently renting through LJ Hooker Coomera. We've just finished a 12 month lease and have resigned. Property Manager Assistant Emma has been really helpful and responds quite quickly when we have asked questions of the owner. We are happy as tenants. I have previously worked in Real Estate and would be happy myself to recommend LJ Hooker Coomera.

We are so happy to have had Robbie as our agent. It was our first time selling so were naturally very nervous and unsure of the process. And then to make things more exciting within a week we found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic! But Robbie never wavered, he carried on, adjusted to the unusual times and managed to sell our house at a price we were comfortable with. He was such a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, talked through everything, listened to us, always went that extra mile, all whilst keeping a smile and great sense of humour. Dodgy Sales People: My daughter and her boyfriend put an offer on a house this lot were selling yesterday and after a bit of tooing and froing the owner agreed with there offer and the kids signed a contract, they get a call sometime later from the agent to say congratulations the house is yours. Apparently the agent then held off giving that contract to the owners to sign until after today's open house. The agent almost Pooed himself when our kids walked in with my wife to show off what they thought was there new house today 2/12/17, low and behold someone else has made a higher offer and now our kids have missed out.

I know that its not illegal to do what he (the agent) did but most certainly immoral and indecent. No wonder Real Estate agents get labeled the used car salesmen of the building world, they will do anything for a few dollars more commission. I would say if you want to sell your house and get that little bit more (I guess we all would like that) then use this group, however if you are in the market to buy one steer well clear of them as they will break your heart.

Sue Daunt and the property management team at LJ Hooker Coomera have been a pleasure to deal with. I came across their office after struggling with another property manager for weeks. Sue has followed up on everything just as soon as she has said she would. She has taken the time to explain things and has proven by her actions that she has my property's best interests at heart. Patrick impressed me right from the beginning. Truly if it wasn't for him, I would not have even considered turning up to the open home inspection and purchasing the wonderful property that was on offer. From the top down this franchise is run extremely poorly. The operator has no people or management skills and the staff are undertrained, deceptive, poor communicators and can not calculate. They re painful people to deal with, every single staff member. LJ Hooker should be humiliated with this branch. Puts you off renting entirely.

I was turned away from an inspection today 24/4/18 by 2 attending agents. The way I was spoken to by these agents was unprofessional and rude.

Looking fot a house in Pimpama. An area I have never been to before but my partner and I have been looking for a place as the area has been recommended to us by friends whom have lived here.

I arrived at the inspection time and saw the LJ Hooker car by the garage and so i walked to the car and no one was there. So i knocked on the door of the house at which it was parked. No answer. I called the office and theu said they are present and at the door.

So i waited by the car hoping an agent would come by. They came around the corner and asked why am i standing next to their car. I said i was here for an inspection.

They replied very rudely and bluntly "well its over. We just had to show 18 people around and im not going back around to let you in so you have to understand that" i was blown away by the way 2 of your agents ganged up on me. I replied "well i waited by your car which is next to the front door of the property and i knocked"

Then they both snapped at me "well the door we went through was around the other side of the house on the neighbouring street. You should've gone around there to meet us"

I have never been in the area, let alone that complex so i had no idea there was multiple access points. Nothing was mentioned to me about it. I check the ad and found no reference and I arrived at the address that was supplied which is where the mailboxes were as its the propertys registered address and the agents car was at the garage.

So now we have lost an opportunity at a property we really liked. Left there after being made to feel stupid, wasted a lot of time coming from the southern gold coast. All because of a couple of agents who clearly dont mind treating potential tenants, very poorly.

I will be withdrawing any applications I have made to your agency and will avoid dealing with you in any future house hunting. After the past mistreatment and lack of interpersonal skills from another LJ Hooker branch. I made the judgement that it was down to 1 bad agent at 1 office. But clearly there is a lacking quality amongst LJ Hooker as a whole and will avoid your brand chain as a whole

Robbie Dunn was polite, enthusiastic and honest. He was very easy to deal with. The sale of the house was efficient and relaxed. Robbie gave structured feedback and options during the campaign, which gave us confidence with our decision regarding the sale price. I would definitely recommend Robbie Dunn to anyone who is selling their house and wants a streamlined process. Robbie was helpful throughout the entire campaign, he was certainly experienced and knowledgeable about the market in the area.

We are renting while we build our new home, and we lived in our home prior to this and I have to say the team at LJ Hooker have been fantastic! From the application process, to gaining access to move in, it was a professional and an easy process. Any questions we have had or Maintenance requests have been answered quickly and tradesmen have been contacted.

RENTERS RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Absolutely appalled by the attitude of staff.

Lj hookers are just bullies and will say anything not to give you your bond back even though you have everything in emails.

I'm sure the owners didn't know the half of what was going on.

If you rent with these guys make sure absolutely everything is through email and refuse to talk to them over the phone.
Even then they will still try to say you ( the tenant ) had lied.

I could go on and on about how disgusting this company is but there's just to much to write down.

LJ Hooker Coomera has been looking after my property since 2005. They have provided me with excellent services all these years ensuring the rents are up to date and the property is well look after by the tenant. I have no vacancy problems. So far I have found our experience with LJ Hooker very good. We moved in and had a few things that needed to be fixed and the way everything has been handled cannot be faulted. Everything that had been reported was dealt to straight away and everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. From my initial contact, in first purchasing the property, to today I have found their service to be excellent. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, efficient and friendly. For me they have continually demonstrated an understanding of the word service and I rest well at night knowing my property is in their hands.

LJ Hooker Coomera Property Management Team would have to be the worst real estate I have ever dealt with and the dismal service we received was atrocious! They lied multiple times in writing and would take weeks before getting back to me or my husband and were hopeless with keeping up with maintenance issues (we ended up having to contact the owner ourselves to get anything done). The staff turnover they have had is proof enough that they aren't a good agency. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN

We had known of Rebecca selling a property in our street so we didn t hesitate in getting her to sell our property. She went far and beyond to get to know us and what we wanted. Her services are above standards so there was no shock that she sold our home within 24 hours. Her success rate is second to none and we couldn t have imagined dealing with anyone else. She was the best agent we ve ever dealt with and now a long life friend!

Rachel: - I am just following up on your broken bin, please leave your bin out on the curb tomorrow night and this will be repaired.

We: - My broken bin been fixed for this morning. It was very quick.
I am appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

As you can see, she is very kind, she sees challenges instead of problems and her response time is exceptional.
We have found Rachel Neylan very professional and we recommend LJ hooker Coomera highly.

Selling experiences with Robert
It was a breeze dealing with Robert during the whole sales cycle as he kept me posted of the various opportunities to try to get me the best price. He would even call me on weekends to let me know of any good prospects to discuss with me regarding any good offer. Robert is diligent and always on the pulse to get me a good buyer and negotiate for me the best price. He does not put any pressure on me but presented me all the facts to help me make my decision. I would recommend his services to anyone looking at selling their properties.

Rachel Neylan is a highly professional property manager on all fronts, she took over from a previous manager where I rent and has been more than helpful, we have had no issues at all during my tenancy and I have always found her fair and reasonable. Most importantly, she treats her tenants with respect and provides impeccable service.

Disgraceful. I had a near new house damaged and ended up not getting weeks worth of rent due to these idiots. The warning signs that the house was getting damaged were there at the 3 month inspection and they ignored my concerns. Kiara is a liar and Sue isn t a lot better. I m annoyed I had to give these retards one star

I would just like to say how happy we have been with the seamless change over from our previous real estate agent to LJ Hooker Coomera. We have been very fortunate to have gained such a wonderful Property Manager in Rachel Neylan. She is kind and caring, listening to and noting any issues that may arise. She is professional, polite and even though thorough, she is respectful of our privacy.

Moving interstate with a family of 5 adults and 3 pets needing a rental property was far more difficult than we imagined. We were turned down for rental properties time and time again. We finally met Ian and Jeorgia from LJ Hooker Coomera. Both Ian and Jeorgia went out of their way to assist us. When they had many applicants for homes they understood our situation better than anyone else that we been in contact with and worked tirelessly negotiating on our behalf with landlords so that we could keep our family pets. They are both genuinely friendly and very professional and I am confident in saying that if it was not for Ian and Jeorgia we would still be looking for a home.

Emma Roberts is our primary liaison person and she has always responded to our questions promptly, and ensured any issues arising with the property are dealt with in a timely fashion. As a tenant I can recommend leasing through LJ Hooker Coomera because you are treated fairly and with respect, two things that are sometimes lacking in the tenancy experience.
